The paint was unexpectedly very easy to use and the color came out a LOT prettier than expected! Overall, I'm very very pleased with this paint and will purchase more if I need any crafty paint in the future." — Anna

14. E.l.f's Lash XTNDR Tubing Mascara, a GODSEND for anyone with thin or fragile lashes. This uses lightweight ~tubing~ technology to wrap around lashes and give them a natural-looking, smudge-proof extension so good it almost looks fake. Check out a TikTok of the E.l.f. tubing mascara in action.
I am not a new human to the tubing mascara game, and in fact readily spent $26 on the famous OG blend from Blinc every time it needed replacing. I didn't even love it for the length half as much as the fact that tubing mascara like this genuinely never smudges, but can I just say — regardless of price, the E.l.f. tubing mascara formula blows all the others I've tried out of the water. It gives me way more length and volume than other brands, slides on so much more easily, stays put ALL day, and never, ever smudges. My favorite part, though, is how gently and easily it comes off with soap and water. In the past, other mascara removals have felt rough on my lashes, but this comes off so fast that I'm like ??? was I even wearing mascara a minute ago?? Anyway, I hesitate even writing this review because I want to gatekeep the hell out of this before it sells out, but the world needed to know. I'm a big fan of the brown shade (which is what I'm wearing above!), but it also comes in black and soft black.
Get it from Amazon for $7 (available in three shades).

www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Jerome Alexander is a small business that specializes in airbrush cosmetic products.
HELLO — I found this through a recommendation on a Reddit beauty forum for people in their thirties, and I am OBSESSED. I am not very skilled with makeup and was intimidated by the brush factor, but it's nearly foolproof. This foundation straight-up glosses over my pores and redness and makes my skin look so even-toned and natural that it doesn't look like I used much foundation at all. It's a bit price-y compared to brands I used in the past, but I'm still on my first bottle of it, and it's been three full months. I hope this never stops getting made. It is so lightweight and lovely and has made my makeup routine feel like a TREAT.
Promising review: "Bought this because I saw it on TikTok, and it did not disappoint. I love the lightweight feel of it and how easy it is to build." — Smickens

www.amazon.com, www.amazon.com
Promising reviews: " I saw this all over TikTok/Instagram and decided to buy it because I have a lot of sebaceous filaments on my chin and nose. It's a little expensive but I took a gamble: it works! You can physically see the sebaceous filaments come out of your pores, it is not the product bunching up. My problem areas were so much smoother after using and are left with a moisturized glow. I then proceeded to have my boyfriend use this product to see of it worked this good on everyone on the first try and it worked on his nose as well. Amazing stuff. 🩷" — Losa

Seraphic Skincare is a small business that specializes in brushes, razors, and other personal care products.
Head's up that you should start very gently, and that you really only need to use it two to four times a month to get good results without over-exfoliating and compromising your skin barrier.

I use on dry skin before showering and finish after shower with good moisturizing oil. Makes my legs feel soft and smooth. Don't run too hard! Gentle strokes." — Juliet
"Color me converted. It's so disgusting that you want to look away, but morbid curiosity keeps making you turn back. That's really a 'you' creature in the bottom of the tub. You really sloughed off a second skin like a Lizard Person and have now emerged a new person. One that will no longer trust brand name products because they are a lie. Seriously. Buy this. You don't even know you need it, but you do. You really, really do." — Mandi Konesni
Get it from Amazon for $9.99 (also available in a set of two).
19. An iPhone 14 Pro Max privacy phone screen protector with some real "XOXO, Gossip Girl" vibes — when you tilt this gradient tempered glass protector, nobody will be able to snoop on what TikToks you're watching (or catch you texting your situationship mid-drinks 😬).

Promising review:"It's been about five months since I purchased this screen protector, and I have to say, that it's held up well. The screen is beautiful when the screen is off. I've had a lot of compliments on the screen protector, and after five months and few light drops, it hasn't cracked or gotten scratched up (minus a few wear on the screen like light scratches). Well made and overall, a great screen protector. Installation is pretty easy with the kit it comes with, and I still have the second unused that I may end up switching if at some point the screen actually cracks." — Timothy Jay

"I am 70 years old and started using this in my 30s. I am old now. But my complexion is NOT. There is a reason French women don't wear much makeup. They don't have to. They sell this stuff off of a shelf in French pharmacies, cheap. And believe me, it matches any $400 cream in existence. I guarantee nothing matches this line. And the Lait-Creme is a wonder." — 3rdCoastCC

