Ronda Rousey's shocking reaction to brutal Power Slap knockout goes viral
Combat sports legend Ronda Rousey 's eye enlarged and jaw extended as far as it could go, with her hand in front of her mouth, as she witnessed a brutal Power Slap knockout.
The UFC 's inaugural Women's Bantamweight Champion was sitting in the front row at Power Slap 13 on Friday night in Las Vegas, watching all the action from mere feet away.
It was during the bout between Stunt Marshall and Dontae Smiley where Ronda could not believe what she saw.
A left-handed, open-palm blow from Marshall sent Smiley limp, with the resounding contact jarring his head straight into the table separating them and quickly onto the ground.
Smiley's body stayed limp while being helped by medical professionals, as he was guided to lie flat on the mat.
Rousey's shocked look did not leave her face for several seconds, as she looked to her left to see if others were disturbed by the action as much as she was.
It was the Power Slap debut for Marshall, who has a combat-sports pedigree in common with Rousey.
Rousey is the only professional wrestler to main-event an all-female premium event, entitled Evolution, and WrestleMania - wrestling against Nikki Bella, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch in those matches.
Marshall is an independent professional wrestler, competing mainly in the southeastern United States.
Rousey last fought in the UFC in 2016 and left the WWE in 2022, choosing to have a life away from combat sports in recent years.
Yet, she could not pick her jaw up off the floor for several seconds after Smiley went down.

Soon-to-be NBA star Ace Bailey makes stunning first move in Utah amid reports he was 'unhappy' to join Jazz
Ace Bailey had the perfect answer to his critics on Saturday as he wasted little time getting in his first workout with the Jazz. There had been speculation that Bailey could holdout from Utah, as he reportedly preferred to be drafted elsewhere and admitted he had 'no idea' the Jazz were interested in selecting him at No. 5 in Wednesday's NBA Draft. The noise around Bailey and Utah then got a little louder on Friday when ESPN's Brian Windhorst revealed on SportsCenter that Bailey had had 'minimal contact' with the team and had yet to report to the franchise. After landing in Salt Lake City on Saturday, however, Bailey quickly won over Jazz fans as the team posted a video of him working out hours later. In fact, Bailey's suitcase was seen behind the basket as he got some shots up. 'Didn't even unpack his bags…yea he gonna be one of them ones,' one fan said on X. he wasn't kidding when he said he was 'ready to get to work' #TakeNote | @AiriousB — Utah Jazz (@utahjazz) June 29, 2025 'BRO. This is the best thing I've ever seen. I honestly don't think I've ever been happier as a Jazz fan,' another beamed. 'HIS AIRNESS HAS ARRIVED!!!,' a third added. And a fourth said: 'I cannot wait to see this kid play!!' Bailey's pre-draft process became a huge talking point, as he refused to work out for any teams and tried to land himself on the Wizards, Pelicans or Nets according to ESPN's Jonathan Givony. Prior to the draft, Givony also reported that Bailey's agent, Omar Cooper, had told at least one team in the top five that Bailey would not report if they decided to draft him. Ahead of Bailey's arrival, a Jazz representative told ESPN on Friday that they've had 'good communication' with Bailey and his representatives ahead of summer league training camp starting on Monday. 'We feel good about everything. Ace and his family are coming to Utah tomorrow,' the Jazz representative told ESPN. 'We'll have a press conference Sunday, and a practice Monday. 'This has always been the plan, including for our other rookies, Walter Clayton and John Tonje - to let them go home and collect their belongings, and then fly right to summer league from Salt Lake City.' The president of GSE Worldwide (who are representing Bailey in conjunction with Cooper), Andrew Witlieb, also told FOS Today that the ex-Rutgers star was 'thrilled' to be in Utah. Bailey is set to make his Jazz summer league debut on July 11 against the Hornets.

