Vogue Williams Surprise Confession About Her First Impressions Of Spencer Matthews

Graziadaily6 days ago

He was known for being one of SW1's most notorious heartbreakers, but since leaving the reality show Made In Chelsea, Spencer Matthews has settled down. He married Vogue Williams in 2018, and the couple share three children together aged six, four, and three.
However, Spencer's reputation didn't escape his then wife-to-be. In a recent interview with The Sun, Vogue has spoken candidly about her first impressions of Spencer, which were far from complimentary.
'I kind of met him with a preconceived idea, and I was like, "I'm not going to like him" because I thought he was a sociopath,' she told the newspaper. 'But after I met him, I loved his personality straight away. He was so sound, but I was being really good at being single and I wanted to stay single, so I thought, "He's going to be a really good friend." That's the first thing I thought.'
Spencer shot to fame as an original cast member of Made In Chelsea, where he earned a name for himself as a party loving playboy. Alongside MIC, Spencer has also had stints on other reality shows, including The Jump, The Bachelor, I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity MasterChef.
However, Spencer has since put his wild days long behind him. Writing on Instagram last year, he shared the 'five changes' he has made to his lifestyle that have made the 'biggest difference to his physical and mental wellbeing', which are clean eating, weight training, cardio, fasting, and avoiding alcohol.
He spoke about his lifestyle changes in a 2018 interview with The Times. 'It's a simple case of growing up,' he said. 'You align what's important differently. My family is extremely close and will always be with each other, and I want that for myself. When I was young, all I wanted to do was go to nightclubs, drink, have fun and be unproductive.'
Spencer and Vogue first met when they were competing on The Jump. Vogue ended up leaving the contest early due to an injury, but had formed a friendship with Spencer by the time she left the programme.
Before meeting Spencer, Vogue was married to Brian McFadden. The couple divorced in 2017, and Vogue recently shared an insight into their relationship in her new autobiography.
'The morning of the wedding [to Brian] I felt very stressed and so anxious because deep down I knew I had made a mistake,' she said. 'After the wedding I tried to make things work. The relationship wasn't all terrible, we did have some great times too, and for the most part he was good fun to be around. But he was not husband material.'

Kerry Katona's daughter sobs over chilling memory of stepdad hitting her mum

Kerry Katona's daughter Heidi, 18, has opened up about her famous mum in her first ever interview as she talks fame and what life was like growing up Kerry Katona's daughter broke down in tears as she recalled a chilling childhood memory of her stepdad hitting her mum. Heidi Katona was just a kid when mum Kerry was married to third husband, ex-rugby player George Kay, who tragically died of a drugs overdose in 2019 aged just 39 after 'eating cocaine' at a hotel. ‌ But the now 18-year-old - who says she saw George as a dad even though her biological father is Kerry's second husband, taxi driver and drug dealer Mark Croft - has opened up on what it was like growing up and admitted: "I saw things as a child I should not have seen." ‌ The teenager said she saw George violently attack her mum - who is dad to Kerry's 11-year-old daughter Dylan-Jorge, known as DJ. Once he even threatened to kill DJ by injecting her with heroin. Heidi, who wants to follow in her mum Kerry's footsteps and be famous, now has mixed feelings about the man she called dad. In her first ever interview, she told The Sun: "I am grieving for him. But I also saw my dad hitting my mum. "She didn't realise at the time how much I saw. It has an effect on who I am now. I saw things as a child I should not have seen. Mum sent me to a therapist but I don't see the point of it. I try to be tough. Like mum I use humour to cover things up, but it's not always easy." The 44-year-old Atomic Kitten star has hit the headlines over the years as much for her personal life as for her career. A mum of five who has been married three times, she shares eldest daughters Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, with first husband, Westlife star Brian McFadden. ‌ Heidi, 18, and brother Max, 17, were born while she was married to second husband Mark Croft. Suggesting her real dad isn't part of her life anymore, Heidi paid tribute to her mum on father's day earlier this month and posted on social media: 'The woman who did both jobs @kerrykatona7 Happy Father's Day.' Kerry's youngest child is 11-year-old daughter DJ - whose dad is her late third husband George Kay. Over her 25-year career Kerry - who grew up in foster care - has been a singer and reality TV star and been declared bankrupt twice. But she is now a self-made millionaire again after joining adults only site OnlyFans - and Heidi revealed she got her kids approval before signing up to the platform during lockdown. She shared how mum Kerry sat them all down and said 'I want to do OnlyFans - tell me if you have a problem with that' before explaining what the site was. Heidi said: "Lockdown meant her other work had stopped. We all agreed she should do it, she's a grown woman who makes her own decisions. ‌ 'She bought us all Airpods with her earnings. I thought, 'This is great'. She's done glamour before, she's been pictured with her boobs out, there's not a huge difference. This way she takes control and makes money from her sexuality. 'We didn't know at the time that she was struggling for money. She has hidden a lot from us over the years.' Her mum now lives in a five-bedroom house in Cheshire and drives a Lamborghini - all paid for by her earnings from OnlyFans, where Kerry admits she's made a lot of money selling foot fetish photos. But though she has fame in her sights, Heidi insists she wants to be a lawyer or a property developer - and says she would never do Love Island as she doesn't want her mum to see her kissing on TV.

Shark attack at 'Ant and Dec beach' leaves teenager in serious condition

A shark attacked a boy at Cabarita Beach on Sunday and he is now in hospital with serious arm injuries A teenage boy has suffered serious injuries after being bitten by a suspected Great White shark at a beach in New South Wales regularly used by TV hosts Ant and Dec. Australian emergency services were called to Cabarita Beach, between Tweed Heads and Byron Bay, at 3.50pm on Sunday after the attack. ‌ Surfers and two off-duty paramedics rushed to the boy's aid, reportedly applying a tourniquet to help restrict the bleeding. ‌ The teen suffered injuries to his arms and hands and was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital by the Westpac Rescue Helicopter in a "serious but stable" condition. ITV hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, have regularly been spotted enjoying downtime at Cabarita Beach in Australia during the filming of " I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!". They were seen having lunch together at a local cafe and also have been pictured enjoying the beach with their families including regularly swimming there. In NSW, Australia, shark fatalities are rare but it is thought there have been three deaths since 2021. The recent attack comes just weeks after a 17-year-old girl was mauled to death by a shark while swimming at a popular tourist spot at Bribie Island, north of Brisbane. ‌ Emergency services had rushed to the scene, with victim Charlize Zmuda treated for life-threatening upper body injuries. Tragically, she later died. Her devastated family said after the incident that they wanted to focus on "incredible life she lived and not the awful way she died". They said in a statement: "Charlize was loved by many and was such a shining light who truly touched the lives of everyone she met." Local Chris Potter told the Courier Mail at the time of what he saw as the devastating scenes unfolded: "People originally thought she had just been caught in a rip. "It was shocking."
