Who Won ‘Survivor' Season 48? Here's The Winner Of The $1 Million Prize

After spending 13 weeks in Fiji under grueling conditions, the 48th season of CBS' hit reality show Survivor has crowned its winner, who will now go home with a massive $1 million prize. Read on to learn what happened in the final episode of the season, who won, and all the past winners.
Ahead of the finale, longtime host Jeff Probst teased in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that the competition would be tough in the anticipated last episode, as he believed all five remaining players had a strong chance of winning.
'It's very rare to have a final five where you can make a legitimate case for any of them to win. That's what we have with this group. Anyone can win,' he explained. 'It will all come down to who sits next to who in the final three. Those final two immunity challenges and control over who makes fire will be key.'
At the start of the episode, five castaways – Eva Erickson, Joe Hunter, Kamilla Karthigesu, Kyle Fraser, and Mitch Guerra – were left in the competition. Eventually, the tribal council (made up of eliminated players) narrowed the group down to three.

To kick off the episode, an advantage was hidden around camp for the players. Eva made the connection that the dots on the signs corresponded with letters of the alphabet. She used this insight to find the advantage, which allowed her to skip one of the ball toss sections in a tricky obstacle course.
Despite Eva's advantage, Kamilla Karthigesu won the immunity challenge, earning herself a coveted spot in the final four. She also won the reward and chose to bring Eva to the sanctuary to share pasta and chocolate cake.
Working together in their secret alliance, Kamilla and Kyle joined forces to vote out Mitch Guerra – a plan that was reciprocated by allies Joe and Eva. Mitch ultimately became the second-to-last member of the jury.
The final four then competed in the final immunity challenge called 'Simmotion.' Eva was eliminated first, followed by Kamilla in second and Joe in third, making Kyle the winner. He secured a guaranteed spot in the final three and had to decide which castaway would join him in the finale.
Kyle upheld his promise and revealed that he would be taking Joe to the final three, meaning Kamilla and Eva had to face off in the fire-making challenge. Eva beat Kamilla, thereby clinching her spot in the final three, while Kamilla became the final member of the jury.
Then it was time for the jury to question Kyle, Joe, and Eva before casting their votes for the winner. The 2025 jury included eliminated players Shauhin Davari, Mitch Guerra, Kamilla Karthigesu, David Kinne, Cedrek McFadden, Chrissy Sarnowsky, Star Toomey, and Mary Zheng. Many of their questions focused on loyalty and alliances – two major themes of the season.

Kyle Fraser was crowned the winner of Survivor Season 48 after a 5-2-1 jury vote. Eva finished in second place with two votes, while Joe came in third.
The 31-year-old attorney from Brooklyn, New York, kept his profession a secret from the other players throughout the game. During his pitch, Kyle claimed he was the most well-rounded player because he built strong relationships throughout the season and balanced relationships on all sides.
For most of the season, Kyle was part of the majority alliance with Joe and Eva, while also maintaining a secret alliance with Kamilla. That clever hidden partnership led to the impressive blindsides of Thomas, David, and Shauhin.

Kyle now joins the long list of former Survivor winners. Check out all the champions from Season 1 to now, below.

Rebecca Loos shares 'special' details about David Beckham alleged 'affair' on Celebrity SAS

