This is the most elegant style trend for the summer– and you can shop it from £20
There's a style trend that's taking over this summer, and it's as elegant as it is timeless: pleats. Once reserved for occasionwear, tennis skorts, or school uniforms, pleats have had a major fashion glow-up, thanks to designers like Issey Miyake, who famously turned the technique into a sculptural art form with his Pleats Please collection.
This season, pleats are everywhere, from floaty midi skirts to structured trousers and even breezy summer dresses. They're a chic, easy-to-wear trend that looks good with just about everything and is so comfy.

Cadbury fans rush to B&M to try 'amazing' new Dairy Milk flavour
A new, unique Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar with a twist has hit B&M stores around the UK – and chocolate fans are desperate to get their hands on the fresh product There is no feeling like taking a bite of a delicious chocolate bar when you are in need of a pick-me-up or energy boost. Often, with so much choice on the market and new products being released all the time – such as the new Cadbury Bournville flavours – it can be hard to choose which one to go for. While the classics never go amiss, it is always fun to try something new - and fans are buzzing over this new Cadbury flavour. If you are a fan of the Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations bars – known for their jelly popping candy hidden inside the chocolate pieces – you are bound to enjoy this new treat. The new combination contains cola-flavoured jellies and fizzy candy chips, alongside the famous popping candy. The product has been available some time in Australia, but now Brits can get their hands on them, too. In April this year, a large sharing-size bar of the Marvellous Creations Cola Fizz was spotted in B&M. But now, you can get the treats in 50 portions for £1, perfect for when you're on the go or you don't want to share. Popular social media food page, New Foods UK, who always find the latest product drops in stores, shared a snap of the treats on Facebook and Instagram. The post reads: "Dairy Milk Cola Marvellous Creations bars back at B&M stores." "Sounds absolutely amazing," commented one individual. Another said: "Love this very nice." "Omg I need to go B&M," insisted one other. Another observed: "These looks interesting. May have to try." "Oh these look good," added one other. "Chocolate and coke," said another, who loves the flavour combination. Others don't seem as keen, as one said: "I literally shuddered seeing this. a bad way." "Unsure but also need to try," said one divided individual. One other suggested: "Get rid of the jelly bits and just mix the chocolate and popping candy bits with cola which would be much better." One B&M worker issued a warning when the 100g version came into stores, and said: "Work at B&M and just a heads up before people start rushing in and saying to staff 'yeah but it's all over Facebook'; not every store gets stuff in at exactly the same time, like when people see stuff cheap etc not every store especially the smaller ones have it in." In other food news, a nine-year-old who was addicted to Shreddies and McDonald's chicken nuggets from the age of two has overcome his addiction - and it's all thanks to hypnosis. Will you be rushing to get your hands on this new treat? Comment below.

Shop the Lionesses' champions outfit looks from M&S as Chloe Kelly wears £35 waistcoat
The Lionesses celebrate their Euros win in style at Downing Street, sporting tailored looks from their M&S collection and you can shop the pieces from £30 Fresh from their iconic Euros win, the Lionesses continued their celebrations at a Downing Street reception hosted by Angela Rayner, with the whole team sporting tailored looks from their Marks & Spencer collection. M&S has a long-standing tailoring partnership with the English FA. In 2007, they became the official suit supplier for the England senior men's football team, and just this year, the high street retailer launched a 13-piece collection designed for the women's football team. From chic waistcoats to tailored matching sets and crisp shirts, the collection aims to "bridge the gap between the players off pitch style and our customers love for the sport". Serving up some serious looks off the pitch, the team headed to No. 10 wearing standout pieces from the collection. Chloe Kelly opted for the Tailored Pleat Front Wide Leg Trousers, priced at £39.50, teamed with the matching Tailored Asymmetric Waistcoat, priced at £35 but currently out of stock online. Waistcoat co-ords have been a huge trend, and Chloe's sleek, structured, and surprisingly versatile M&S set gives off that effortlessly cool vibe the Lionesses do so well. The waistcoat was a popular pick among the team with Michelle Agyemang, Alessia Russo and Alex Greenwood rocking it as well. Captain Leah Williamson went for a more summery take on classic suiting with the Straight Short Sleeve Single Breasted Blazer, priced at £59, paired with the High Waisted Pleat Front Bermuda Shorts, priced at £29.50. Unfortunately, the shorts are currently out of stock, along with the waistcoat, but some are still available to shop in store. Player Lucy Bronze opted for a lighter colour palette with the Tailored Pleat Front Barrel Leg Trousers in soft green, priced at £39.50. The barrel leg silhouette is one of the biggest trends of 2025, so it's no surprise to see M&S incorporate this stylish shape into the collection. Focusing on simple silhouettes, a neutral colour palette and cool-girl tailoring, this range works for all occasions from office days to summer weddings and evening drinks with your friends. Talking about the collection Maddy Evans, Director of M&S Woman comments: "We're thrilled to have collaborated with the English FA over the last 18 years and we're proud to have delivered this latest collection ahead of the Lionesses next tournament. It comprises an effortless, modern tailoring edit for spring/summer 2025, that feels authentic to the team and that the players will feel proud to wear. Championing style and versatility and underpinned by new modern shapes it's a collection for an incredible team of women, who are role models to the nation and who we'll be supporting every step of the way.' If the Lionesses success has inspired you, why not show your support for the team with a new football shirt? England fans can pick up their shirt from Fanatics or the England Store, with several different options available including the Home Stadium Shirt (£84.99) and Dri-FIT ADV Home Match Shirt (£124.99). Both options are also available in Mens and Kids sizes.
