Everyone has noticed Jeff Bezos' new look after his Venice wedding to Lauren Sánchez
The Amazon founder, who has famously rocked a clean-shaven bald head for years, was recently spotted at the ultra-exclusive Allen & Co. conference in Sun Valley, Idaho, sporting thick white-grey hair growing in around the sides of his scalp. The new look, covered in outlets such as the Daily Mail and People — which called it "shocking" — comes just two weeks after his highly publicized wedding to Lauren Sánchez — and the broad coverage of the small change is no surprise given how the billionaire has commanded the spotlight amid the events of the wedding with an estimated $1.1 billion economic impact on the city of Venice.
By normal standards, a little hair growth wouldn't warrant a double take. But for a man whose $50 million wedding in Venice included a yacht arrival, a city-wide disruption that spawned an entire protest movement, and a guest list featuring the likes of Oprah, Kim Kardashian, and Leonardo DiCaprio, even a subtle style shift is enough to command attention.

Bezos, 64, had already shown signs of growing his hair out during the multi-day wedding celebration in Italy, where he and Sánchez said 'I do' on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore. But it was the tech billionaire's appearance at the Idaho media conference — a gathering spot for the world's richest and most powerful — that confirmed the change.
The hairstyle evolution joins a long list of recent transformations for Bezos, according to People. Sánchez has often shared details about her husband's intense fitness regimen in interviews, emphasizing his dedication to fitness and exercise. The couple also prioritizes early bedtimes and holistic wellness.

John Lennon Admitted He Was ‘Scared' of This Rock Legend Despite Wanting to Work With Him
John Lennon Admitted He Was 'Scared' of This Rock Legend Despite Wanting to Work With Him originally appeared on Parade. Despite being one of the most popular musicians of all time, John Lennon still had his own insecurities when it came to other stars. In a resurfaced interview, Lennon once admitted that he was 'scared' of Elvis Presley. '[Bob] Dylan would be interesting because I think he made a great album in Blood on the Tracks, but I'm still not keen on the backings. I think I could produce him great. And Presley. I'd like to resurrect Elvis,' Lennon told Rolling Stone during a 1975 interview, when asked which musicians he'd most like to work with. 'But I'd be so scared of him I don't know whether I could do it. But I'd like to do it. Dylan, I could do, but Presley would make me nervous.' He continued, 'But Dylan or Presley, somebody up there. I know what I'd do with Presley. Make a rock 'n' roll album. Dylan doesn't need material. I'd just make him some good backings. So if you're reading this Bob, you know….' However, Lennon and Presley had previously crossed paths, and the 'Kentucky Rain' singer allegedly wasn't a fan of the Beatle due to his political stances. 'His dislike of the pacifist Beatle was born from the night I took the Fab Four to his house for their first — and last — meeting,' journalist Chris Hutchins, who introduced the two men, told the Daily Mail in 2011, per Express. 'John had annoyed Presley by making his anti-war feelings known the moment he stepped into the massive lounge and spotted the table lamps — model wagons engraved with the message: 'All the way with LBJ.'' He continued, 'Presley allied himself with the FBI director Edgar Hoover and encouraged him to have Lennon thrown out of the US.' Hutchins added that Lennon was vocal about his 'hatred' of President Lyndon B. Johnson because he 'raised the stakes in the Vietnam War.' Presley, on the other hand, was a supporter of Johnson and Lennon's opinion rubbed him the wrong way. 🎬 SIGN UP for Parade's Daily newsletter to get the latest pop culture news & celebrity interviews delivered right to your inbox 🎬 John Lennon Admitted He Was 'Scared' of This Rock Legend Despite Wanting to Work With Him first appeared on Parade on Jul 14, 2025 This story was originally reported by Parade on Jul 14, 2025, where it first appeared.

YouTube Adds Video Title Testing Option in YouTube Studio
This story was originally published on Social Media Today. To receive daily news and insights, subscribe to our free daily Social Media Today newsletter. YouTube's announced the next stage of its thumbnail testing rollout, with more users now able to access the feature within the 'Test and Compare' element in YouTube Studio, adding another means to optimize your YouTube content performance. And it's also now adding video title testing into the mix. As explained by YouTube: 'We're starting to experiment with a feature that gives creators the ability to test titles as well as thumbnails using our 'Test & compare' feature in Studio. We're rolling this out to a small percentage of creators at first, but we'll keep you posted on our plans to expand it to more creators.' So YouTube will now let you try out titles as well, as a means to determine the most engaging, attention-grabbing elements for your video uploads. That could be a valuable addition, providing more means to glean feedback on optimal content approaches before full publishing. YouTube originally announced that it was developing its thumbnail A/B testing feature in June 2023, and then launched an initial test with selected creators last year. As you can see in this example, YouTube's thumbnail comparison testing enables channel managers to upload up to three thumbnail images, which are then sample tested with YouTube users. As explained by YouTube: 'YouTube will show your chosen thumbnails evenly across your videos viewers and will select a winning thumbnail based on which one generates the most watch time share.' YouTube says that it's optimizing for watch time on this element because it believes that this metric is the best way to guide your content strategy decisions, and 'support your chances of success on the platform.' In other words, YouTube wants you to focus on this element to grow your channel, which means that it's the key thing that drives exposure and reach. The same process will seemingly now be applied to video titles as well, giving you another feedback option to better align your content with your audience. It could be a valuable addition, especially when you consider that top YouTubers like MrBeast spend significant amounts of time and money on thumbnail and title development, in order to maximize their video performance. Indeed, Mr Beast claims to have a team of six people that develop and test his video thumbnails, trying out up to 20 variations for each of his clips. Titles testing adds another aspect to this, ensuring more data-backed approaches to maximize your YouTube clips.
