Why Travis Kelce Posting Taylor Swift Pics Now ‘Wasn't Random'

THE RUNDOWN
On Thursday, Travis Kelce went 'Instagram official' with girlfriend Taylor Swift, posting a carousel of pics featuring the Eras Tour singer during their time together this year. In the caption, he wrote, 'Had some adventures this offseason, kept it 💯'
The high-profile couple seems to make careful decisions about appearing in public and sharing intimate looks into their relationship and they're generally fairly discreet on social media. A source speaking with People says that Kelce's choice to finally post images of Swift 'wasn't random.'
'It was intentional,' the insider claimed. 'They've been private in their own way, but this was his way of showing how serious things have become.'
The source added, 'They're in a really solid place and more in sync than ever.'
The couple started dating in the summer of 2023, but Swift first appeared at one of Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs games in September of that year, announcing the relationship.
'When I met her in New York, we had already kind of been talking, so I knew we could have a nice dinner and, like, a conversation, and what goes from there will go from there,' Kelce told WSJ magazine in November 2023 of their first date. 'Everybody around me telling me: 'Don't fuck this up!' And me sitting here saying: 'Yeah—got it.''
Swift has posted Kelce on Instagram before, in June 2024, when she shared a selfie taken backstage at her London show while being visited by Prince William and his children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Kelce's collection featured pics with friends and family, including his brother, Jason, and mother, Donna. Swift appeared beside Kelce in photos from a trip to Montana, on a boat, and in a restaurant where they're wearing matching black outfits. One photo even revealed Kelce's lock screen, which featured a black-and-white pic of the couple. Some fans thought Swift was flashing an engagement ring in the blurry image, since she is clearly holding up her hand. But the singer is reportedly wearing her boyfriend's Super Bowl rings in the image. She's proud of him.

Ashley Judd Sends Powerful Message On Aging With Bold New Trend — And It's So Liberating

Ashley Judd is done caring. The 'Double Jeopardy' actor shared a liberating video on Instagram last week, in which she spoke about being a member of the 'We Do Not Care' club. The viral club was started by influencer Melani Sanders, whom Judd credited in her post. Sanders regularly shares videos on social media that highlight what women experiencing menopause or perimenopause no longer care about. 'Hi, I'm Ashley, and I'm a member of the We Don't Care Club,' the actor said, while wearing a swimsuit in the Baltic Sea. Judd began to rattle off some of the things she didn't care about ― such as 'picking my crotch' in the video and sharing some anti-chafing tricks for wearing a swimsuit. She also showed off various moves in the water, 'because when we were little, it was really fun, and we don't care what people think of us.' She also said she'd come up with something called the 'Make Stuff Up Club,' telling followers that as a 'postmenopausal woman, I don't care if you don't like the MSU Club.' In her Instagram caption, Judd said menopause, from the 'peri - post' stage, is 'human biology.' 'It is universal to females & global. What can be a hope of We Don't Care Club? What will I, with my freedom & mirth, when I let go of caring about stupid, controlling norms about my female body, be free to enJOY? Sanders responded to Judd's post in the comments. 'Hey my WDNC Sister. Oh how I wish I could have joined you! The beach is my love language,' she wrote, adding 'This video has made my day!!' Judd first shouted out Sander's new 'club' in June and shared a little bit about her own experience with menopause in the caption. 'Post-menopausal since 2018 — and super comfortable with that,' she wrote at the time. 'I am rejoicing in @justbeingmelani un muzzling of peri/post/menopausal expression and her inviting in all kinds of women to liberate their 'I don't cares!' We are enough, we do enough, it is enough. It is okay, we are okay.' Related... Pedro Pascal Faces Weird Backlash Over Vanessa Kirby

Mom, can you come pick me up? People are being really weird about Pedro Pascal online and it's giving smear campaign. If you have the profound displeasure of still being on X, you may have noticed a number of posts that essentially try to say that Pedro touches his female costars inappropriately as a way to soothe his "anxiety" — with a lot of focus on his Fantastic Four promotional tour with costar Vanessa Kirby. One of the videos of the pair was even flagged for containing an AI distortion. The posts twist what Pedro said about anxiety in a recent Men's Health interview: "I was always one to reach out when I'm facing something that is challenging or making me anxious...I definitely kind of stopped doing that, and instead I'm doomscrolling, or looking for something to watch; looking for different ways to disassociate from the feeling I'm having. And then, when it started to feel so critical, I had to go back to what was always the comfort for me in life, which was engagement in my relationships, my friendships, and conversation and shared experience." Touching, of women or otherwise, was not mentioned. The backlash further devolved into vitriolic, offensive posts about Bella Ramsey, with one post with 255k likes reading, "How come Pedro Pascal never gets anxiety around Bella Ramsey?" Similarly, others suggested that Pedro is not physically close with his male costars, which is demonstrably false (if anything, you could argue he is more physical with his male costar). It's actually not the first time similar jabs have been made at Pedro. As Vanity Fair noted, defenders of J.K. Rowling used a clip of Vanessa and Pedro at Comic-Con to suggest something untoward was happening after Pedro criticized the author for her anti-trans views. But Vanessa herself then said of them holding hands at the event, "What happened is we were both incredibly nervous going out in front of thousands of people who love this comic. He wanted me to know that we were in this together, and I found it a lovely gesture and was very glad to squeeze his hand back.' The conversation has seeped onto Instagram, where a quick look at Pedro's comment section reveals a lot of spam-like behavior: Of course, what the "groping" posts fail to acknowledge is that touching in and of itself isn't an issue; it's consent (or lack of it). There's nothing to suggest that Pedro's costars feel anything but comfortable around him. It got to the point where Pedro's fellow Marvel actor, Simu Liu, posted seemingly in defense of him: It's worth noting that the effectiveness of the attacks on Pedro's reputation were quickly questioned by many: Some even speculatated that bots might be driving the negative posts: Given that many accounts posting negative things about Pedro contained other sexist or anti-trans content, you might be That's not clear right now, but it's worth noting that Pedro has been outspoken about trans rights and Palestine, and he is firmly against Donald Trump. Now, if only people came to women's defense like this...
