Concerning alleged find after man, 38, accusingly stalked radio host Jackie O Henderson in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs
David Gourley was arrested in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs in early July after he allegedly stalked the radio star and would send her hundreds of Instagram messages.
Police launched an investigation after receiving a complaint from Ms Henderson on July 3.
The next day the 38-year-old was arrested while sitting on a bench outside her home.
Police allege the 10-15cm bolt inside a sock was found when they searched Mr Gourley's satchel.

Waverley Local Court heard on Monday, the police feared the bolt inside a sock could have been used against Ms Henderson.
The alleged stalker appeared via video link from prison, where he has been held on remand since his arrest.
The court was told Mr Gourley sent 'hundreds if not thousands' of messages from January up until his arrest to the radio star.
The 38-year-old is facing four counts of stalk/intimidate and one count each of using a carriage service to menace/harass, armed with intention to commit indictable offence and use offensive weapon to commit indictable offence.
He entered not guilty pleas to all charges on Monday's hearing.

Mr Gourley's solicitor Trudie Cameron told the court some of the messages were sexual in nature and 'troubling'.
However, she added the messages were not aggressive in tone.
Ms Cameron proposed bail conditions for him to be under house arrest so he can live with his partner.
Magistrate Michael Barko said the messages would have been a 'great concern' for Ms Henderson, the court heard.
Mr Barko described the allegations as 'disturbing', aligning with someone suffering serious untreated mental health condition.
At the time of Mr Gourlay's arrest, he was taken to a mental health facility before being charged by police.
The court heard he had been unmedicated at the time from his diagnosed schizophrenia.
Mr Barko refused Mr Gourley bail due to not having a proposed mental health treatment plan or regime to address his mental health condition.

Accused killer dad Luciano Frattolin may have been struggling to pay dead nine-year-old daughter Melina's child support as staggering debt is revealed
Accused killer dad Luciano Frattolin may have been struggling to cover child support for his daughter, owing hundreds of thousands of dollars to creditors despite depicting a high-flying lifestyle on social media. The flailing 45-year-old Canadian coffee entrepreneur — charged Monday with the murder of his 9-year-old daughter Melina during a trip to upstate New York — had rented a property in the hip Montreal enclave of Mile End since 2020, which he sublet as an Airbnb, according to a report in La Presse. He hired two property managers to run the venture, including having them make the rent payments he owed — enabling him to pay his daughter's child support with what he netted afterward, he said in court documents obtained by the outlet. But his lease was terminated by the landlord in August 2024 when he fell $26,000 behind in rent. He was also being denied access to the property, where he said he stored his daughter's winter clothing and toys. He is currently suing the managers for more than $115,000, claiming they exploited the property without his knowledge and never made the rent payments as promised, according to Le Devoir. In turn, the managers alleged Frattolin had planned to empty his bank account and flee the country, which he denied. An employee of Dépanneur Café, a coffee shop Frattolin once owned and on which he still owes Bank of Nova Scotia about $83,000, said the accused killer had been splitting his time between Italy and Canada for the past 18 months. The bank said Frattolin also owed them $97,000 in unpaid credit-card debts from Café Gambella, another coffee shop bearing the same name as his online java business, Gambella Coffee. At his arraignment in Ticonderoga Town Court on Monday afternoon, Frattolin said he couldn't afford a lawyer and requested a public defender. But his Instagram page paints a very different picture of his financial situation, rife with photos and posts featuring exotic travel and expensive sports cars and replete with statements such as, 'I am truly addicted to Porsche.' Frattolin and Melina had been traveling across Connecticut and New York as part of a custody arrangement he had with his ex-wife, from whom he split in 2019, New York State Police revealed at a press conference Monday. Melina sounded fine when she made a phone call to her mom about 6:30 p.m., shortly before the girl and her dad were scheduled to fly back to Quebec, police said. The dad then reported her missing that night — claiming she'd been snatched by two men in a white van around 7:40 p.m., just an hour after the call with her mom, the Albany Times-Union said. Hours later, authorities found her body under a log in shallow water near New York's border with Vermont, with cops later saying the kidnapping report he filed was bogus. He was charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse. He's due back in court July 25. Luciano declared his daughter was missing. She was found dead in a pond
Your web browser is no longer supported. To improve your experience update it here A man whose nine-year-old daughter was found dead in a pond after he reported that she had been abducted while they were they were on holiday has been charged with murder. Luciano Frattolin, 45, of Montreal, was charged with murder and concealing a corpse in the death of his daughter, Melina Frattolin, New York State Police Captain Robert McConnell said. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf at his arraignment on Monday (Tuesday AEST), according to court officials. The public defender's office assigned to defend Frattolin did not immediately respond to phone and email requests for comment from The Associated Press. Luciano Frattolin has been charged with the murder of his daughter Melina, whose body was found in a pond in upstate New York. Pictured is Luciano's mughsot released by local authorities (AP), and the right is an image released of Melina during the early search for her (CNN). (AP/CNN) Luciano Frattolin called 911 on Saturday night and later told authorities his daughter had been abducted from a parking lot near Lake George, a resort town in upstate New York. That led officials to issue an "amber alert" to enlist the public's help in finding her. But authorities said there were inconsistencies in the father's account, and that they concluded there was no evidence she had been taken. Frattolin initially said he could not find his child after he stepped out of a wooded area at a parking area near Lake George. (Instagram) 'During a subsequent interview, he then reports two unknown males forced her into a white van,' McConnell said. 'That lead was thoroughly investigated and disproven.' Surveillance video shows the father and daughter in another nearby resort town, Saratoga Springs, at about 5.30pm on Saturday. The girl spoke on the phone with her mother about an hour later and did not indicate she was under duress, police said. Police believe Frattolin killed the girl after the phone call and before he made the 911 call. Police scoured the bushland around Lake George in upstate New York, where they later found Melina's body in a pond. (CNN) Forest rangers found the girl's body on Sunday afternoon in the shallows of a pond about 48 kilometres north of Lake George, in Ticonderoga, authorities said. The criminal complaint said Frattolin concealed her body under a log. An autopsy has been scheduled. Police said the father and daughter had been vacationing since July 11 in the US and were expected back in Montreal that weekend. The girl lived in Montreal with her mother, who has been estranged from Luciano Frattolin since 2019, police said. Frattolin did not respond to requests for comment sent via LinkedIn, Instagram and his company website over the weekend. He described himself as a 'loving father' on his Instagram profile, and on the website of a coffee company said to be founded by him, a post says that his daughter Melina is 'the light of his life.' Police said Frattolin had no prior criminal or domestic violence history. CONTACT US

