$80 off (16%)
Prefer a modern-looking watch with LTE on deck? In that case, grab the Pixel Watch 3 with cellular connectivity. Right now, select 45mm variants are going for 16% off, which saves you $80. Buy at Amazon While we've seen an even bigger price drop during this month's Prime Day, the current promo is still quite attractive. In fact, the 45mm version rarely gets price cuts over $50, making this limited-time Amazon offer a standout chance to save.By the way, the LTE-ready model is also on sale for those who prefer having 4G on their wrist. Right now, you can save $80 on the Hazel and Porcelain variants. Just like the non-LTE models, these might not stay $80 off for long, so keep that in mind.
The Pixel Watch 3 features a modern-looking design and is extremely comfortable to wear. It also features slimmer bezels and a large touchscreen, especially the 45mm model. Google says it offers 40% more screen space than the Pixel Watch 2, and it shows. With its 1.4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, this is the largest screen on any Pixel Watch to date—at least until the Pixel Watch 4 becomes official. But it's not just the improvements in display that make this a more compelling pick than any other Pixel Watch. The device also offers quite accurate heart rate and sleep tracking, lets you create running workouts, and track various activities, to mention just a few.You even get new features like Cardio Load, Morning Brief, and Readiness score, all designed to help optimize your recovery needs and improve your fitness routines. Consider also the 420mAh battery, which should last about 24 hours between charges with workout tracking, and you've got a solid Wear OS option.
So, what do you think? If you've been eyeing the larger Pixel Watch 3 for some time but missed its Prime Day discount, now's a great time to save.

iPhone 17 Air's battery leaks and it's ridiculously small

Vlad, 01 August 2025 Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 17 Air this year alongside the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max. The Air will be very thin and is the replacement for the Plus model in the line, which has been the worst selling by far. To accomplish better success, the iPhone 17 Air will be all about radical slimness, but in the service of that it will only have one rear camera like the iPhone 16e. And it's also been rumored to have a tiny battery. Today a new leak brings us some shots that purportedly show its battery in all its glory, here it is. Alleged shots of the iPhone 17 Air's battery The source of these images tells us to expect the iPhone 17 Air's battery capacity to be "around 2,900 mAh", which even for iPhones (that are notoriously more efficient than Android devices) is incredibly small. For comparison's sake, note that the vanilla iPhone 16 has a 3,561 mAh cell, and that's the smallest one of the family. The iPhone 17 Air's battery will be encased in steel. Such technology was first used for the iPhone 16 Pro last year. The steel case is supposed to improve heat dissipation and battery density thanks to its higher structural resistance. The steel case can also very easily be integrated with the L-shaped design of the phone's inner side, fitting its reduced-size logic board perfectly. The entire iPhone 17 lineup is said to come with new battery adhesives that will serve to make replacements easier. The new devices will be unveiled in September, most likely during the week which commences on September 8. Source

Nintendo sold almost 6 million Switch 2 units in less than a month

The Switch 2 continues to be a very successful product for Nintendo. Following over 3.5 million units sold in the first week, Nintendo has now announced that it's sold 5.82 million units by the end of June. That's almost a full month of availability, and the number is more than double what the original Switch managed in its first month on the market - 2.7 million units sold. Nintendo says demand for the Switch 2 is still exceeding supply "in many countries", and regrets the inconvenience this is causing. It's promised to increase production to match demand everywhere. The Switch 2 has become the fastest-selling game console of all time. The Switch 2's success has driven a 132% rise in quarterly revenue for Nintendo in Q2 (April to June), up to $3.8 billion, compared to Q2 2024 (around $1.6 billion). The company is forecasting 15 million Switch 2 units sold by the end of March next year. It remains to be seen how US tariffs may or may not impact that, as the Trump administration has just announced a 20% tariff on imports from Vietnam, where the Switch 2 is manufactured (up from 10% before).
