Paulina Porizkova's ‘Seriously Unflattering' Selfie Is to Remind Fans of One Lesson: ‘This One Is for You'
Earlier this week, the supermodel shared a photo with a major purpose on her Instagram. She shared the photo with the caption, 'Here's an unfortunate angle and seriously unflattering light.'

'In selecting my photos for IG, I almost unconsciously gravitate to pictures where I look best — as in youngest. Least wrinkled, least saggy,' she said. 'So, in the last year or so I'm consciously choosing some that I would have never posted before.'
She then talked about all the comments she's sure she'll get under 'unflattering photos,' adding, 'But the majority are women like myself who feel like they are uncertain of what this aging thing is supposed to 'look' like, and like myself, madly grateful there is someone that mirrors them.'
Porizkova ended by saying, 'So this one is for you, my sisters, to let you know that if you want to look pretty, find good light and a good angle. If you're tired of being ashamed of your age, let your 'seasoned lady flag fly!''
In the photo, we see Porizkova took a selfie while out and about on a summer day, showing off her gray hair and wrinkles with no filter. She took the selfie from down below, which tends to highlight wrinkles and a lot of parts people typically try to hide; but not Porizkova!
Porizkova is always trying to help people become their most authentic selves, and to get out of their comfort zone to enter their self-love era. This selfie is reminding everyone to live (and post) authentically; and we truly love to see it.
Back in her April 2023 cover issue with SheKnows, Porizkova talked about how through all the pain and grief she's had to deal with over the years, and how it's made her a better person after coming through it all. She revealed she came 'away with is the feeling of how much I can take, how strong I really am, how much I can bear, how I can navigate my way through dark times, and how I can be a better friend and a better person to help other people when they are in hard times. Because now I have that empathy that, I must admit, I think I was lacking. To be able to understand somebody else's pain or isolation, or fears — I got all of that out of my experience. So am I the better person for it? … yeah. And now it's up to me how I use it.'Best of SheKnows

Game Show ‘Scrambled Up,' Hosted By Michael Yo, To Launch On Stations September 8
New game show "Scrambled Up," hosted by Michael Yo, will debut on stations across the country on ... More September 8. Given the durability of syndication mainstays Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy! and Family Feud, it isn't all that common for a new first-run game show to snag station time period availabilities. But Playing Field Entertainment (Cutlers Court), Keller/Noll (Flip Side, America Says, Chopped), and Crazy Legs Productions have confirmed the official launch of Scrambled Up, which per the logline features 'brain-tickling clues in an easy-to-follow format.' It debuts on Monday, September 8. Specifically, Scrambled Up showcases four competitors who must solve puzzles featuring scrambled letters. As the letters correctly rearrange themselves, the clues the contestants receive will become easier. The first person who buzzes in with the correct answer will have a chance to win $10,000. A wrong answer means that player can no longer guess while the first player with the right answer wins the points. Hosted by actor comedian Michael Yo, Scrambled Up has been cleared in more than a reported 80 percent of the country. Included are stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, and Miami. Launch partners include CBS Television Stations, Sinclair Broadcast Group, Nexstar Media Group, E.W. Scripps Company, Tegna Inc., Weigel Broadcasting Co., and Gray Television, among others. Playing Field Entertainment is handling distribution sales and CBS Media Ventures is handling advertising sales. Actor and comedian Miichael will host the upcoming syndication game show "Scrambled Up." Dave Noll, Cleve Keller, Ross Babbit, Dave Bulhack, Gary Apple, Tom Cappello, and Scott Thigpen will serve as executive producers. 'We are thrilled by the enthusiastic response from our station launch partners and know that audiences are going to equally embrace Scrambled Up', stated David Bulhack, Co-Founder, Playing Field Entertainment in a statement. 'Keller/Noll has again created a super fun and engaging game show that will have viewers eagerly playing along and wanting more,' noted Tom Cappello, CEO of Crazy Legs Productions. 'We're excited to bring another hit to the syndication marketplace, and Scrambled Up is sure to be it.' Scrambled Up! is the second new first-run syndicated game show for next season. The first is The Perfect Line from CBS Media Ventures, which features Inside Edition's Deborah Norville hosting this trivia game of questions about world events, pop culture, sports, science and other topics. Contestants are given a category and then arrange events, items or people to create 'the perfect line.' Anchored by CBS Stations Group, The Perfect Line is now sold to broadcast stations in a reported 90 percent of the country. Chances are it will be paired in many markets with season two of Flip Side, hosted by Jaleel White, which is also from CBS Media Ventures.
