Ajay Gupta, a passenger, said after the Ahmedabad plane crash, AI has become more vigilant, leading to frequent cancellations and flight delays. This is ruining the name of Tata, he said.
Another passenger, who had to catch an international flight from Delhi, said he missed it owing to the last moment cancellation. "I suffered a significant financial loss as AI did not provide any alternative solution," he rued.
