Mangaluru: Mangaluru City police have taken one person into custody, in connection with a provocative social media post on Instagram. The accused is Ashik S Kotian, 25, from Karkala, Udupi district. A case was registered against the accused at Mangaluru South police station under Sections 196, 353(2), and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
