Hudson's Bay plans to sell up to 28 of its store leases to Ruby Liu, a B.C. mall owner and billionaire, if the deal is approved by the court. Liu showed a logo for the department store she wants to run at the locations, which features 'Liu' on a ruby with the words 'New Bay' underneath.
