Great things will often come for those who are willing to wait and show patience. Patience now is a valuable quality and this should be your guiding principle today. Keep in mind that when you start something new, the outcome is unlikely to be immediate.
Cancer (June 22 - July 23)

I'm doing my exercises and taking all the healthy things. I have been trying to eat super clean.' She continued: 'I have stopped all pain meds. Just not my thing. Also like to feel how it feels so I don't overdo it. 'I have now done a [poo emoji]. Still have my drain. Anyone else who has had this, did you feel like you are walking around one of those dog / duck toys 'I carry mine on the floor when l'm home so the gravity can help the drain. Hoping it's out by the end of the week. I am feeling positive and grateful.' In another update, Jessie added: 'If you do see me out, sitting in a park or coming out of a doctors appointment or eating or walking or anything, and I am seem a little out of it. I am. 'It's not personal. I don't have what l usually have to give energy wise, understandably. 'I will get there. It's a slow road. For now l am taking it easy. Enjoying the slow vibes and staying positive.' Jessie previously confirmed that she is not cancer free, a day after posting her hopes to be rid of the disease. Rockstar David Roach has announced he's been diagnosed with a 'very aggressive' form of cancer in a health update shared on Monday. The musician, who has fronted U.S. heavy metal band Junkyard since 1987, revealed he has squamous cell carcinoma, which is 'affecting his head, neck, and throat'. Last week, David admitted recent results 'completely shattered our world', with the band starting a GoFundMe page to help with medical costs. In an update shared to the band's Instagram, a message from the singer and his fiancee Jennifer read: 'First off, we want to thank you all for the overwhelming support and love you've shown us during this incredibly challenging time. 'We wish we could respond to each of you, but honestly, there are no words right now. We're still struggling to process the news we received on Tuesday. 'After David's ongoing fever and cough led us to the ER, we got results that have completely shattered our world.' They continued: 'It's devastating and life-altering, and we're trying to navigate through the emotions and uncertainty that come with it. 'David is showing such incredible strength and resilience, and even in the midst of this darkness, he's still managing to keep his sense of humor. It's a reminder of how amazing he is. 'But we know this journey ahead will be extremely tough, David made it clear he is not giving up hope and we're going to need all of your love and prayers. 'Thank you for standing by us. Your kindness and support mean everything to us. Please keep David in your thoughts as we take this one step at a time.' A statement previously published by the band read: 'As many of you know, David who is a friend to all is in the fight of his life battling aggressive squamous cell carcinoma affecting his head, neck, and throat. 'Currently David requires around the clock care and supervision. David's fiancee Jennifer has had to step away from traditional employment to become his full time care giver. 'While they have applied for disability and full time caregivers assistance it is an extremely long waiting period to go through the processing and receive approval. This has put them in a dire situation. 'This has been a devastating blow for David especially after he finally found happiness, stability, and things were going well for him.'

Married At First Sight star Dave Hand has given a heartbreaking update about his father Howard's health. The reality groom, 36, shared his father's cancer journey with viewers during his homestay visit with TV bride Jamie Marinos. Despite revealing at the time that his father had 'turned a corner', Dave admitted to The Mirror this week that Howard's cancer had returned. 'The tumours my dad had on the show that had previously shrunk – they've come back pretty quickly,' Dave told the publication. Dave added that Howard was currently taking part in a clinical trial in an effort to beat the disease. The groom was then shown on his wedding day sitting alone and FaceTiming with Karen and Howard. 'I wish my dad was well enough to come to the wedding,' he said. 'He'd just started chemo for the fourth time.' Dave also admitted that his father's cancer battle had taken a personal toll over the last four years. 'Seeing dad over the last four years, it sort of does take a lot out of me,' he said. 'You take it all on board. 'So, this visit hopefully is a bit different. I got some news about him yesterday but I haven't spoken to him yet, so it'll be good to see him.' After a happy introduction, the family sat down at the table to hear Howard deliver his news. 'There were three tumours, two tumours have shrunk and the third tumour has gone,' Howard revealed.' 'Another four doses should hopefully clean it up. Something's finally working.' Dave said at the time he was over the moon with the good news. 'I'm so glad that my dad's turned the corner – he's been on my mind since day one,' he said. 'Seeing him with a bit more pep in his step, I'm super, super happy. I'm a bit emotional but happy.' Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia in April, Dave revealed his emotional outbursts on the series were due to his heartbreak over his father's cancer battle, but claimed much of the explanation was 'cut out' and as a result he was left looking like a terrible husband and 'horrible person'. '[My Dad] took a turn and I was really struggling with that, but they completely cut that out of the edit so it looks like I did a total backflip on Jamie, but I was communicating my feelings about my dad,' he explained. He went on to say he cried while explaining the situation on the couch with the experts, and told them he was 'struggling' with the experiment due to him being so preoccupied with his father's illness. 'Watching that back on screen and seeing how they edited it was really difficult for me, because everyone in the experiment knew how much I was struggling, my friends and family knew, but it didn't come across that way at all, it was just like "he's a terrible person."' Dave admitted he had 'no idea' why the footage was cut, but blamed it on the tough realities of showbiz and said all he could do now was 'move on'. 'I know how I handled myself in there was the best I could have in that capacity,' he said. 'If I had to go back there it was a really scary place to be, because I knew I was struggling and I turned up to be the partner Jamie needed but, in the edit, it looks like I did a huge backflip.'
