Arsenal vs AC Milan: Kick-Off Time, How to Watch
Arsenal kick off their 2025-26 pre-season preparations with a high-profile clash against AC Milan at Singapore's Festival of Football, as manager Mikel Arteta seeks the winning formula that has eluded the club despite three consecutive second-place Premier League finishes. Gunners Eye New Signings and Academy Gems Arsenal supporters will be eager to catch their first glimpse of the club's summer acquisitions, including Martín Zubimendi, Kepa Arrizabalaga, and Christian Nørgaard, while speculation continues to swirl around a potential move for striker Viktor Gyökeres. The squad will be without their latest signing, Noni Madueke, who has been granted extended leave following his Club World Cup commitments with former club Chelsea and will join up with his new teammates after the Asian tour concludes. Arteta has included several promising academy prospects in his 30-man traveling squad, most notably 15-year-olds Max Downman and Marli Salmon, both tipped for potential first-team involvement this campaign. However, all eyes in Singapore will be on Arsenal's established stars as they look to bounce back from last season's trophy drought. Milan Begin New Chapter Under Allegri AC Milan will be hoping Massimiliano Allegri's return to the San Siro proves as successful as his first stint, following a disappointing campaign that saw the Rossoneri finish eighth in Serie A and lose the Coppa Italia final to Bologna. The club has endured high-profile departures with left-back Theo Hernández joining Al Hilal and midfielder Tijjani Reijnders moving to Manchester City, but have softened the blow by securing the signature of Real Madrid legend Luka Modrić. While the Croatian veteran won't feature in Asia, new midfield addition Samuele Ricci is expected to get minutes alongside goalkeeper Pietro Terracciano. With links to Pervis Estupiñán, Dušan Vlahović, and Rasmus Højlund still active, Allegri's Asian lineup is unlikely to resemble his Serie A starting eleven. Match Information: Date: Wednesday, July 23 Kick-off: 12:30 PM BST (7:30 AM ET / 7:30 PM local time) Venue: National Stadium, Singapore How to Watch: Available on Arsenal's official website and app in the UK and Australia Streaming on Paramount+ in the United States Live coverage available via ESPN digital platforms

2.59 Million E-Wallet Users in Jordan and 158% Growth in Transactions - Jordan News
Jordan's digital payments market is witnessing remarkable growth, reflecting a gradual shift towards a more inclusive and sustainable digital economy. According to Visa's data, the number of e-wallet users in the Kingdom reached approximately 2.59 million by the end of 2024, representing a significant portion of the country's population of about 11.5 million. اضافة اعلان These figures highlight the increasing adoption of financial technology as a key tool in the daily lives of both citizens and residents, according to Mario Makary, Vice President and Levant Area Manager at Visa, in an interview with Al-Ghad. Transactions through digital wallets recorded a record growth of 158% during the same year, the highest growth rate among all mobile payment services in Jordan. This surge reflects the accelerated shift in consumer behavior toward cashless payment solutions, particularly with the availability of secure, fast, and user-friendly services. This growth is also supported by the widespread use of mobile phones, which reached a penetration rate of 82.3% of the population at the beginning of 2025. This makes the Kingdom a fertile environment for the adoption of smart wallets such as Google Wallet, which has been expanding through strategic partnerships between global companies like Visa and Google, and official entities such as the Central Bank of Jordan. These developments align with the National E-Payments Strategy, which is part of the Jordanian government's plan to achieve comprehensive digital transformation, drive financial inclusion, and reduce reliance on cash. The Economic Modernization Program (2023–2025) aims to create an enabling digital environment that supports innovation in the fintech sector and attracts both local and international investments. In addition, regulatory authorities are working to strengthen trust in digital payments through legal and regulatory frameworks, such as the Digital Assets Transactions Regulation Law. This enhances Jordan's ability to keep pace with global financial advancements and provides a safe environment for the expansion of e-wallet services within the Kingdom.

Modric lands in Italy to sign with AC Milan after 13 seasons at Real Madrid
Ammon News - At age 39, Luka Modric is going to try and help restore seven-time European champion AC Milan to glory after one of the most disappointing Rossoneri seasons in recent memory The 2018 Ballon d'Or winner landed in Italy on Monday for a medical with Milan after saying goodbye to Real Madrid following 13 highly successful seasons in Spain. He was expected to a sign a one-year contract later, with an option for a second season. Modric grew up supporting Milan because his idol and fellow Croat, Zvonimir Boban, played for the club in the 1990s. Modric announced in May that he was leaving Madrid after helping the Spanish powerhouse to 28 titles: six European Cups, six Club World Cups, five European Super Cups, four Spanish leagues, two Copas del Rey and five Spanish Super Cups. Milan finished eighth in Serie A last season and missed out on a spot in Europe. The Italian club rehired Massimiliano Allegri as coach after the season, replacing the fired Sergio Conceicao. Allegri won the Italian league for the first time with Milan in 2011, then guided Juventus to five straight titles from 2015 to 2019. Allegri reportedly called former Madrid and Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti to ask about Modric's form. Then new Milan sporting director Igli Tare traveled to Croatia's training camp last month to seal the deal with Modric. The deal was made before the Club World Cup but Modric couldn't join his new club until he finished playing for Madrid at the tournament in the United States.
