Sainsbury's adds pizza to meal deals as shoppers delighted
Shoppers can now buy the pizza as a snack in the three-piece meal deal combo, which also includes a drink and a main.
The pizza is served from Sainsbury's bakery section and can also be bought as a single item for £1.20.
Sainsbury's is offering a range of pizza flavours, including Tomato, Cheese and Onion, Tomato and Mozzerella and Red Onion and Cheese.
On the Facebook Group, Man Behaving Dadly, one Sainsbury shopper shared their discovery, writing: "Fun fact. Sainsbury's allows you to have a mini pizza as a 'snack' in a meal deal if you don't fancy crisps or chocolate or whatever. I forgot to measure it, but it was easily 8-10 inches long."
Reacting to the pizza, one Facebook user wrote: "That's a huge 'snack' to include in a meal deal!"

It's official: four more famous restaurants join Time Out Market Budapest
Scheduled to open this autumn, Time Out Market Budapest will bring together the best chefs and restaurants from all over Hungary's capital and beyond, all under one roof. Eleven award-winning and emerging local restaurateurs will be offering the crème de la crème of the city's food scene, and we recently announced the first four. Anyukám Mondta is bringing traditional Italian flavours and family recipes, Pingrumba a taste of the East and 101 Bistro modern Taiwanese cuisine, while Szaletly will be serving the finest examples from the contemporary Hungarian kitchen. Now, a further four restaurants have officially joined the roster – here's what they're bringing to the table. CANTEEN Kicking things off is István Pesti, who earned two Michelin stars with his restaurant in Tata. Now, he has created a new concept exclusively for Time Out Market Budapest and rather than fine dining, traditional Hungarian flavours will be coming to Budapest in the shape of CANTEEN, whose menu includes lip-smacking dishes like goulash soup, Viennese veal schnitzel and chicken paprikash, all topped off with a classic, hearty apple pie. Casa Christa Also among the new names is Casa Christa, a restaurant showcasing the Balaton region, whose every plate evokes the atmosphere of Hungary's bucolic lake getaway: sun-baked slopes, wine cellars and seasonal produce freshly sourced from local markets. For Hungarians, this is where to head for a hit of holiday nostalgia. In addition to these perennial favourites, characteristic dishes of the Balaton Uplands will be served – think fresh fish, regional specialities and reimagined classics created from local ingredients. Bigfish Bigfish will bring fresh flavours and a seaside feel to the heart of Budapest as part of Time Out Market. Expect seasonal seafood specialities, freshly shucked oysters, British-style fish and chips, and premium-quality sushi directly sourced from the largest fish markets in Europe. Tuning Burger The fourth name? That'd be none other than Tuning Burger, once the title-holder of Hungary's Best Burger. This place has raised the concept of hamburgers to a whole new level thanks to exceptional ingredients and flavours. Patties are crafted from matured meat, artisanal buns and homemade sauces, and visitors will find market specialities like Hungarian grey cattle, Hortobágy Angus, Wagyu or Omaha meat. Favourites like the mango chutney, the truffle foie gras, the Umami burger and the award-winning Leicester burger will all be on the menu. What to drink at Time Out Market Budapest To wash all that down, Wines of Hungary will be representing the country's 22 brilliant wine regions at one wine bar counter, with the expert help of sommeliers. We can expect to see big names as well as new varieties, so head here for a sip of an old favourite or some crisp, fresh drops. Cheers to that!

Italian restaurant chain with 13 sites 'on brink of administration'
Sky News reports that Interpath Advisory is preparing a pre-pack insolvency, which is where the sale of a business or its assets is agreed before the administration begins Italian restaurant chain Gusto is reportedly on the brink of collapsing into administration. Sky News reports that Interpath Advisory is preparing a pre-pack insolvency, which is where the sale of a business or its assets is agreed before the administration process begins. Sky further claims that Cherry Equity Partners, the owner of Latin American restaurant concept Cabana, would likely takeover the majority of Gusto sites - but warned job losses were still expected. The Mirror has contacted Gusto for comment. Gusto has 13 UK restaurants including: Alderley Edge Birmingham Cheadle Hulme Cookridge Edinburgh Heswall Knutsford Leeds City Centre Liverpool Manchester Newcastle Nottingham Oxford Restaurant and pub owners have been struggling in recent years following the coronavirus pandemic and then the cost of living crisis. Increases in the minimum wage and National Insurance paid by employers have also added pressure onto hospitality businesses. BrewDog announced last week that it would shutter ten sites, including its flagship branch in Aberdeen. Its Camden branch closed on Friday, with the other bars closing from Saturday onwards. CEO James Taylor sent a message to all staff, explaining that the venues were no longer making money. He said: "Following much consideration, we have sadly concluded that there is no realistic prospect of making these venues commercially viable. "Keeping them open would put pressure on the wider business, making it harder to invest where we know we can grow. This decision is not simply a response to the challenging UK hospitality market, but a proactive decision to redefine the bar division's focus. "This is not a decision we've taken lightly. But as we evolve BrewDog into a more focused and sustainable business, we've had to be honest about where we are - and where we're heading." Meanwhile, Thai restaurant chain Busaba Eathai was brought out of administration last week as part of a pre-pack deal. It once had as many as 16 restaurants, but this was reduced to 12 following a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) - which is a way for a struggling business to negotiate with creditors - in 2020. Joint administrator Neil Bennett said: 'Busaba has experienced tough trading conditions over the past few years, in line with the hospitality industry in general, including the negative consequences of the cost-of-living crisis, inflation and a substantial increase in utilities costs. 'The pre-pack sale has allowed us to transfer the business smoothly and has saved a long-standing London Thai restaurant along with hundreds of jobs." Oakman Inns & Restaurants also recently announced plans to close six sites and transfer a further 12 after falling into administration. Ross Connock, joint administrator at PwC, said: 'It's regrettable that six trading sites were not included in the sale, resulting in 159 redundancies. Our team of employee specialists are providing support to those affected during this challenging time.'
