Archana Puran Singh goes house-hunting in Dubai, loves Rs 12 cr apartment with Burj Khalifa view, private pool, helipad: ‘I'll have to buy a helicopter now'

Archana Puran Singh, who is currently posting vlogs from her trip to Dubai, went house-hunting with her family. As always, Archana was accompanied by her husband, Parmeet Sethi, and their two sons, Aaryamann and Ayushmaan. Aaryamann recently started his own YouTube channel, where he posts daily vlogs. In his latest vlog, he introduced audiences to his girlfriend, actor Yogita Bihani. Aaryamann and his family experienced a setback on the first day of their Dubai trip, when they got scammed online while buying tickets for an indoor skydiving session. They made up for it with a house-hunting session, where they were shown around some of the most lavish apartment complexes that the city has to offer.
Archana, Parmeet, and their two sons began the day with a tour of a luxury apartment complex that had 40 amenities on a single floor. They played some paddle, some basketball, and also some football. They took a tour of the gym and Archana even tried her (recently injured) hand at playing table tennis. The salesperson giving them the tour told them that every unit in that building had been sold out, and took them to another location. The new building had 106 floors, with a helipad. Archana joked, 'I'll have to buy that helicopter now finally.'

While looking at the apartments, Archana was curious to know more about a private pool. The manager of the location told them that she could get romantic with Parmeet there, which made them both turn red. They then discussed the payment plans, and the manager told them that they could simply put the apartment up for rent, which would mean that it basically pays for itself. Parmeet asked to know the price, and pretended to stumble when he was told that it costs 5 million dirhams, which is around Rs 12 crore.
Archana joked that she only has Rs 50 in her bag. They then discussed discounts and other financials, and praised the team for its hard work and professionalism. Upon returning to their hotel, Archana said that they haven't made a decision about which house they would want to buy, but had gathered all the information they could about houses at three different price points. Their fans were excited for this new chapter in their life, and one of them wrote, 'Aary and Ayush have both been raised so well. I've noticed how respectfully and calmly they let you speak and supported you without interrupting or commenting. You've clearly put a lot of effort into their upbringing, and it truly shows. I really hope I can raise my child with the same values, patience, and understanding.' Another viewer wrote, 'MashaAllah Allah aap sab ko hamesha kamyab kare aameen.'