36. A " Skoy Scrub," aka the secret weapon in your cleaning arsenal — this reusable, dishwasher-safe scrub is tough as nails on stains and grime, but safe to use without scratching or damaging non-stick pans, ceramic, glass, and cooktops.
www.amazon.com
Skoy is a small business that specializes in household cleaning products.
Promising review: "At 67, I can say I've tried all kinds of different scrubbers, and these are definitely the best. These actually work better than Magic Erasers. They don't hold food like the common ones at the market. They haven't held any stains so far, they just rinse off, and are eco friendly but last forever. I'm still on my first one after eight months, and it looks like new. I've put it in the washer but not the dryer since they dry fast — and by the way, they don't stink. This is my second order because I'm bringing a couple to my second home, and I'm going to include one in my camping gear as well. I'm definitely impressed." — SoCalToyotas

This is a true holy grail underwear that doesn't show, doesn't ride up, and somehow manages to look cute all at the same time. A three-pack of vintage-inspired polarized sunglasses for anyone who needs to stock up on a few "these look like Ray-Bans, but I won't cry into my Baja Blast if I accidentally leave them in the Taco Bell parking lot" pairs this year. These are especially handy because you can match the subtle prints to whatever 'fit you're wearing! An affordable cult-favorite luxury-scented candle with a scent reminiscent of Le Labo's $90 Santal 33 version, and a throw so satisfying that reviewers can't stop gushing about it. Bonus — these are comparable to Aerie, Abercrombie, and Hollister versions that can go for three times this price! A Lululemon-inspired mini wristlet wallet set that looks just like their $50 version, and will also easily hold cash, cards, and lip balms, so you don't have to deal with the whole muss and fuss of a purse if you're going on a walk around the neighborhood. Plus, you know what they say — keep your friends close and your beloved lippies closer. L'Oreal Paris Infallible 3-Second Setting Spray Mist so darn phenomenal at its job that one reviewer calls it "hairspray for your face," and several compare it to the $34 One/Size setting spray at triple the price. This ultra-fine formula will spray on lightly and leave a natural finish, but just one spray is designed to LOCK IN your look for 36 hours. A slouchy open-back yoga top reviewers compare to a popular mall brand's $48 version 👀. People Share the Most 'Diabolical' Things Their Parents Let Them Believe As Kids
What's an old wives' tale from childhood, or other silly belief, that your parents let you run with? 'My mother said she had 'eyes on the back of her head,'' Gabi Frost, 18, tells Gabi posted a TikTok video with text that read: 'I'm bored. Tell me the most diabolical thing your parents let you believe as a child. Not that 'Santa was real' or 'Babies came from the sky.' Something crazy.' So, we were all lied to — and about the same things. 'If I kept making the same face for too long, it would get stuck like that forever.' 'I thought 'drinking and driving' meant any drink so when she would sip her coffee, I genuinely would get so scared and aggressively check the back window.' 'My birthday is July 4 and my dad had me convinced for years that the fireworks were just for me and that everyone was celebrating my birthday.' 'I thought my parents would get arrested if the car light was on.' 'I thought Dalmatians were extinct and that '101 Dalmatians' was a documentary.' 'That if I ate a black watermelon seed, one would grow in my belly.' 'My dad told me that if I didn't let him pull my loose tooth out, it would grow into a vampire fang and I would turn into a vampire.' 'I'm still not confident that it's not illegal with the inside car light on.' 'My dad would act like he could change the music on the radio just by pointing at it, but now I know it's the button on the steering wheel.' 'Thought it was illegal to roll your windows down on the highway.' 'If I was too close to the TV when I was watching it, they told me that my eyes would go square.' 'I watched 'Toy Story' as a kid and my mom always told me that when I would look away, they would come alive and if I were to misbehave, they would tell her.' 'That if I ate while lying down, I would turn into a snake.' Gabi tells that her mom's warning — 'I have eyes in the back of my head' — was issued while driving the family minivan. 'I remember sitting in the back ... being a nuisance and hitting my brother or something,' says Gabi. 'She obviously had the rearview mirror, but said she had eyes in the back of her head and that she could see me. I was always on my best behavior after that, because Mom would know.' She added, 'My grandma also told me that if I made a pouty face with my lower lip out, a bird would fly by and poop on it.' Carrie Frost, who is Gabi's mom, tells that because her daughter believed she was always watching, she 'could never lie or get away with anything.' 'What she didn't realize is that moms gossip,' says Carrie. 'I kept close lines of communication with other parents, friends, teachers and coaches. It truly takes a village.'
