Copycat Harry is at it again... how many times is he going to pull the Mum card? William must be thrilled watching him pretend to be Diana: JAN MOIR

Sometimes I feel very sorry for Prince Harry, and sometimes I very much do not.
Watching him walk across an Angolan minefield this week, with his expression set to Hollywood-wattage-warzone-grim, caused a mixture of emotions in my calloused heart.

Joey Lawrence reveals how he won back wife Samantha Cope after her divorce filing and THOSE affair rumors

Joey Lawrence shed light into his reconciliation with his wife Samantha Cope, five months after she filed for divorce in 2024. When asked about his decision to repair his marriage, the Melissa and Joey star, 49, urged others not to 'give up' without a fight. 'I think it's too easy,' he explained of why they got back together. 'As much you don't want to take an easy way out, or you think this will be the fix—it's not always the case. I just didn't want to do that. And she didn't either.' Ultimately, he said they both came to the realization: 'Wait a minute. There's something so special here.' 'Things take a lot of work and a lot of dedication and reworking and retooling,' the father-of-three continued. 'That's life, though.' Lawrence went on to stress: 'That's life, though. As brothers, with your parents, with friends, in business, that's it. Everything takes so much work. Whatever it is, just don't give up, because you never know.' Last August, it was revealed that Cope had filed for divorce from Lawrence. She requested that both she and her estranged husband not receive any spousal support. She cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for the split, and also asked for full custody of their daughter. Cope stated in documents obtained by Us Weekly that she will allow Dylan to stay with Joey two nights a week when she turns three. But in regards to Joey having extended visits with their daughter, Samantha stated that she wants to wait until Dylan is 'older and can consent to such visits.' Not long after she filed, Lawrence was accused of having an affair with his co-star and fellow actress, Melina Alves. The pair are set to appear in the upcoming film, Socked In For Christmas. In documents obtained by TMZ, Melina's estranged husband, Edward Rider - who filed for divorce in July - claimed that he discovered Alves and Lawrence were having an affair earlier this year in March. The affair allegedly took place in California as well as 'at various other times and places,' Rider claimed. At the time, a source told People that Lawrence 'love-bombed' Alves - which was something that he also did with Cope. 'Joey met Melina Alves on the set of their movie, where she was a producer,' the insider explained. Melina is also the writer and took on the role of Addy in the upcoming holiday flick,' the insider claimed. They also alleged he 'continued to date Melina even after Samantha found out about it and confronted him.' The source also expressed that Cope had wanted to attend marriage counseling, but Joey 'fooled their counselor' and would still 'get ready for dates with Melina while Sam watched, bawling her eyes out.' Cope and Lawrence first crossed paths in 2020 while on set of the Lifetime movie titled, My Husband's Secret Brother. The former couple became engaged in 2021, and said 'I do' the following year in 2022 during a ceremony held at the Temecula Creek Inn in California. At the time, Cope told People that her courtship with Lawrence was speedy: 'From day one, it was such a safe place to be myself. Two weeks in, I was like, "I will be with you forever."' She added, 'When you meet the right person, if you're lucky enough, it cuts to the chase so quick. I have somebody who is like-minded and has the same love language, and we communicate the same way. That's super important. And I am so thankful.' In January 2023, the couple welcomed their daughter, Dylan Rose, to the world. The Blossom actor was also previously married to Michelle Vella from 2002 through 2005. He later tied the knot with Chandie Yawn-Nelson in 2005 but the pair's divorce was finalized in 2022. They share daughters Charleston, 18, and Liberty, 14.

Gwyneth Paltrow branded as 'cringe' after gushing over 'scripted' praise from husband Brad Falchuk

