Fans were quite disappointed when social media star Apoorva Mukhija, aka The Rebel Kid, got evicted from The Traitors. What made them even more upset was when Apoorva's rival, Uorfi Javed, won the show along with Nikita Luther. Apoorva survived till the very end of the Prime Vide reality show, and said that she is happy to have gotten this opportunity. In an interview with SCREEN, Apoorva spoke about her experience on the show. She also opened up about her equation with Purav Jha and her fight with Uorfi Javed. Apoorva also slammed Sidhanshu Pandey for his comments against her.
Apoorva recalled the various rules that contestants had to follow during the show. When asked if her contract denied her the ability to quit the show midway, The Rebel Kid shared, 'If you could leave the game midway, I would have left after the fourth episode, but there was no rule like that. I don't think anyone indulged in physical violence. I got my contract read from Chat GPT, so I am not sure. But that also didn't give me everything I needed to know. I was only concerned about the money, the NDA, and nothing else.'

Talking about her link-up rumours with co-contestant Purav Jha, Apoorva clarified, 'There is absolutely nothing between me and Purav, I didn't even know that he has spoken nicely about me in his VDs. I was shocked to see them; he was making fun of me, so I thought I would look like a fool for trusting him. He considered me to be his friend, but you cannot stop the internet from shipping us.'
Apoorva and Uorfi were at loggerheads throughout their time on the show, and their differences only became more pronounced afterwards. Talking about the same, she said, 'She took the story time video personally, and it blew up into drama. Every time I went and sat in the group, she would get up and leave. I am a petty person, so I would never go and clear things out. My goal in life is not to be understood; I was there to catch a traitor and be entertaining. I was dramatic, and I don't care if people misunderstand me; they are not paying my bills.'
Apoorva also reacted to comments Sudhanshu Pandey made about her in his recent interviews. Calling the Anupamaa actor misogynistic, Apoorva said, 'Sudhanshu ji has spoken a lot more outside than he did in the game. I also texted him that he called me his child, so he could have texted me once; this could have been a private conversation. I am sorry if he felt that way, but I cannot go and clarify everything that is said about me on the internet. He also said in an interview that there is a difference between boys and girls, but today, girls think they will live like boys, which also stems from a lot of misogyny, more than moral policing. I have done everything on my behalf. People have only cut reels out of one thing, sir, then why me? We could have spoken about the game.'

Is Apoorva Mukhijas Net Worth Rs 41 Crore? The Rebel Kid Reacts To Viral Claims

New Delhi: A post about Apoorva Mukhija's net worth is making waves on the internet. The viral claim suggests that the star influencer earns Rs 2.5 lakh every day and has built a Rs 41 crore empire. A post by an IITian further fueled the discussion. On X (formerly Twitter), user @digitalsangghi shared a note highlighting how society values content creation over academic achievements. The post ignited a debate on the evolving definitions of success and societal achievement. Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as "Kaleshi Aurat," has finally broken her silence. She took to her Instagram stories to clarify that the claims are inaccurate. The post she shared read: 'According to Business Today, Apoorva Mukhija makes Rs 2.5 lakh every single day, and with her savage online alter ego 'Kaleshi Aurat', she's built a ₹41 crore empire, charging up to ₹6 lakh for a reel ad and ₹2 lakh for a 30-second story.' Reacting to the post, Apoorva wrote: 'Galat hai bhai????' The Rebel Kid's Alleged Net Worth The viral post by the IITian stated: "Studied 14 hours a day to crack India's toughest engineering exam, gave up home, friends, cousins, sleep, and dreams – got into IIT, then fought for 4+2 years with CGPA nightmares, lab viva trauma, and placement tension. Today? Not even 100 people know me." The post then contrasted this with Apoorva's online fame: "Meanwhile... reels, red lipstick, semi-nudes, and abusing openly, using BC-MC as filler, can build a ₹41 crore empire. World's truly fair." The post sparked a flurry of reactions, with many users criticizing the need to compare two entirely different paths. One user commented: "You studied 14 hours a day for IIT, got selected, and will get a good job – that's what you chased and achieved. Kudos to you. She chose fame, must have worked hard for it, and got what she chased – kudos to her. Comparing apples and oranges is ridiculous. That's the reason for our misery." Apoorva was recently seen in The Traitors, hosted by Karan Johar. Earlier this year, she made her big-screen debut in Nadaaniyan, starring alongside Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor.

Sudhanshu Pandey Recalls Slipping Into ‘Dark' Phase During Anupamaa: ‘Took A Toll On Me'

Last Updated: Sudhanshu Pandey, who quit Anupamaa last year, opened up about going into a dark space after playing Vanraj Shah in the daily soap. Sudhanshu Pandey played Vanraj Shah in the popular television show 'Anupamaa' starring Rupali Ganguly. He quit the daily soap last year, and was recently seen in the reality show The Traitors India. In a recent interview, he recalled slipping into a 'dark phase' while portraying his character Vanraj in Anupamaa. He said that the role affected him deeply and took a toll on him- so much so that he sometimes had to take medication for pain and physical aches due to how intensely he immersed himself in the character. When asked about the difficulty actors face in returning to normalcy after playing intense roles, Sudhanshu told Bollywood Bubble that it sometimes takes days to recover fully, drawing a parallel with Hollywood actors like Dustin Hoffman, who have needed rehabilitation after certain roles. Sudhanshu emphasized the importance of understanding personal limits when deeply engaging with a character. 'That's where someone like me, who is a very balanced person, comes in. I know that I can go into that space and come back. I mean, I do get affected—naturally. It's happened to me even in a show like Anupamaa. I've touched on dark spaces, and it's hit me very hard. It's taken a toll on me, too. You know, I've even had to take medication for pain and aches sometimes, because I've gone so deeply into the character. But that's just how I am as an actor. I don't care whether it's television or OTT- I give my 100% to everything I play," he said. Reflecting on his time being a part of Anupamaa, Sudhanshu expressed immense gratitude for the show's impact on everyone involved. While he appreciated the experience, he also noted the exhaustion from playing the same character for four years. He expressed a desire to move on to roles that span shorter durations, allowing him to explore different characters across various platforms over the next few years. First Published:
