Fitzella fits the bill for Hugo Palmer in Princess Margaret
This time she was the 9-4 favourite under Oisin Murphy, and took up the running early on to set a good pace from the front.
As the race developed the contenders behind her attempted to close, but the daughter of Too Darn Hot was well able to keep her head in front to claim an eventual one-length win from George Scott's Staya.

Palmer said: 'Oisin was very upset when he came in from the Albany as he felt he sat too close to a very strong pace, he did realise and took back but the damage was already kind of done by then.
'We felt on reflection that it was her class that allowed her to finish fourth on that occasion.
'She was probably drawn on the wrong side of the track that day as well and today the plan was to hold her up and race more patiently and use her finish.
'She pinged the lids and Oisin had to go straight to plan B and it worked very nicely. He didn't go hard and of course she's very exciting.
'She was an expensive yearling but has always been beautiful and still is and I'm delighted she's a Group winner now.
'I've only watched it once so I don't know how tough Oisin has had to be on her. She was very game and very willing which is what she has been at home since the get-go. I'm delighted today, but just sad she's not a Royal Ascot winner.'
A great attitude shown!

Coral made Fitzella a 25-1 chance for next May's 1000 Guineas, but more immediate in Palmer's thoughts is the Breeders' Cup, with a trip to France a possibility before crossing the Atlantic to Del Mar in November.
Palmer continued: 'She's shown great gate speed today and the Breeders' Cup would definitely be on the radar, she will definitely run again and possibly twice, but I wouldn't think more than that.
'It's her fourth start of the year and I wouldn't want her to have many more than five or six runs.
'She has a Moyglare entry, but that is a very stiff seven furlongs and I would have thought the Prix du Calvados at Deauville may be the right option, it's a month away. She wouldn't want soft ground though, so we will have to see what the weather brings.'

Kia Joorabchian books Frankie Dettori to try to turn fortunes around in big race
The Amo Racing supremo has admitted enduring a disappointing 2025 so far and is pinning his hopes on the Adrian Murray-trained Tiberius Thunder at Saratoga Kia Joorabchian has booked Frankie Dettori to try to turn his 2025 fortunes around. The Amo Racing supremo has endured a disappointing year to date with his team's biggest success so far coming from Commonwealth Cup runner-up Arizona Blaze in a Group 2 race this month. Joorabchian, who has ambitions to challenge racing superpowers Coolmore and Godolphin, has been a major buyer at the thoroughbred sales. In June on the eve of Royal Ascot he spent £2 million to acquire Ghostwriter who finished third in the Hardwicke Stakes on his debut for Amo Racing but was withdrawn before his next appearance after getting upset and injuring himself in the preliminaries. Ghostwriter has since been switched from trainer Clive Cox to Freemason Lodge in Newmarket, the former Sir Michael Stoute yard now owned by Amo Racing. Kevin Philippart de Foy took over training at the stables in July as Amo's number one trainer. Joorabchian owned up to the struggles after Arizona Blaze's win at the Curragh under David Egan for trainer Adrian Murray in an interview with RacingTV. He said: 'It's been unfortunate. We've had a lot of bad luck this year. Right before Royal Ascot we had a couple of our bigger two-year-olds get injured. We really haven't seen the majority of our horses come out yet. 'Going forward now the team is getting more together. David is doing an incredible job with us and he's extended. We are looking forward to the next 18 months being somewhat more successful than the last five.' On Saturday Amo Racing are set to be represented by Tiberius Thunder in the £550,000 Saratoga Derby Invitational at Saratoga. The three-year-old colt, trained by Murray, finished fourth in the Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot in June. The mount will be taken by Frankie Dettori, who rode his last winner in Britain before he relocated to the US on Amo Racing star King Of Steel when he captured the Champion Stakes at Ascot in 2023. Murray told Mirror Racing: 'We always try to get the best available and when you go over there it helps to have someone who knows the track. 'Tiberius Thunder was one of five or six to run really good races at Royal Ascot. He's a fair horse and we think he has a big chance.'

I'm 100 per cent sure I couldn't make it as a professional golfer
Gareth Bale admitted he was '100 per cent sure' that he could not become a professional golfer. The former Real Madrid and Wales star is well known for his love of golf and has cut his handicap from 'three or four' to just 0.1 since retiring from football in January 2023. That has led to suggestions that Bale – who has played on the PGA Tour at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-am where footage of him making a brilliant chip from a cart path went viral – could try and make it as a professional golfer, despite having turned 36 earlier this month. 'I'm fully, 100 per cent sure, I can not make it professionally,' Bale told BBC Wales ahead of this week's AIG Women's Open at Royal Porthcawl. 'When you are in golf and you see professional golfers play, compared to even your best stuff, it is nowhere near. 'When I've played with those players and watched them, you really appreciate how good they actually are. 'Never mind just playing with your friends, they are doing it under the most severe pressure, in tournament conditions, in hard weather. 'So there won't be any professional (golf) for me. 'But I love the game. I love watching it, I love growing it.'

Spencer happy to play waiting game with ‘exciting' Gold Digger
An impressive winner at Yarmouth on debut, Richard Spencer's exciting daughter of Starman was not disgraced when beaten just over four lengths at the Royal meeting and that form looks strong, with the winner Venetian Sun subsequently landing the Duchess of Cambridge at Newmarket and the fourth home Fitzella striking gold in the Princess Margaret Stakes at Ascot on Saturday. However, immediate plans are on hold for Gold Digger, with connections eager to take a patient approach with a filly Spencer describes as 'one of the best we've had for a while'. 'The form is very good but she had a little niggle after Ascot so she won't be out anytime shortly,' said the trainer. 'Whether we can get her back out in the autumn I don't know, but we won't be rushing her because she's very talented. 'She will be a three-year-old so we're not going to rush to get her back just for this year, so we'll mind her and if we have to, wait until next year.' On plans for her return, Spencer added: 'If anything we will be dropping back to five furlongs to start off with then potentially stepping back up to six, but she's got so much speed. She got quicker from her Yarmouth debut to the Albany, so she'll be going five I would say wherever she goes. 'She won't run until she says she's ready and we won't be rushing, but she's exciting though and probably one of the best we've had for a while.'
