Arrive AI Secures $40 Million Capital Infusion via Streeterville Capital
Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), an autonomous delivery network anchored by patented AI-powered Arrive Points™, today announced that it has secured financial backing of up to $40 million from Streeterville Capital, LLC. Access to the capital coincided with Arrive AI's public debut on Nasdaq on May15, 2025.
'This significant capital injection is one of the reasons we went to the public markets,' said Arrive AI CEO Dan O'Toole. 'We celebrate the forward thinking Streeterville is leading with in their major commitment to our vision.'
Streeterville Capital is an investment firm with operations in Utah and Tennessee with investments in companies including Cingulate, the Marygold Companies and Damon Inc. Streeterville Capital President John Fife said he is intrigued with the vast potential of Arrive AI's solution for package delivery issues like security and efficiency, and the cost savings that can be gleaned.
'This is an exciting answer to problems that are plaguing every industry. Dan and his crew really saw the future coming and worked quickly to meet needs that are starting to be seen around the world,' Fife said. 'We're excited to see how this plays out and are clearly bullish about Arrive AI.'
In 2014, O'Toole filed for his first patent for his concept of an AI-powered, smart mailbox capable of securely accepting packages delivered autonomously, beating similar filings from other potential competitors. Since then, he has built a global team, made multiple iterations and acquired complementary technology to refine the devices now known as 'Arrive Points.' The company, which has amassed nearly 5,000 private investors and raised nearly $12 million, has largely generated capital via crowdsourcing. Now that Arrive AI is public a new chapter has begun.

Nasdaq-Listed Upexi Secures $500M Equity Line to Expand Solana Treasury Holdings
Solana (SOL) treasury activity continues to draw institutional attention after Nasdaq-listed consumer brand company Upexi Inc. announced a new $500 million equity line agreement on Monday. The facility, arranged with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners, allows the company to issue common stock at its discretion, subject to certain closing conditions. In a press release, Upexi said the funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to expand its Solana treasury strategy, which has grown rapidly since the company began accumulating SOL earlier this year. The firm emphasized that the facility includes 'no commitment fee' and was negotiated on 'particularly friendly terms,' offering what Upexi described as an attractive cost of capital. 'The equity line gives Upexi additional means and flexibility to raise capital and increase its Solana position,' CEO Allan Marshall said in the release. 'We now have a multitude of tools to raise capital in the most cost-effective and accretive manner.' The announcement follows Upexi's July 21 disclosure that it had acquired another 100,000 SOL — funded through a $200 million private placement — bringing its total holdings to 1,818,809 SOL worth approximately $331 million at the time. More than half of the tokens were purchased in locked form at a discount, resulting in an estimated $58 million unrealized gain. The company has since staked nearly all of its SOL to earn yield, projecting up to $26 million in annual staking revenue at current rates. Upexi has also introduced a new benchmark, the 'Basic mNAV,' which measures its market cap against the dollar value of its SOL holdings. As of July 18, that ratio stood at 1.2x. The stock issuance arrangement gives the company additional room to scale its strategy, potentially giving it a larger role in shaping market expectations around institutional altcoin accumulation. Still, Monday's price action for SOL showed mixed sentiment. According to CoinDesk Data, SOL declined 0.99% to $187.35 in the past 24 hours. The downturn followed a sharp reversal from intraday highs, with heavy selling pressure emerging during the afternoon session. However, volume spikes late in the day hinted at renewed interest from market participants, possibly positioning ahead of further treasury updates or macro catalysts. Technical Analysis Highlights According to CoinDesk Research's technical analysis data model, SOL traded within a 24-hour range of $186.38 to $194.99, a 4.47% swing, from July 27 at 16:00 UTC to July 28 at 15:00 UTC. The price rallied from $186.42 to $194.99 by 05:00 UTC on July 28, gaining 4.59% before encountering resistance. A sharp selloff followed from 12:00 UTC to 14:00 UTC, as the price dropped from $192.82 to $187.38 on heavy volume exceeding 2.5 million units. In the final 60 minutes (14:35–15:34 UTC), SOL rebounded 0.78%, climbing from $187.34 to $188.81. During this recovery, price consolidated between $187.15 and $188.94 before breaking above the $188.50 resistance at 15:22 UTC. Volume spiked to 39,417 units at 15:32 UTC, indicating institutional accumulation and suggesting potential for further gains. Primerica Household Budget Index™ Data: Middle-Income Purchasing Power Held Steady in June
DULUTH, Ga., July 30, 2025--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The latest Primerica Household Budget Index™ (HBI™) data, a monthly economic metric that examines how inflation and wage trends impact the ability of middle-income families to afford life's everyday necessities, was 100.0% in June, a 0.1% decrease from a month ago and up 1.3% from a year ago. Purchasing power was relatively unchanged in June. The Consumer Price Index (CPI), which measures inflation for a comprehensive basket of goods for all U.S. households, came in at 2.7% in June, its highest reading since January. Adjusting the CPI to narrow the impact of inflation to focus specifically on middle-income households and necessity items as used in the HBI™ metric (food, utilities, gas, auto insurance, and health care) increases it to an estimated 3.1%. For more information on the Primerica Household Budget Index™ metric, visit About the Primerica Household Budget Index™ (HBI™) Data The Primerica Household Budget Index™ (HBI™) data is constructed monthly on behalf of Primerica by its chief economic consultant Amy Crews Cutts, PhD, CBE®. The index measures the purchasing power of middle-income families with household incomes from $30,000 to $130,000 and is developed using data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Bureau of Census, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. The index looks at the cost of necessities including food, gas, auto insurance, utilities, and health care and earned income to track differences in inflation and wage growth. Primerica's HBI™ metric was created to fill an information void around the economy's impact on middle-income families. Metrics like the Consumer Price Index (CPI) measure overall inflation but don't offer a clear picture of how it impacts middle-income Americans. Middle-income households play a key role in driving consumer spending and the overall economy as they account for over 55% of the U.S. population. The purchasing power of middle-income families are a key barometer of real-time economic trends. Understanding middle-income households' purchasing power is important because it shows whether they are gaining financial ground or falling behind. The HBI™ data uses January 2019 as its baseline, with the value set to 100% at that point in time. Periodically, prior HBI™ values may be modified due to revisions in the CPI series and Consumer Expenditure Survey releases by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). Beginning with the December 2024 release of the index, the expenditure weights have been updated to the most recent (Q1 2024) data and auto insurance has been added to the group of necessity items.