After sharing various videos of herself making 'boyfriend breakfasts' on Instagram, Gwyneth Paltrow 's husband has responded with his own act of love - a heartfelt text message. The Goop founder, 52, recently shared a text from Brad Falchuk, her husband of almost seven years, on her podcast. While the actress admitted text message - in which described all the things he likes about her - made her cry a 'little,' many fans declared the effusive love note 'cringe' - some even accusing Paltrow of writing it herself. The Academy Award-winning actress read the gushing message from her television writer, director, and producer husband on Tuesday's episode. Falchuk, 54, started by telling his wife he 'honestly doesn't know' if he has a favorite thing about her. 'I truly love every aspect of you, your physical beauty, the way your body moves through space, the way you disappear a little when you're working, the way your hands add something to a pan, your love of dirty jokes and well plastered walls,' Paltrow read on behalf of a gushing Falchuk. She continued with the long list, which included 'how much you know about art, that you feel comfortable naked and hate fake people, when you're needy, when you're angry on the road.' Falchuk's flowery message continued with: 'I love it when you chug water by the bedside at night, I like the things you choose to worry about and how you handle problems. 'I love your morning routine, and when you act like I've been demanding you to get out of the bath, but I haven't said a word about it,' a smiling Paltrow read. 'I love the skin on the back of your knees and the arch in your feet and when you smile at me in bed after you've put in your retainers, I love how hard you try and how often you succeed,' he wrapped up the enthusiastic message, adding: 'I can keep going if you'd like.' Paltrow looked every bit the loved-up spouse after reading the message, but some fans didn't think it was as sweet as it appeared. 'It looks like I'm in the minority but I find this cringe… not that he wrote it but that she read it out loud,' chimed in another. 'It is all bit too cheese,' agreed someone else. 'Who she ask? ChatGPT???' a cynical user responded. Someone else shared their theory, writing: 'Ok. I'm thoroughly convinced she wrote out that response prior to interviewing, knowing she'd share it. 'This 100% is not a real response from "Brad" lmfao but hey! She's confident!' Others loved the sugary-sweet endless message of affirmation. 'Before everyone freaks out on their spouse, please remember this man is a WRITER. Yes, this is all lovely. But if your partner does not have this eloquence, doesn't mean they don't love you,' one user assured others 'Well, that's ridiculous. Makes me a lot less icked out by men,' celerity pal Chelsea Handler wrote. The Goop founder has been married to Falchuk, a television writer known for co-creating massive hits like Glee and American Horror Story, since 2018. The couple do not share any children together but are stepparents to each other's kids. Falchuk is stepfather to two kids Paltrow shares with her ex-husband Chris Martin — daughter Apple and son Moses. The actress is also stepmother to Isabella and Brody, whom Falchuk shares with his ex-wife Suzanne Bukinik.

Sarah Michelle Gellar dishes on her shock I Know What You Did Last Summer cameo

Sarah Michelle Gellar has revealed if she is in I Know What You Did Last Summer redo. On Thursday the 48-year-old blonde came clean about her participation that stars her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. Turns out the Buffy The Vampire Slayer did indeed shoot scenes for the highly anticipated reboot. 'Spoiler alert ‼️ Helen Shivers is still dead,' Gellar began her caption. 'When anyone asked me if I was going to be in the new @ikwydlsmovie I never lied. I always answered 'I am dead,'' noted the Hollywood veteran. 'And honestly I didn't see how I could be in the movie until @jennkaytin and @samlansky pitched me that crazy dream sequence with @madelyncline I still can't believe we were able to keep is a secret.' Gellar finished with: 'Long live dead Helen Shivers the og Croaker Queen.' Her pal Lisa Rinna commented: 'Once a queen, always a queen, honey.' Heather Graham hit the like button. Geller and Prinze, 49, met on the set of 1999's I Know What You Did Last Summer. The action star revealed on social media in November 2024 that she was with Prinze in Australia for production on the fright flick. Geller's Helen Shivers was killed in the 90s film. Prinze, 49, reprises his role as Ray Bronson and Jennifer Love Hewitt, 46, returns as Julie James. Geller also admitted the long awaited Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot was also in the works, but said she wasn't allowed to talk about any details. 'We won't do it until we know we're 100-percent ready and we're confident that we are giving you something that the audience is asking for, that's also original in its own right.' The rebooted Buffy will make it to the small screen sometime in 2026. The new I Know What You Did Last Summer debuted in theaters July 18. Meanwhile, Hewitt's return to I Know What You Did Last Summer came down to a deep 'love' of the horror franchise. The 45-year-old actress is reprising her role as Julie James nearly 30 years after first appearing in the iconic teen slasher, and has now credited the new film's creative team with bringing the franchise back with a lot of heart. She told Variety of director Jennifer Kaytin Robinson and co-writer Sam Lansky: 'What was very apparent from the word 'Go' is how much both of them loved the original movie. 'I feel like, if you're going to go back and make something new but pay homage to an original, you have to love it. You have to understand it. 'So, I was just blown away and it meant a lot to me.' The new instalment, set for release in 2025, follows a fresh group of teenagers in Southport, North Carolina, who are stalked by a copycat killer after a deadly accident. Jennifer's character Julie is contacted by the young group and asked for help – drawing her and fellow survivor Ray Bronson, played by Prinze Jr., back into the chaos of their past. Jennifer last played Julie in the 1998 sequel I Still Know What You Did Last Summer. She was not involved in the 2006 direct-to-video follow-up or the 2021 reboot series. Kaytin and Sam offered a different approach, directly continuing the storyline of the original 1997 film. The creative team behind the project involved Jennifer in shaping Julie's character in the present day – a trauma expert and professor, recently divorced from Ray and determined never to return to Southport. The actress added: 'They allowed space for me to know her better than anyone, which was so kind because they didn't have to do that. 'I felt very seen as somebody who had created her the first time.' Julie plays a major role in the second and third acts of the film, mentoring Ava = played by Chase Sui Wonders – and helps to unmask two killers. The film also brings back Brandy Norwood as Karla, Julie's college roommate from I Still Know, in a surprise credits scene teasing yet another chapter in the series.
