She shared, "After I wake up, I start my day by consuming soaked methi seeds and dalchini water. Then I take a spoonful of a homemade mix made from ajwain, jeera, and saunf. Along with that, I take aloe vera, a clove of garlic, saffron-infused water, shilajeet water, and a Vitamin C capsule as part of my morning intake.
I actually started consuming this after I woke up and this has brought a lot of changes in me."
Ankita shared that she begins her day by drinking around 1.5 to 2 liters of water.
