Jamie Oliver shares sweet throwback wedding snaps with wife Jools on their 25th anniversary as he shares heartfelt message
They tied the knot in June 2000 and are now proud parents to five children.
And Jamie Oliver marked his 25th wedding anniversary with wife Jools on Tuesday by sharing a series of sweet throwback snaps from their big day.
In one stunning photo, the celebrity chef, 50, looked dapper in a blue blazer and matching trousers, paired with a crisp, baby pink shirt.
Jools, also 50, looked elegant in a strapless white silk wedding dress, complete with a long train.
Jamie also re-shared several beautiful photos from their vow renewal ceremony in 2023, which took place at the luxurious Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives.
For the romantic occasion, Jamie again opted for a blue blazer and trousers, this time styled with a crisp white shirt and a floral lapel pin.
Jools looked elegant in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress, complete with a ruffled design and a thigh-high slit.
Alongside the photos, Jamie penned: 'Today I'm 25 years married to this incredible woman! @joolsoliver.
'Jools, you're my rock. Kind, funny, always there for me and the kids. Honestly, I couldn't have achieved anything I'm proud of without you.
'What a privilege to get older with you I still think you're gorgeous like when we were 18 years old even if you don't believe it you are ! Big love Jools.
'Here's to even more adventures and laughs together bring on the next 25 years. Love you so much ❤️Happy 25th wedding anniversary ❤️ jamie x5x X x x'.
Jools and Jamie first began dating when they were teenagers and tied the knot in the chef's home village of Rickling, Essex, on June 24, 2000.
Speaking in 2019 about renewing their vows, Jools said: 'Next year, we'll have been married 20 years, and we're going to get married again, but do things differently – outside and barefoot.
Looking back on their first trip down the aisle, she recalled: 'Our first dance was to Dusty Springfield's I Only Want To Be With You, but Jamie doesn't like dancing, so I threw him off. I was in my element!'
Chef Jamie, who hails from Essex, reportedly has a net worth of around £300million.
He previously insisted the humiliating collapse of his Italian restaurant chain, which saw 1,000 people losing their jobs, was just a 'minor blip'.
Jamie's Italian went bust in May 2019 after profits plunged and customers stayed away, with 22 outlets closing and about 1,000 jobs axed.
The spectacular downfall of Jamie's business empire left the Italian food company owing around £83 million.
Previously speaking about the crushing collapse of his beloved restaurant chain, the TV personality said: 'It happens, and I would call it a minor blip really, in the vision and the dream. A very painful one. But definitely, I'm better for it.
'We had 13 amazing years and learned loads. I was a young man when I started, I'm much older and wiser now.'
When asked whether or not he had learned from the closure of his Italian restaurant chain, he said: 'Yeah, for sure, and every other failure that I've had - which is about 50 per cent. But I've never been more rounded, I've never been more experienced.
Now, Jamie has revived his presence in the London restaurant scene with his modern British restaurant, Jamie Oliver Catherine St, which launched in November 2023 and is in the heart of Covent Garden.
'What a privilege to get older with you I still think you're gorgeous like when we were 18 years old even if you don't believe it you are ! Big love Jools'
