Influencer Says Ex-Astronomer CEO Andy Byron Spent $250K On Multiple OF Creators
'This isn't just about one person,' Araujo told The Blast. 'I saw the receipts. We're talking a quarter million in sub fees, custom content, and video calls. Not just with Sophie, with multiple girls.'
Araujo, who co-founded the Miami-based Bop House, says she privately reached out to Andy Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan, offering her support as the scandal continues to unfold online.
'I reached out to Megan directly, through a few of my contacts,' Araujo shared. 'I told her she's not alone. Women need to stand together when someone tries to humiliate and betray them like this, especially in such a public way.'
'I let her know that I am here for her. I told her to come down to Miami for a few weeks to forget about the situation.'
Alleged DMs Reveal Andy Byron's Alleged $40K Offer To OF Star Sophie Rain
The latest bombshell comes after days of backlash stemming from explicit messages allegedly leaked by Kerrigan, which show Byron using a secret 'Finsta' account to communicate with Rain. Screenshots appear to show the former CEO requesting explicit video calls and offering up to $40,000 for private content.
In one alleged exchange, Byron reportedly messaged Rain, 'All good. Most guys I talk to are married,' to which she seemingly replied, 'Okay, call me in 5 mins [winky face].'
Rain later told The Blast that she "cannot comment on who my clients and donors are, but this situation is crazy as it is."
She added, "As a Christian, I don't condone this type of behavior. I don't disclose my donors, but I am here for his wife if she needs a friend through these times. I know this type of thing can be hard. If she has any issues at all during this time of uncertainty, she can reach out to me. I would love to talk to her and reassure her that this guy is just a bump in the road."
Andy Byron Resigns As Astronomer CEO Following Viral Cheating Scandal
As The Blast reported on July 19, in a statement, first shared internally with employees and later released publicly, the company confirmed Byron's resignation and acknowledged the seriousness of the situation.
'Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met,' the company said. 'Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.'
On July 24, it was also reported that Astronomer's Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot officially resigned.
Byron's Wife Scrubs Social Media
The fallout has taken a personal toll on those closest to him, especially Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron.
In the wake of public outrage and online speculation, Megan quietly removed 'Byron' from her social media handles and has since deleted her Facebook page altogether. Sources say her accounts had been flooded with comments about her husband's alleged affair, prompting her digital disappearance.
While Megan has yet to make a public statement, reports suggest she's been laying low at the couple's $2.4 million mansion in Maine, where she's holding crisis talks with close friends and family to decide the future of her marriage.
Records Reveal Kristin Cabot Shares Home With Privateer Rum CEO Amid Affair Allegations
Meanwhile, Cabot has also faced renewed scrutiny.
Cabot was previously married to Kenneth Thornby, with their separation finalized in 2022. But according to property records obtained by The Post, she's now seemingly married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Privateer Rum.
The pair have reportedly shared a residence in Rye, New Hampshire, since at least 2023 and purchased a home together just months before the affair surfaced.

‘Glitz, Glam, and a Damn Good Time' Review: A Wealth of Amusement
America's Gilded Age was a period characterized by massive income inequality between a superwealthy plutocracy (think Astors, Morgans and Vanderbilts) and an increasingly restive workforce. There are obvious parallels to today, including the propensity of the superrich to throw epic parties breathlessly reported in the media. In 'Glitz, Glam, and a Damn Good Time,' however, Jennifer Wright argues that those late-19th-century parties were about more than conspicuous consumption. They allowed a smart, glamorous extrovert to shed some of the stuffy constraints of her era, acquire a social power that would increase her family's prosperity and be a model for others. Marion Graves Anthon, or Mamie, as she was known, was a barely literate and rather plain young woman whose family had fallen on hard times. Her only assets were her natural wit and aplomb, but in a twist worthy of Edith Wharton, these were enough for her to snare a suitor who, according to his own family history, had been born 'with a silver spoon in his mouth big enough to be called a soup ladle.' As a young man, Stuyvesant Fish had rejected his patrician father's choice of law as a suitable career and went to work for the Illinois Central Railroad. Mamie enraptured this rather dull, Columbia-educated man, and in 1876 they married. They were a devoted couple. 'He thought she was a hoot,' Ms. Wright tells us, 'and she loved that he was a constantly amused audience for her jokes and adventures.' The Fish fortune multiplied. But while 'Stuyvesant seemed to sense that railroads were going to be huge,' Ms. Wright suggests that 'Mamie seemed to understand that extroverted, exciting women who loved the spotlight were the future.'

Tennessee Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward was one of several high-profile rookies who were recently on the receiving end of a gift from Fanatics via NFL legends, coupled with an emotional and heartfelt message to each player. Future Hall of Famer Tom Brady personally greeted Ward into the league by telling him, 'You're going to grow in ways you couldn't even imagine, and I'm going to be watching, and I'm going to be pulling for you.' The message from Brady hit home, with Ward responding, 'That's crazy, for the greatest player of all time to send me a video like that.' As the video closed, Ward ended with a message that all Titans fans hope becomes reality by saying, 'I'm ready for the challenge.' After receiving the video, Ward was gifted a signed and personalized jersey from Brady. Ward wasn't the only player associated with the Titans to be involved with this promotion from Fanatics.
