'Conspiracy': Biden's Doctor Refuses To Answer Questions On Ex-President's Mental Fitness
Ex-White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor invoked the Fifth Amendment, refusing to answer questions about Joe Biden's cognitive health.
Former White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor refused to answer questions about ex-US President Joe Biden's cognitive health during a closed-door session with the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, invoking his Fifth Amendment right.
According to Oversight Chairman James Comer, Dr. Kevin O'Connor declined to answer two direct questions: whether he was ever instructed to lie about the ex-President's health and whether he believed Joe Biden was unfit for office.
'He pleaded the Fifth Amendment," James Comer said. The only question Kevin O'Connor responded to was a confirmation of his name after which he swiftly exited the House office building. Kevin O'Connor's attorney, David Schertler, said the doctor had 'no choice" but to invoke his constitutional rights under the circumstances.
James Comer criticized Kevin O'Connor's decision, calling it 'unprecedented" and accusing the Joe Biden administration of orchestrating a cover-up.
'Clearly there was a conspiracy to cover up," he said in a statement, adding, 'We will continue to interview more Biden White House aides to get the answers Americans deserve."
The interview was part of a broader investigation into Joe Biden's mental fitness and whether key aides were exercising presidential authority behind the scenes. James Comer cited the book 'Original Sin' by journalists Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, which alleged that a group of senior Joe Biden aides were making key decisions in place of the US President.
Members of this alleged inner circle are now scheduled to appear before the Oversight panel over the next few weeks. Upcoming witnesses include former Chief of Staff Ron Klain (July 24), counselor Steve Ricchetti (July 30), senior adviser Mike Donilon (July 31), deputy chief of staff Bruce Reed (August 5) and former senior adviser Anita Dunn (August 7).
Joe Biden has previously dismissed concerns about his cognitive abilities, calling the claims 'ridiculous and false."

Gaikwad said, 'I will be speaking CM and deputy CM and will tell them my case. I have complained many a times about the food, not only me, but several MLAs have complained. Representing Buldhana constituency, Gaikwad is known for his aggressive street-level politics, fiery speeches and non-diplomatic language. His brash style may have helped him consolidate a loyal voter base locally, but it has repeatedly embarrassed the Shiv Sena (now Shinde faction) leadership in the state.