Dog the Bounty Hunter's 13-year-old stepgrandson killed by his dad in accidental shooting: report
Don't miss out on the headlines from Celebrity Life. Followed categories will be added to My News. The stepson of Duane 'the Bounty Hunter' Chapman accidentally shot and killed the famed American TV personality's stepgrandson over the weekend, according to a report. The tragedy unfolded at the Naples, Florida apartment of Gregory Zecca – the son of Chapman's wife, Francie Frane – on Saturday night, TMZ reported. Zecca allegedly shot and killed his own son Anthony in what the family described in a statement to the outlet as a 'tragic accident', per the New York Post. The Collier County Sheriff's Office confirmed to the Naples Daily News it was investigating a deadly shooting from Saturday night, calling it an 'isolated incident' without identifying anyone involved. 'We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony,' representatives for Chapman and his family told TMZ. Anthony Zecca (middle bottom), Dog's stepgrandson, was killed in an accidental shooting. Picture: Instagram The incident occurred on Saturday night. Picture: Instagram Zecca — a member of Chapman's bounty team, according to TMZ — appears to have a passion for firearms. He took his son Anthony to a gun range in 2021 and that same year the father-son duo visited a gun store, according to photos shared on his Instagram. Chapman, 72, married Frane, Zecca's mother, in 2021 shortly after their respective, former spouses died. The Dog was previously married to Beth Chapman for 13 years until she died in June 2019 following a lengthy battle against throat cancer. In part, their families were united by their shared grief and patriotism. 'We understood the pain that the other one was feeling and [in] those tough days and moments, we helped each other stand up. We could cry with each other and talk about what we were feeling,' Frane said in a September 2020 interview with Entertainment Tonight. 'We were able to walk alongside each other through the pain and heartbreak and it brought us together in this amazing way.' The tragedy unfolded at Gregory Zecca's apartment in Naples, Florida. Picture: Instagram Frane and her family, including Zecca, were quick to join in on Chapman's lifestyle. 'I know she's a hunter. Her and her two sons have hunted bow hunt, so they track, they look for things that the prey leaves behind,' Chapman said on The Dr. Oz Show in 2020. 'She just fit right in,' he added about his first bounty hunt alongside his would-be fifth wife. 'She started getting leads and writing them down, so there's more than just tracking and hunting.' Chapman also has 13 children between six different women – but he was only ever married to four of them. The Post has reached out to the Collier County Sheriff's Office for more information.