David Beckham's ex-PA has addressed the scandal on the Channel 4 reality show. Rebecca Loos has addressed the David Beckham "affair" scandal in scenes set to air on Celebrity SAS as she admitted: "He always made me feel very special." The former personal assistant (PA), 48, is starring on Channel 4's toughest reality show, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. It's a step back into public life after she shied away from it. It's been more than 20 years since Loos sold her story in 2004 to the now-defunct newspaper News of the World, claiming she had an affair with the footballer who is married to Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham; the Beckhams have always denied the claims. Now Loos' life looks totally different: she's moved to Norway, works as a yoga teacher and has children of her own. Her peace and quiet was disturbed when Beckham and his wife Victoria spoke about the impact the scandal had on their marriage in their Netflix docuseries in 2023. It isn't long before Loos brings up the Beckham situation on Celebrity SAS as seen in scenes on Sunday. "I wouldn't say the British press have been kind in how they have portrayed me because of the Beckham situation," she told the cameras for Celebrity SAS. "I have been accused of being a liar, a slut, a sleazy senorita but I'm not used to being shouted at by bulky men so that's new for me!" After failing the first task, Loos faces a grilling from the Directing Staff where she talks about the scandal. The yoga teacher said she has no regrets. "Lessons learned," she said, alluding to the Beckham scenario. "If I went back in time of course [I'd do things differently]." Rebecca Loos speaks about David Beckham scandal Asked how she felt about it, she reveals: "I was his PA, personal assistant. He always made me feel very special. But it was no big deal, I still did my job. I didn't fancy him that much in the beginning anyway. On the first night I was with him, I said to him, 'You must do this all the time'. "I thought I was a little bit of fun for him. He said to me, 'No I've never done this before.' He could have said, 'Yeah I've had loads of girls. I'm just having some fun.' Fine by me, I know where I'm going in." Loos says she didn't expect anything. "The fact that he lied to me the whole time, that p***ed me off," she says. The former PA explains why she gave that tell-all interview to the News of the World. She says: "I was unhappy with the way I had been treated. So I didn't want to go around anymore, carrying this secret. Rumours that were spreading, journalists were getting in touch, in the end I decided it was better it comes from me. So I gave an interview, thinking it would be something and it ended up being something else. I spent a few years trying to see if I can get it back." Beckham's ex-PA went through 'hell' With time to reflect on her own, Loos claims it was unfair Beckham's life flourished while she went through "hell". She says: "I do look back at who i was in my 20s and the only ever focus is on the f***ing beckham situation. It felt injust [unjust] that my life was pretty hell and his career and his life kept blossoming. That didn't feel quite right, still doesn't. I think I've taken most of the blame for what happened, rightly so it was part of my life. We were two. He was older of me and he was my boss." She adds: "You can't change the things that happened is my attitude. I roll my sleeves and get on with it. Everything I have experienced has brought me to where I am today. It's made me a little bit stronger." Why is Rebecca Loos speaking out now? The Netflix documentary Beckham seems to be the driving factor behind her speaking out on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. She says: "When the Beckham documentary [Netflix's Beckham] came out, I was taken completely by surprise. Him trying to portray an image of perfection that was nothing like reality… "The way our relationship was spoken about and the fact that no responsibility for his actions was reignited. It was like reliving 2004 all over again except this time we have the added dynamic of social media." What have the Beckhams said? In 2023, the Beckhams spoke about the scandal on their Netflix docuseries. They have always denied the affair. Speaking openly about it for the first time, they shared the "hurt" and the impact the headlines had on their marriage. Mrs Beckham said: "It was the hardest period because it felt like the world was against us. Here's the thing — we were against each other if I'm being completely honest. You know, up until Madrid sometimes it felt like us against everybody else but we were together, we were connected, we had each other. "But when we were in Spain, it didn't really feel like we had each other either. And that's sad. I can't even begin to tell you how hard it was and how it affected me. It was a nightmare. It was an absolute circus — and everyone loves it when the circus comes to town right? Unless you're in it." Her husband added: "Victoria is everything to me, to see her hurt was incredibly difficult. But we're fighters, and at that time we needed to fight for each other, we needed to fight for our family, but it was worth fighting for. Ultimately it is our private life." Yahoo UK has reached out to David Beckham and Victoria Beckham's representatives for further comment. Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins will return to our screens on Channel 4 at 9pm on August 3.

‘And just Like That ...' to end after three uneven seasons

And just like that, it was over. 'And Just Like That …,' the glossy and sporadically baffling 'Sex and the City' sequel helmed by Michael Patrick King and Sarah Jessica Parker, will end with a two-part finale Aug. 14. The announcement of nonrenewal was abrupt. 'It became clear to me that this might be a wonderful place to stop,' executive producer King said in a Friday statement on Instagram, adding that while the decision to end the series had been made some time ago, he and series star and executive producer Parker 'didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season.'
