The award-winning hotel is set in 1,000 acres of country and has an adults-only spa and two championship golf courses.
The site has 197 rooms, including 18 suites, but it is set to have even more.
Carden Park Hotel has received planning permission from the local council to build 67 luxury holiday lodges.
The hotel filed plans back in October 2023, and Carden Park described the lodges as being 'a complementary and suitable addition to the wider hotel complex'.
The Cheshire hotel on Broxton Road will operate the lodges on an 'owner-occupied basis', rather than renting them out to holidaymakers.
Carden Park is very popular with visitors which is proven by its Tripadvisor rating which is 4.3 out of 5, with almost 8,000 reviews.
One wrote: "Wow! This place is one of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying at."
Another added: "The spa complex with outdoor garden was superb, it felt like we were on holiday abroad."
The hotel is popular during the summer because of all the activities, like golf on the sprawling courses.
There's also a huge climbing wall, zip line, high-wire courses and a 10-metre freefall jump.

Guests can even take a Segway safari tour around the Carden Park estate and woodland.
There's also a panoramic sauna, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and a range of treatments.
Other draws include a champagne garden bar, a beauty bar, and relaxation rooms.
As for where to stay the 197 rooms have either king or twin beds and offer views over the estate.
Guests who opt to stay overnight will have access to the Hotel Leisure Club included in their stay too - which is the gym, pool and reduction on spa treatments.
It isn't just holidaymakers who flock to the hotel either, celebrities have also been known to visit too.
Molly-Mae Hague and broadcaster Louise Minchin have been spotted there in recent years. And the hotel was used as the eviction hotel for the 2020 I'm A Celebrity stars.
The hotel is over an hour's drive from Gwrych castle, making it the perfect location for the celebs.
