Philadelphia bikers spread early holiday cheer at Shriners Children's Hospital for Christmas in July Toy Run
"It truly is a piece of the year that they don't forget," said Greg Passanante, an administrator at Shriners Children's Hospital
It was a memorable moment for the kids, who were given toys from members of the Philadelphia chapter of the Centurions Motorcycle Club.
"It's tough for them. It's a lot. Just to bring joy to them one day and the smiles on their faces, it means everything to us," Brian Cain, with the Philadelphia Centurions Motorcycle Club, said.
"It's really special because it's just a big community that accepts you," said Eleanora Segal, who is a patient at the hospital.
Segal said the event means the world to her and her family.
"I feel really loved and appreciated," she said.
Tara Segal, Eleanora's mom, added: "[It's] amazing. The joy is hard to contain. You just see all these kids, all these people coming out for these kids and this hospital. So special."
In addition to donating toys, the motorcycle club has also raised nearly $900,000 since the toy run started 29 years ago. The motorcycle club also says it's raised nearly $90,000 this year alone.
All of the money raised will go to the hospital. But for the bikers, bringing smiles to the kids faces was priceless.

Trade war: Aston Martin outlines plan to beat US tariff hit as profits sink
Aston Martin Lagonda has revealed a plan to bring forward production at the beginning of next year as it looks to swerve a worse hit from US trade tariffs. The UK luxury carmaker said it was lobbying the UK government to improve the terms of its trade deal with Donald Trump. The company explained that, as things stand, it would have to ship more cars earlier than planned next year if it was to ease the threat to its sales and bottom line posed by the quota element of the agreement. Auto manufacturers had initially faced down a tariff above 25% from April. Money latest: Since 30 June, that US import duty rate fell to 10% but it only applies to the first 100,000 UK-made cars which enter the US on an annual basis. Aston said on Wednesday that the tariff chaos, coupled with weaker demand in China, meant adjusted operating profits for the year would roughly break even. It had previously forecast a positive result. The company, best-known for its models' starring role in the majority of James Bond movies, issued the annual profit warning followed a temporary halt to US exports amid the tariff chaos. It resumed shipments last month. The United States and China account for its top two export markets. It has not been alone in issuing a warning to investors over the anticipated pressures on sales. Aston Martin boss Adrian Hallmark described demand in China, where consumers are feeling the pinch, as "stagnant" in a call with analysts. "The evolving and disruptive US tariff situation was unhelpful to our operations in Q2," he said. Aston said it was reviewing its supply chain to reduce possible negative impacts such as disruption to demand and distribution. It reported a 25% plunge in revenue to £454.4m in the six months to 30 June compared to the same period last year. Its core profit measure was in the red to the tune of £121.5m. That was 22% up on a £99.8m loss. Mr Hallmark said the financial performance also reflected fewer planned deliveries of its Specials models. The company is preparing for the first customer deliveries of Valhalla, its first mid-engine plug-in hybrid electric supercar. That is expected in the final quarter of the year. Shares have lost almost a third of their value in the year to date and were 5% down on Wednesday morning.

Former WWE boss Vince McMahon was involved in a rough car crash in Connecticut last week, according to multiple reports. McMahon, 79, was traveling near Westport on Thursday morning when his 2024 Bentley slammed into a 2023 BMW 430 before hitting a median guardrail, TMZ reported. A third vehicle, a Ford Fusion, driving in the other direction, was then struck by debris from the crash with McMahon. Barbara Doran claimed in a Facebook post that her BMW was struck by McMahon as she was on her way to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard The outlet reported that there were no major injuries in the wreck but McMahon was cited for reckless driving — a misdemeanor. Photos of the crash showed fairly extensive damage to the front of McMahon's Bentley, which reportedly had its airbag deployed in the incident. The crash came on the same day that wrestling legend Hulk Hogan died at 71. Hours after the reported crash, McMahon took to social media to mourn the loss of Hogan. 'The world lost a treasure today,' wrote McMahon. 'Hulk Hogan was the greatest WWE Superstar of ALL TIME, someone who was loved and admired around the world.
