B&M selling 'cheap yet practical' solution for common home and garden problem
People had different ideas about how this piece of storage could help inside and outside their homes B&M shoppers have found a 'cheap yet practical' solution to many storage problems around the home and garden. The £20 'bargain' is available in stores, and its plastic material makes it easy to withstand the British weather. Plus, it can be set up to suit any space you need to fill if you are running low on storage but want something 'simple and stylish'. The Spaceways Six-Tier Shelving Unit can be configured in two different ways. Shoppers could stack the units on top of each other to form a two-tiered look that measures 151cm tall. Or, they could create three different heights of shelving—set up to be shorter but fill a wider space. Right now (as of July 23), the shelf is available in B&M stores as a Special Buy offer for just £20. The plastic piece of homeware, ideal for both indoor and outdoor use, has a 'low stock' warning online. It cannot be ordered or reserved online, so shoppers will need to head to the closest B&M shop and check the aisles for this deal. The online branch locator can help people find the nearest B&M store. Nishz, who is a member of the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, put up a post about the unit having bought a ton for their garden. They wrote: "I think this is a good little buy from B&M. As it's plastic, thought it would be perfect for outdoor shelving." In the picture they added for the group, Nishz had set the unit up on the patio and added some plants. The bottom opening offered a handy place to stash the garden hosepipe as well. One person replied: "Oooo I love the way you've put it together! Looks so good!" People were quick to respond with their own ideas for the unit - and planned to travel to their nearest B&M to take advantage of the deal. Someone put: "Need this for my office!" Another suggested: "That would be good in my catio!" A third suggested: "Might make a nice drinks table?" There was another idea, as a Facebook user posted: "Lovely. Something for the plants in my garden I think." And, one more said: "This could be good to use as shelving in a shed." In other B&M news, shoppers recently spotted something new and exciting in the sweet treat aisle. KitKat fans were keen to snap up two new flavours of the delightful chocolate bar, which are only in B&M stores. Over the years, various flavours of the beloved chocolate bar have delighted fans - and now two new flavours are currently creating a storm of interest. Popular foodie account New Foods UK shared an image of the two new bars - Honeycomb Buzz and Gold Crush - across social media after they were seen at the discount store.

All the remaining Scottish BrewDog bars after beer giant announces closures
The Scottish-founded beer firm will have 15 remaining pub locations across the country after its closure announcement this week. BrewDog is set to close down 10 UK bars soon. The move will see it shut the doors on two of its branches that are based in two Scottish cities. The decision has affected the craft beer firm's first ever pub, its Aberdeen flagship branch that is based on Gallowgate and has been open to beer lovers across the north-east since 2010. Meanwhile, BrewDog fans in Dundee will also be disheartened by the recent news, as the city centre's branch on Panmure Street will also be closing down. It means that the Scottish-founded firm's bar portfolio across Scotland will reduce from its current 18 to 16. There will now only be three of the brand's pubs in the Granite City. Edinburgh still boasts six locations, including two Doghouse sites, with two in Glasgow, and others dotted around the country. This includes a Dogtap bar attached to the brewery in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, where it all began for BrewDog. Scotland is not the only country affected by the closures, as eight other pubs across the UK based across England in locations including York, Shoreditch, and Oxford will also be closing down. We recently reported that BrewDog's wave of closures comes amidst a new "focused strategy" and "rationalisation" of its bar footprint, with the affected locations deemed "not commercially viable." According to CEO James Taylor, keeping open the affected locations would "put pressure on the wider business, making it harder to invest where we know we can grow." The company also advised that it has been affected by other factors putting pressure on the UK hospitality sector such as rising costs, increased regulation, and economic pressure. Despite reports suggesting that staff members at the affected locations said to have been given just "three days notice", a spokesperson has said it is going through "meaningful and appropriate consultation process" that will last a minimum of 14 days. However, the decision was blasted by Unite Hospitality on X, formerly Twitter, recently, with the union firm saying: "In what universe is THREE DAYS a morally (or legally) acceptable notice period for a proper redundancy consultation for the workers impacted?!" Founded in 2007, BrewDog began its journey in Ellon after founders James Watt and Martin Dickie began brewing tiny batches of their own craft beer that they sold at local markets. After its humble beginning in Aberdeenshire, the craft beer firm quickly went global in 2013 with the opening of its first ever international bar in Stockholm, Sweden, before heading to America in 2015. As of today, it is ranked as "the seventh-largest beer brand in Britain", with availability across 57 countries and its beers being sold in over 129 bars and widely distributed internationally. Famed for its non-traditional advertising methods, BrewDog generated interest through free media coverage through provocative campaigns, controversies and publicity stunts. Following its Scottish roots and the announcement of its closures, we have decided to list below all the remaining 15 BrewDog locations that will still be available for beer lovers across the country. Amazon's 'bargain' smartwatch that 'looks like Apple' was £100 now £24
People have said that the watch could pass as a leading model, which often sells for hundreds of pounds more Amazon shoppers have been raving about an affordable smartwatch that "covers all the features" expected of something more expensive. People can take advantage of a deal that knocks even more off the price tag, as the device is now £76 cheaper. The Jugeman Smart Watch normally costs Amazon shoppers £99.99 but has been discounted by more than 75% - but it's only for certain styles. At the time of writing, the light black, grey, light pink, green and blue versions are all under £24. Amazon claims that the fitness tracker has all the features people would expect from a smartwatch, like connecting to the phone via Bluetooth to make and receive calls. It can also pull messages from various other apps, such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more. For fitness fanatics, the waterproof watch offers a range of features to make training and tracking progress effortless. With more than 110 different sport programmes, it "helps you train scientifically and achieve your fitness goals", Amazon adds. A major selling point that shoppers constantly praise about this watch is its 'long battery life'. Amazon also claims that a two-hour charge provides "up to 5-7 days of battery life." Alternatives are available elsewhere if people want to get their hands on a smartwatch but don't want to spend hundreds of pounds. For example, Sports Direct is offering this Karrimor Smart Watch (£19.99, down from £49.99) and the Reflex Active Series 23 Smart Watch from Currys (£39.99). One said: "Everyone keeps asking if it's an Apple Watch. It's brilliant, well worth the money and more!" Another added: "Great value watch, easy to set up, operate and read from the watch face. Good battery life was a replacement for a much more expensive version but still covers all the features." A third wrote: "Excellent value, look's really good and real easy to use, and the battery charge lasts forever." Someone else said: "Have been waiting for what felt like forever for this watch to go down in price and when it did, I brought two! "So easy to set up, comfortable to wear, easy to use but the biggest bonus for me is the battery life. Five days worn and it's still at 50% - that's impressive!" A fifth put: "It is very good and easy to set up, so far the whole family has one." Some did point out a few issues they had. One shared: "Has every sport app on it except swimming which is unusual but otherwise very pleased." And, another warned they found the device "can be very temperamental", suggesting it struggled to record steps, workouts and sleep patterns. A third put: "Watch doesn't always register my steps. Update took a while. The weather doesn't change unless I open weather on my phone then watch updates to the temp."
