Kanye West's Ex-Assistant Adds Sexual Battery and Sex Trafficking to Claims in Lawsuit
Lauren Pisciotta worked for the rapper and producer from 2021 until her employment was terminated in 2024, first as an A&R representative and then as Ye's personal assistant. During the recording of the Grammy winner's Donda album sessions, Pisciotta alleges that West 'orally raped her without her consent' and had coerced her into sexual compliance with false promises of career advancement, according to the second addendum to a lawsuit filed in June 2024. The initial suit accused West of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination; she also filed suit against West and some of his owned companies for fraud, unpaid wages and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

While Combs was present at the session when the incident allegedly occurred, he is not a named party in the lawsuit filed by Pisciotta.
'On one occasion, Ye attempted to vaginally penetrate Ms. Pisciotta with his fingers. On another occasion, he orally raped her without her consent. Both assaults occurred during the course of Ms. Pisciotta's employment,' the complaint states, adding that he had subjected her to 'obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight-fitting clothing [and] groped her on a regular basis.' It also says he forced her to watch him perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters; the demands were refused by Pisciotta, the complaint states.
Pisciotta, an OnlyFans model, also alleges that West 'offered someone the opportunity' to have sex with her in exchange for allowing him to have sex with their significant other.
The alleged sex trafficking occurred, the suit says, because the rapper 'recruited and enticed [Pisciotta] by making fraudulent promises of career advancement' in exchange for her submission to his alleged sexual overtures. The suit states that not complying with West's wishes 'would be met with serious consequences such as public humiliation, online harassment, termination, retaliation and violence.'
Attorneys for West released a statement at the time the original suit was filed in 2024, claiming that the rap and fashion mogul would be taking legal action against Pisciotta.
'During her employment, Ms. Pisciotta offered [West] sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent [West] unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours,' the June 2024 statement from West's rep said. 'On one occasion, Pisciotta boasted how the best moment of her life was when she was being ejaculated on by a soccer player while simultaneously texting her boss. It is well documented how Ms. Pisciotta consistently used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini and an endless quest for plastic surgery.'
West's team has not yet responded to the most recent claims in Pisciotta's second amended complaint. The Hollywood Reporter reached out to a representative for West on Thursday and will update this story with any comment provided.

"Reinstatement would be contingent upon Mr. Clark fulfilling a number of specific conditions, including full repayment for damages, a meaningful contribution to a charity of the Board's choosing, and the successful completion of counseling and/or anger management sessions. "Thank you for your understanding and continued support." Clark, the 2023 U.S. Open champion, missed the cut after shooting 8-over par through two rounds. He apologized for his actions the following week at the Travelers Championship saying he "made a mistake that I deeply regret" and that he'd "like to move on" from the incident. The issue was brought up last week ahead of the Genesis Scottish Open with Clark calling it "a mistake in a moment of rage." 'Yeah, I mean, I made a mistake in a moment of rage with, you know, a bad year and everything coming together and it just was more than anything a good wake-up call for me to say, 'Hey, you know what, let's get back on track and things aren't that bad,'' Clark said. 'I live a great life and I'm not that far off from playing good golf, so I feel like I've turned a page and we're now maybe on the right track of playing some good golf.' Advertisement During the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow, Clark damaged a tee marker as he shot 4-over par and finished tied for 50th. Clark will have plenty of time to fulfill the requirements of his punishment and not miss out of Oakmont's next big tournament. The club doesn't host the U.S. Open again until 2033.

Nielsen report for June 2025 shows rough times for these broadcast networks
Two milestones revealed this week illustrate the diminishing power of broadcast television in the media world—one fueled by the habits of young people and the other by their elders. During June, viewers spent more time watching streaming services than they did for broadcast and cable television combined. That happened for the first time ever in May, by a fraction of a percentage point, but the Nielsen company said on Tuesday that gap widened considerably in June. Also, for the third straight week, Nielsen said that Fox News Channel had more viewers in prime-time on weeknights than any of the main the broadcast networks ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox entertainment. For years, the mantra of media executives was that streaming represented the future for in-home entertainment. Now, that future has clearly arrived. Broadcast TV slips below 20% of total In June, 46% of Americans' TV time was spent on streaming services, led by YouTube and Netflix. Cable television networks represented 23.4% and broadcast was 18.5%, for a total of just under 42%, Nielsen said. It was the first time broadcast TV had ever slipped below 20% of total TV viewing. 'It kind of felt like the right time,' said Brian Fuhrer, Nielsen's senior vice president for product strategy and thought leadership. 'A lot of people thought it would happen more quickly.' The driving force in June was school ending for young people, meaning they had more time to watch TV, where Netflix series like 'Ginny & Georgia' and 'Squid Game' were big hits. Roughly two-thirds of people aged 6 to 17 watched streaming ahead of conventional TV, Nielsen said. In June 2024, the numbers were roughly reversed—47.7% of people were watching conventional TV in an average minute, with 40.3% logged on to a streaming service. While the direction is clear, it's not a death knell for conventional TV. June and July are fallow months, and their viewing will increase when football season begins and original episodes of comedies and dramas return, Fuhrer said. Content is distributed over more platforms It's also not a strict either-or situation; media companies are doing a better job spreading their content out on different platforms to give viewers a choice, he said. The growth of YouTube, which many consumers can access for free and is a portal for 'traditional' TV, has also fueled streaming services. Fox News has occasionally eclipsed the broadcast networks in viewership before, but last week represented the seventh week it has done so in 2025, already more than 2024 and 2023 combined. It averaged 2.4 million viewers in prime time on weeknights last week, Nielsen said. Fox News is also taking advantage of what is traditionally the least-watched time of the year for broadcast networks, when summer nights and barbecues keep people outside. The difference this year is it has won a few weeks outside of the summer, during President Donald Trump's inauguration week in January, for example. Its audience—among the oldest of all television networks—tends to stay pretty steady throughout the year.
