Missing Teulon-area boy, 4, found
Police made the announcement shortly before 2 p.m., half an hour after asking for the public's help in finding Andrew Emms.
Stonewall RCMP were called about the missing boy at 9:15 a.m. He had last been seen inside his home outside the Interlake town at bedtime Tuesday.
'He has been known to sleepwalk but has never left his home before. He may be only wearing his underwear,' RCMP said in their first news release.
RCMP officers from Stonewall — as well as the drone, canine and search-and-rescue units — searched in the area.

Pilot of small privately registered plane dead after crash in southern Manitoba field
Santiago Arias Orozco Male was the sole occupant of single-engine aircraft that went down in RM of Springfield Saturday: RCMP The pilot and sole occupant of a small plane is dead after the single-engine aircraft crashed in a southern Manitoba field on Saturday morning. The incident happened near Dugald and south of Oakbank, communities in the Rural Municipality of Springfield around 20 kilometres east of Winnipeg. Manitoba RCMP said they responded to the plane crash at around 11 a.m. on Saturday, where they found wreckage of the single-engine aircraft. The body of a male was recovered, police said. Mounties did not release any other details on the victim's identity. Canada's Transportation Safety Board said the pilot was the only occupant onboard a privately registered Quad City Challenger II ultralight aircraft. Several neighbours told CBC they were the first on the scene and helped bring first responders to the crash site. Brian Seaton, fire chief at the RM of Springfield, told CBC News crews received multiple calls regarding the crash on Saturday morning. Firefighters learned the aircraft had come down in behind a home, in a farmer's field. "It's devastating," Seaton said. "It's not every day that you see a plane crash." RCMP took over the investigation soon after and they helped police until the Transportation Safety Board came and they were cleared, Seaton said. Firefighters were called hours later to help clear the wreckage. The TSB, responsible for investigating transportation accidents, said it has deployed a team of investigators to gather information and assess the accident.

N.B. RCMP conclude search for missing kayaker
It's been more than 72 hours since a kayaker in New Brunswick was last seen. Luc Bourgeois, 34, was last spotted on Thursday, July 24 between 1 and 2 p.m. in the Shediac area. At the time, it was reported he had left to go kayaking from the wharf in Pointe-du-Chene, but did not return. On Sunday, Shediac RCMP said officers are continuing to seek help from the public to locate Bourgeois. 'The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team and Ground Search and Rescue teams have been searching tirelessly the last couple of days and have covered a lot of area with no success,' said Cpl. Mathieu Daigle in a news release. 'At this time, these teams have concluded their searches but will continue to follow up on any leads we may receive.' 'We're hopeful' Family members of Bourgeois contacted the Canadian Coast Guard on Thursday around 3 p.m., saying he went out in a yellow kayak but did not return. On Friday, Bourgeois' cousin Chloe Allain told CTV News his kayak and life jacket were found near Caissie-Cape sometime Thursday. His phone was also found, but his fishing gear and sandals were still missing at the time. A Facebook page called 'Bring Luc Home' has been created, with people sharing the latest on search efforts. Police describe Bourgeois as being about five feet six inches tall and 170 pounds. He has long curly brown hair, a beard and brown eyes. Police said he was last seen wearing black shorts, a blue and gray life jacket, a Bass Pro Shops hat, sunglasses, and black Under Armour sandals. 'We're hopeful because we know he's strong and going to come back,' Allain said. 'He has a seven-year-old son waiting for him at home and he's going to come back for his son.' (Source: Facebook/Chloé Allain) The search so far Multiple agencies have been involved in the search for Bourgeois, including the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre Halifax, the RCMP, the Canadian Coast Guard, and the Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue. As of Sunday, Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue said crews are not currently active in the search. By Friday around 6 p.m., the organization had five teams still searching for Bourgeois, including the use of three boats. Dozens of civilian volunteers, including family and friends, have also been out searching through the weekend. After the fire department, EMS and RCMP arrived, the lone occupant of the vehicle, a 53-year-old resident of Calgary, was declared dead. The cause of the collision remains under investigation. Carstairs is approximately 65 kilometres north of Calgary.
