Ahaan Panday-Aneet Padda's Romantic Track ‘Humsafar' Brings Together Mohit Suri & Sachet-Parampara
Last Updated:
Mohit Suri reveals Aditya Chopra suggested Sachet-Parampara for Saiyaara's 'Humsafar'. The film, starring Ahaan Panday, releases on July 18, 2025.
The fourth track from Yash Raj Films' much-anticipated romantic drama Saiyaara is finally here—and it's a tender, melodic gem titled Humsafar. Directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara is already making waves with its chart-topping music, and Humsafar adds yet another heartfelt dimension to its soaring soundtrack.
What makes Humsafar even more special is that it marks the first-ever collaboration between director Mohit Suri and the hit music duo Sachet-Parampara. In a behind-the-scenes video shared on Instagram, Suri opened up about how this collaboration came to be, crediting none other than Aditya Chopra for making the introduction.
'Adi sir asked me if I had worked with Sachet-Parampara," Suri revealed. 'It took me by surprise because he himself hadn't worked with them before. But his recommendation brought them on board, and I'm glad it did." The result is a soul-stirring composition that captures a new season of love between the film's lead pair—debutant Ahaan Panday and rising star Aneet Padda, who gained critical acclaim for her role in Big Girls Don't Cry.
The romantic album of Saiyaara has already been receiving unanimous praise for its music. Tracks like the Saiyaara title song, Jubin Nautiyal's 'Barbaad', and Vishal Mishra's 'Tum Ho Toh' have all struck an emotional chord with listeners, and Humsafar is no different, continuing the album's winning streak.
Produced by YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani, Saiyaara will see the big-screen launch of Ahaan Panday, who steps into the limelight as the newest YRF hero. The film is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on July 18, 2025.
