MILAN FUTURO v CAMPOBASSO: MATCH PREVIEW
Milan Futuro will conclude the month of March with a home match against Campobasso, who were promoted last season and now very much in the play-off picture. At the Felice Chinetti in Solbiate Arno, Coach Oddo's side are on the hunt for some vital points in order to improve their precarious position in the table. Here is our Match Preview ahead of the upcoming league clash on matchday 34.
LATEST FROM MILAN FUTURO
There's no doubt about it: it's a tough situation. In March, we've played out two home draws and suffered three narrow defeats, with one constant: when we've opened the scoring (Legnago, Pineto, Pontedera), our opponents have always struck back. The team have made progress physically and in terms of style of play, but we're now into the final stretch of the season and there aren't many opportunities left to pick up results and points. We need to quickly find some consistency, starting from this match against a side we did well against in the reverse fixture. Sia is out through suspension, as is Coach Oddo (Coach Donatelli will take his place in the dugout). Bartesaghi, Minotti and Quirini are one booking away from suspension.
LATEST FROM CAMPOBASSO
Compared to when the teams last met in December, Campobasso have recovered somewhat from a very poor run of form - 13 games without a win between November and February - but without any half-measures. Indeed, their last eight matches have seen them win four and lose four under Coach Fabio Prosperi, who replaced Braglia in January. The Lupi haven't won away from home since 22 February (2-1 against SPAL in Ferrara), but their 2-1 victory over Carpi last time out has reignited their play-off ambitions. In particular, the Rossoneri will have to watch out for Campobasso's top two goalscorers, namely captain Di Nardo (ten goals this campaign, but just one in his last nine appearances) and former Sampdoria man Di Stefano, who, however, is yet to find the net in 2025. They have no suspensions, but the injured Morelli is unavailable.

"There are elements of high technical and tactical quality, it's not just a team focused on the future. It will be a very important and difficult match, in which we will try to get a positive result", Coach Prosperi stated on the eve of the match.
WHERE TO WATCH MILAN FUTURO ON TV
In Italy, the game will be live on TV on Sky Sport e NOW. Don't miss our coverage on Instagram, the AC Milan Official App - where, in the next few days, the entire match will be available on demand - and acmilan.com.
LATEST FROM SERIE C
Giuseppe Rispoli will be the referee for the match at the Chinetti. It'll be the second time Rispoli has refereed a Milan Futuro game this season (after Pontedera v Milan Futuro in November). More recently, he took charge of AC Milan v Lecce in the Coppa Italia Primavera. He will be assisted by Sbardella and Galieni, while Moro will perform the role of fourth official.

The following fixtures will be played on Sunday: Ascoli v Vis Pesaro (15:00 CEST), Lucchese v Ternana (15:00 CEST), Rimini v Sestri Levante (15:00 CEST) and SPAL v Legnago (17:30 CEST). On Monday, Virtus Entella v Torres (20:30 CEST) will bring the latest round of fixtures to an end.

Kelly Ripa Says Mark Consuelos 'Ruined the Serenity of Our House' with One Decision He Made
NEED TO KNOW Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos appeared on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Tuesday, July 15 During their appearance, Ripa joked her husband's business venture has 'ruined the serenity of our house' The Live with Kelly and Mark hosts purchased a portion of Campobasso Football Club in 2022Kelly Ripa is calling out her husband Mark Consuelos for the impact his business venture is having on their home life On Tuesday, July 15, the married Live with Kelly and Mark hosts made a joint appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about their new ESPN docuseries, Running with the Wolves. The upcoming four-part series (premiering July 29) will give viewers an inside look at how the couple have been navigating ownership of an Italian soccer team they purchased in 2022. Mark admits to host Seth Meyers that purchasing a "piece" of the the Campobasso Football Club was 'kind of an impulsive buy.' Meyers then looks at Ripa and says, 'Now this is very sweet because you were supportive of this, but you only thought it was going to be writing a check?' This prompts Ripa to go into a tangent about how the purchase has changed their lifestyle — especially her husband's. 'There are so many ways in which I thought, 'He's going to invest in this little project, and then we will buy property in Italy,'' she jokes. She then notes, 'He has sunk a lot of money into this and he never stops working.' Consuelos explained earlier in the conversation that building the team back up after it went 'bankrupt' was a challenging feat. The team didn't have a coach or even players at the time they bought it, but Consuelos still recalls saying, 'Great, let's do it.' Explaining the aftermath of their big purchase, Ripa adds of her husband, 'He has ruined the serenity of our house. It is constant work. It's working all the time.' She continues, 'And I'm like, 'I thought you were just going to be a silent investor.' And the next thing I know, camera crews are coming into my house,' she adds, referring to her and Consuelos' New York City townhouse, that they recently showed off back in December. In a video tour with Architectural Digest, Ripa opened up about how their longtime home, where they've lived for 12 years, has become their 'favorite place on earth.' 'We've moved several times in our lives, but no matter where we go, for me, this is my forever home,' Ripa said while showing off the couple's sprawling primary bedroom. 'When I walked in here I was like, 'this is the final place where I will live.' I love this house so much.' Consuelos added to Myers that the soccer venture has him going to Italy 'five or six times a year.' While he's fluent in Italian, his wife has two words for how learning the new language has gone for her: 'It's terrible!' During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in May 2023, Consuelos opened up about Campobasso FC after it had a successful season in the Italian soccer league. He noted that the team's success, including winning 28 of 30 games at the time, came as a bit of a surprise. "Oh my gosh, this wasn't supposed to work out," Consuelos said at the time. "This was a hair-brained idea." Read the original article on People
