Nitibha Kaul joins a Wim Hof expedition in Poland to climb Mt Snezka in freezing temperatures, wearing just a sports bra and shorts, proving the power of breathwork
News18
Nitibha Kaul, best known for her appearance as a commoner contestant on Bigg Boss 10, is now going viral for a reason that has nothing to do with reality television. Now 32 and thriving as a lifestyle and beauty content creator, Nitibha recently embarked on what she calls one of her most demanding and transformative journeys yet a near-bare climb to the summit of Mt Snezka in Poland, dressed only in a sports bra and shorts.
This wasn't a publicity gimmick or a reckless challenge, it was a carefully organized expedition rooted in the principles of breathwork and cold exposure, led by the internationally known Wim Hof Method.
An Icy Trek with 400 Strangers
Nitibha joined 400 participants from around the world for the immersive Wim Hof Expedition, a program named after Wim Hof, the Dutch endurance athlete widely known as The Iceman for his unparalleled ability to withstand freezing conditions.
This wasn't just a cold-weather endurance test, it was about tapping into deeper mental and physical strength using a structured method. As Nitibha explained, the Wim Hof Method is built on three core components: 'breathing exercises, commitment, and controlled exposure to cold."
The climb up snow-blanketed Mt Snezka in minimal clothing was a deliberate and guided practice, not an act of showmanship.
In her widely shared video, Nitibha called it 'the most extreme thing I've ever done." And with sub-zero temperatures, thick snow, and no protective winter gear in sight, the visuals are undeniably intense.
She proudly added that 'not a single person in the group fell sick or gave up."
Strength Through the Cold
Far from being a stunt, the expedition aimed to challenge limits and rewire the mind's relationship with discomfort. Reflecting on the experience, Nitibha said, 'The cold didn't weaken us, it made us stronger, mentally and physically."
This journey wasn't just about pushing physical boundaries—it aligned with a broader wellness movement embracing breathwork, cold therapy, and mental conditioning. The Wim Hof Method has earned global recognition for its claimed benefits in enhancing immunity, reducing stress, and building mental fortitude.
Nitibha captured the essence of the experience with her final words: 'When we set the right intention, breathe deeply, and commit with an 'I CAN & I WILL' mindset, the impossible becomes possible. Even scaling a mountain, half-naked."

'Futuristic' Ground With Nap Zone, Special Staff To 'Play With Over-Active Kids'. It's Located In...

Last Updated: August 06, 2025, 07:00 IST From spotless bathrooms to café-style meals, the space is designed for both kids and parents. (Photo Credits: Instagram) A woman shared why she has chosen to raise her child in China instead of America, and her latest reason has left the internet amazed. Through a now-viral video, she gave a sneak peek into what indoor playgrounds in China look like today. 'I can't believe what some indoor playgrounds in China look like now… I took my son to Meland in Beijing and was BLOWN AWAY. It felt like stepping into the future, a mix between an amusement park, a massive jungle gym, and endless pretend-play stations where kids can go wild all day," she shared in her post on Instagram. The video shows an indoor space that looks straight out of a sci-fi movie, complete with glowing tunnels, space-themed installations, and soft padded play zones. Parents can be seen comfortably enjoying the surroundings while their kids explore freely. Designed for Kids, Loved by Parents More than just fun, the playground offers convenience and comfort for parents too. 'They've got a café with legitimately yummy food (and I'm picky!), plus nutritious kids' meals. Need a nap zone? Done. Baby feeding or diaper changes? They've got dedicated spots for that too. And the bathrooms? Spotless—staff were constantly cleaning, so everything felt pristine," she added in her post. Unlike many indoor play spaces that often feel chaotic and poorly maintained, this one stands out for its cleanliness and thoughtful design. The woman appreciated how the playground seemed to have been built with both children and parents in mind. Futuristic and Beautiful 'But the real shocker? The aesthetics. Most playgrounds are… let's be real—ugly. Clashing colours, zero design sense. Meland's the opposite. They collaborate with artists, and every detail looks like it was styled by a pro. Even the colour scheme feels intentional," the post read. The design isn't just functional; it is visually stunning. The lighting, artwork, and colours come together to create a space that feels futuristic and imaginative. It is easy to see why kids would want to spend hours there, and why adults are equally impressed. Watch the video here: Social Media Loves It The video, shared on May 9, has already gained over 9 lakh views. In the comments, many users were in awe. A person asked, 'Omg, where is this? Would love to check it out!" Another said, 'Where's the adult version of this? I need to go!" Swipe Left For Next Video View all 'How much does it cost to go there? So interesting," a user asked. China's playground game is on another level, and the world is taking notice. Disha Patani's sister and former army officer, Khushboo Patani, has found herself at the centre of a social media storm. After speaking out against religious orator Aniruddhacharya Maharaj for his remarks on live-in relationships, her comments were misunderstood by many. Trolls wrongly assumed she was targeting another spiritual figure, Premanand Ji Maharaj, and began spreading fake news about her. Now, Khushboo has promised strict legal action against those targeting her online. Trolls confuse her criticism Khushboo's anger was directed at a video where Aniruddhacharya Maharaj was allegedly heard saying, 'Ladke laate hain 25 saal ki ladkiyon ko, jo 4-5 jagah mooh maar ke aati hain.' You should not be supporting such bastards of the highest order.' But soon after, social media exploded with confusion, with many assuming her reaction was aimed at Premanand Ji Maharaj, who had separately gone viral for his views on relationships. This misunderstanding led to a wave of online hate. Khushboo issues a clear legal warning To shut down the fake claims, Khushboo posted a new video and issued a firm warning, wherein she also cleared the air, saying her criticism was against Aniruddhacharya and not against Premanand Ji.
