
Abad & Dubaish inaugurate several projects at Civil Status Department branches in Capital Secretariat
Dr. Hamoud Obad, Secretary of the Capital, and Major General Ali Hussein Al-Dubaish, head of the Department of Civil Status and Civil Registration, inaugurated on Saturday the projects of automated issuance and expansion of the system of loss, renewal , damage allowance, and network connection to the branches of the department in the directorates of the Capital Secretariat.
During the inauguration, the Capital Secretary pointed out that the inauguration of these projects aims to facilitate the services provided to citizens in the Capital Secretariat Directorate , raise the service performance of the department and its branches.
He praised the efforts of the department's leadership in implementing the National Vision Plan for State Building, especially with regard to the implementation of vital projects related to civil status and civil registration.
The head of the Department of Civil Status emphasized that the opening of these projects aims to build a modern , comprehensive national database, provide services and complete citizens' transactions with ease.
He pointed out the keenness of the department's leadership to implement the department's plan , achieve its goals, despite the current circumstances and challenges the country is going through

Discussion on procedures for establishing the Multi-Purpose Ma'een Cooperative Association in Capital Secretariat
Sana'a - Saba: A meeting held on Sunday in Ma'een District of the Capital Secretariat, chaired by the head of the Social Affairs Committee, Hamoud Al-Naqeeb, discussed the completion of procedures for establishing the multi-purpose Ma'een Cooperative Association. The meeting, attended by executive, local, and developmental leaders, addressed the reasons for the delay in finalizing the association's establishment to serve as a true developmental arm for Ma'een District, as well as the necessary solutions. This comes in line with the directives of the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the program of the Government of Change and Construction, emphasizing the need to complete the establishment of cooperative associations in the districts of the Capital Secretariat. Al-Naqeeb stressed the importance of unifying efforts and expediting the completion of developmental cooperative associations in all districts of the Secretariat, given their significant role in local development and enhancing community support for official efforts in building sustainable development. He highlighted the role and plan of the Agricultural Projects and Initiatives Financing Unit in the Secretariat, its priorities, and its main objective of achieving sustainable development, with resources allocated by the local authority for this purpose. He affirmed the Capital Secretariat leadership's keen interest and close follow-up to complete the establishment of developmental associations in all districts, providing the necessary support to achieve this goal. During the meeting, the Director of the Financing Unit, Engineer Abdulmalik Al-Ansi, discussed several developmental projects the unit intends to implement in Ma'een District, as well as forming a joint committee from the Financing Unit and Ma'een leadership to prepare a plan and budget for developmental projects for the year 1447 AH. For his part, the Director of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the Secretariat, Nasser Al-Kahali, emphasized the importance of completing the training of the remaining "Development Knights and Pioneers" in Ma'een District, as they are the key elements in building development. He also stressed the need to qualify and train the remaining members of the association to enable them to carry out their tasks effectively. Meanwhile, the Director of Ma'een District, Abdulmalik Al-Radhi, appreciated the efforts and attention of the Capital Secretariat leadership in accelerating the completion of the Ma'een Cooperative Association to enable it to implement developmental projects and economic empowerment programs, as well as activating the Development Knights and Pioneers in the district. Specialized Criminal Division begins first session in 'Dhamar Cell' case
Sana'a - SABA: The Specialized Criminal Division in the Capital Secretariat began today its first session to review the case of 48 defendants accused of espionage, aiding the enemy, and forming armed gangs for assassinations and bombings in Sana'a, and the governorates of Sana'a, Amran, Dhamar, Hajjah, Al-Hudaydah, Ibb, and Al-Bayda, under the name 'Dhamar Cell' (as part of security operations). During the session, presided over by Judge Abdullah Al-Najjar, the summary report of the case was read out against the defendants. The initial verdict had convicted them, sentencing 44 to death and four others to prison terms ranging from 2 to 15 years, in addition to the confiscation of all seized items, including weapons, explosives, vehicles, communication devices, and computers. The court granted the defense attorneys an opportunity to submit their appeals by the next session. According to the indictment, the defendants were responsible for: The assassination of Dr. Raji Ahmed Abdulmalik Hamiduddin. An attempted assassination of Taha Ahmed Al-Mutawakkil by firing two 'LAW' rockets at his vehicle, which missed and only caused damage to his car and minor injuries to another person nearby. The attempted assassination of Amin Mohammed Ahmed Jumaan by firing multiple rounds from automatic weapons at his vehicle, causing multiple injuries and property damage. Participation in a criminal conspiracy to assassinate top government, military, and security leaders opposed to the aggression. The killing of Ali Ali Al-Warith, the attempted murder of Colonel Issam Yahya Nasser Al-Ghaili, and the killing of Radman Nasser Ghanem Al-Wusabi. Capital Sanaa: Mobilization meeting in Ma'een District in support of Palestinian Cause
Sana'a – SABA: The Guidance Sector in Ma'een District of the Capital Secretariat organized today an expanded meeting for scholars, preachers, and guides as part of mobilization efforts to support the Palestinian cause and stand with Gaza. During the meeting, Majid Al-Kibsi, the district's Guidance official, reaffirmed the principled and steadfast position in support of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, emphasizing continued resilience and mobilization against the Zionist enemy. He highlighted the role of scholars, preachers, and intellectuals in raising societal awareness about the Zionist-American schemes targeting the nation and its sanctities, reinforcing faith-based and jihadist values, and actively participating in mobilization efforts within the framework of the battle of "The Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad." Al-Kubsi explained that the ongoing genocide in Gaza by the Zionist entity with American support is a result of the nation's failure to fulfill its duty in defending the oppressed and protecting holy sites.