Beyonce horrifies fans as she suffers mid-air drama in flying car prop during Cowboy Carter show
BEYONCE sparked sheer terror among fans in her native Texas after a "scary" mid-air mishap on a show prop. The Halo hitmaker, 43, was left tilting in space as her red Cadillac - which was suspended in space - skewed to one side. 7 7 7 7 Beyonce, whose Cowboy Carter tour arrived at the NRG Stadium in Houston last night, delighted fans as she kicked off with Ameriican Requiem followed by a cover of The Beatles classic Blackbird. Yet in the final segment of proceedings, and after an appearance from her daughter Blue Ivy and the track Legacy playing out on tape, things turned sour. During her performance of 16 Carriages, Bey hopped into a red car which was then suspended into the air. She pulled on a silver cowboy hat and waved an American flag for her in-air adventures, yet was forced to halt the song as the vehicle leaned dangerously to one side. The If I Were A Boy vocalist then paused her lyrics to shout: "Stop. Stop, stop, stop." The crowd paused in anticipation before bursting into cheers as the vehicle - attached to a series of cables - was brought down to solid ground. Like a pro, Beyonce continued the song then told her adoring fans: "I wanna thank y'all, for loving me. "If ever I fall, I know y'all will catch me." The Sun has gone to Beyonce's reps for comment. As the incident unfolded, fans expressed their fears on X. Blue Ivy looks IDENTICAL to mom Beyonce as she arrives in Paris with dad Jay-Z One wrote: "The fact that Beyoncé almost fell out that car suspended in the air…. Yo I would've lost my s**t!" A second put: "I KNEWWWWW that car was gonna do some s**t one concert omg so happy she's okay tho." A third mused: "Whoever messed up #beyonce car set up is getting fired from a CANNON." Another remarked: "We could have lost @Beyonce tonight if that car that she was in would have fell on stage, thank god that she is safe." One then pleaded: "BEYONCÉ! No More Car I Mean It." Overall, Beyonce's Cowboy Carter tour has been a visual extravaganza for her fans, showcasing the star in an array of outfits, performing with her daughters and even grinding on a bull. She has also floated over the crowds while perched in a moving horse shoe. She is then expected to follow up the project - which kicked off in Los Angeles in April - with another album next year, after announcing that Renaissance and Cowboy Carter were part of a trilogy. On her website in 2022, she confirmed: 'This three-act project was recorded over three years during the pandemic. 'A time to be still, but also a time I found to be the most creative.' TOUR TEASE During Beyonce's Cowboy Carter UK tour dates, the star appeared to drop a huge clue she was considering re-locating. It came as she was allegedly seen viewing land in the Cotswolds countryside with rapper husband Jay-Z, 55. Beyonce reportedly took a helicopter ride with her spouse, with whom she shares three kids, to get a better look at the Oxfordshire pile. The land supposedly spanned 58 acres and a source told The Oxford Mail: "In the past week, Beyonce and Jay-Z flew via helicopter between her London gigs to view a 58-acre plot of land. "Located close to friends Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, and with Simon Cowell and the Beckhams as neighbours, she felt it would be an ideal UK home for her family, away from the city when they're in the country." 7 7 7

Lizzo shows off her weight loss in plunging swimsuit
Lizzo showed off her weight loss in a high-cut swimsuit on Friday - after she admitted to briefly using Ozempic to help her shed the pounds. The singer, 37, shared an album of photos of herself in the swimwear on Instagram. Alongside the images was a video of Lizzo being seemingly sprayed with sunscreen. Later that night, she stepped out to dinner in a slinky cocktail dress. Lizzo was headed out to the upscale West Hollywood eatery Craig's. Lizzo opened up about using Ozempic last week during an episode of Trisha Paytas's Just Trish podcast. She said she started taking the weight loss aid in 2023 but soon came to the conclusion that GLP-1 medication wouldn't help her in the long term. 'I tried everything. Ozempic works because you eat less food, yeah? So if you eat right, it makes you feel full.' 'But if you can just do that on your own and get mind over matter, it's the same thing.'
