Callihan's lawyer Kerry Cuccia agrees with the testimony that Callihan is competent as long as he is taking the correct medication.
'When you have someone who has a mental condition like Mr. Callahan, it is key to get the right dosage. It was clear that the dosage he has now is, if the increased dosage is the appropriate dosage. So just exactly what Doctor Dillon had seen earlier, the lower dosage was creating problems for competency. Those problems have been solved by the proper dosage of medication,' said Cuccia.
