The Washington-based 2009 IndyStar Miss Basketball team broke the previous record for the WNBA All-Star Game on Saturday with 15 assists. Meanwhile, praising the WNBA player, NBA legend, Tyrese Haliburton, shared the news on his Instagram Story on July 20.

Skylar Diggins achieved a significant milestone and created history as Team Collier defeated Team Clark in the
All-Star game. She broke two records with his assist, which resulted in another 4-point basket by Napheesa Collier.
She put on an incredible show on Saturday, even after she placed last in the 3-point skills challenge on Friday.
Seattle Storm first shared the news on their Instagram page. The caption read:
'HISTORY WAS MADE.. Skylar Diggins is the FIRST EVER player in WNBA history to record a triple-double in the All-Star Game.'
It was later shared by the iconic
player, Tyrese Haliburton, on his Instagram. On the other hand, after being disappointed by the skills challenge, she stated that she was determined to succeed. As per Sports Max, the WNBA player said with a smile:
"I was p***** that I got last in the skills challenge.. We came out here to have fun, but I wanted to leave here with something. That's what I said when I got on the bus. I got such a talented group, I knew I had to find my niche elsewhere, so I started racking up the assists…'
Later, Napheesa Collier was named the game's MVP. Meanwhile, Captain
was unable to play for her team because of a groin injury she suffered earlier this week.

During the record-breaking offensive night, both sides capitalized on the deep shot. Meanwhile, the WNBA player demonstrated her flexibility during the game by concentrating on racking up assists after realizing her team's potential.
Her resourcefulness demonstrated her flexibility on the court and helped Team Collier win. In addition to exhibiting individual success, the WNBA
honored sportsmanship and teamwork.
