On July 6, LeBron James posted a series of shirtless pictures on his official Instagram story. The pictures were taken in a gym in Los Angeles. In the pictures, the 39-year-old NBA star was seen bend biceps in front of the mirror and standing near gym machines, so confident and focused.

It was a close-up of the screen on a climber machine. The numbers showed LeBron climbed 1,202 meters in 7 minutes and 57 seconds, burning 157 calories. Fans online were surprised and impressed.
After the workout photos, LeBron posted another story. He was now sitting inside a cold-water tub. The caption on the photo was one word: 'Recovery.' The image showed him resting, half-submerged in water, signaling how seriously he takes care of his body even after workouts.

Lebron James trains hard even when the NBA season is over. He is preparing for his 22nd season in the league. Back in 2022, in a men's health interview, Lebron shared that he trains six days a week. His routine includes cardio, weights, basketball, and recovery.
His trainer, Mike Mancias, told Sports Illustrated in 2021 that LeBron gives equal attention to rest and rehab.
'His body is his business,' Mancias said. He uses ice tubs, hot tubs, massages, and even cryotherapy.
The workout seen in his Instagram story, especially the intense climb on the machine shows just a small part of LeBron's routine.
