Hugh Grant was caught snoozing in Wimbledon's Royal Box during Djokovic match

Yahoo3 days ago
Actor Hugh Grant got a bit bored during Wednesday's latest Wimbledon competition while sitting in the Royal Box at London's premier tennis event.
During the match between tennis superstars Novak Djokovic and Flavio Cobolli, the broadcast camera zoomed in on Grant, who was visibly snoozing in his seat.
Grant, one of the great fussy men in recent memory, will probably have a delightfully sarcastic quip to being caught on camera in a deep sleep during a major tennis match. It's why you love him as one of our elite Hollywood grumps.
However, somebody wake him up so he doesn't miss any more of that match! We're sure those Wimbledon tickets weren't cheap!

Alas, maybe Grant will wake up for the next match.

'It's (an) incredible moment because Renata won last year and two Slovak girls won two (consecutive) years,' Pohankova said. 'Unbelievable for Slovakian tennis.' In the boys' final on Sunday, sixth-seeded Ivan Ivanov of Bulgaria will take on American qualifier Ronit Karki. ___ AP tennis: The Associated Press

I took £20 to TRNSMT 2025 and got less than I hoped for

Thousands of revellers have embarked on Glasgow Green today as day one of TRNSMT 2025 has begun. Last year, we took £20 out into the festival to see what we could buy to eat and drink for the singular note - so this year we thought we'd try it again. We know most festival goers this weekend will come with a budget in mind for food and drinks, and unfortunately, as with most things in recent times, it's going to cost you more than you think. From noodles and Indian cuisine to Greek food, there were dozens of food trucks and bars to pick from again this year - here's what we managed to get. However, as I wandered around the food stall, I soon started to realise that the same budget wouldn't get me anywhere near the same amount. In 2024, Morgan got the Ultimate Smash Burger Meal, which cost £12. This year, though, the burger alone will cost you that. Realising my score note was scrimping, I decided I'd have to get thrifty, as Morgan's 2024 lunch would cost me almost £25 this year. After several laps of the main food courts, I settled on buying some salt and chilli chicken and the cheapest pint going - which you can find out where to get HERE. I thought I might manage to grab a bottle of water to help stay hydrated during what is thought to be the warmest TRNSMT ever. But to my dismay, a bottle of H2O would cost me another £2.60 on top - which would've taken me over budget. Thankfully, there are free water points throughout the festival site. Spending £18.45 and walking away with change from my challenge wasn't something I expected; however, I did feel disappointed with the expensive food and drink options. Perhaps it's a sign of the cost-of-living times, but should eating and drinking at a festival be at the price it could be considered a luxury? My food did the trick for lunch, and my pint was ice cold - but I was left red in the face at the fact that £20 really doesn't get you far this year.

Insiders Allege Joe Jonas & Sophie Turner's Long-Distance Co-parenting Relationship Has Taken a Total 180

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas's co-parenting relationship has taken a serious turn, but for the better. In case you missed it, inside sources told People that the pair 'have gotten into a co-parenting rhythm that really works and they've figured out how to communicate.' More from SheKnows One of Taylor Swift's Ex's Curt Response to Her Revenge Track May Show Where They Stand Today 'There's a mutual respect now, and the girls are their priority,' the inside source added to the outlet. 'Joe and Sophie have hit a surprisingly peaceful groove, and they've maintained an amicable relationship from two continents, which isn't easy, but they've managed to pull it off.' This is truly a far cry from their contentious divorce proceedings, but now, we're happy to hear the exes have moved on; and kept their daughters as their priorities! For those who don't know, Jonas and Turner started dating in 2016 after he slid into her DMs. They got engaged in 2017, and later married in 2019. They welcomed two daughters named Willa, born in 2020, and Delphine, born in 2022. They started divorce proceedings in Aug 2023. Turner sued Jonas for allegedly unlawfully keeping their daughters in America, citing parental child abduction laws. She did this because, around that time, Turner wanted to bring her kids to the UK, which was allegedly their plan (and he allegedly refused to return the children's passports). After the hullabaloo throughout 2023 and 2024, 2025 has been on the quieter side. Their divorce was finalized, and both Turner and Jonas have moved on, but the custody battle is still of SheKnows These 'Old Money' Names Are a Quiet Signal of Wealth & Prestige At 19, I Broke Up With Social Media – & Chose Myself AP Scores Just Came Out — Here's What to Do If Your Teen's Upset About Theirs
