
NSE, WE HUB Foundation ink pact to promote financial literacy, awareness on taking women-led MSMEs public
) on Wednesday said it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Telangana-govt led WE HUB Foundation to promote financial literacy through investor awareness programmes and spread awareness among women-led micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) for fund raising via the IPO mechanism using its NSE Emerge platform.

The collaboration is also aimed at implementing the student skilling programme in the BFSI sector across Telangana to empower women and women-led enterprises.
The MoU was exchanged between NSE's chief business development Sriram Krishnan and WE HUB Foundation CEO Sita Pallacholla in the presence of chief minister Revanth Reddy, industries & IT minister D Shridhar Babu, rural development and panchayati raj minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka.
As part of the agreement, NSE and WE HUB Foundation, which is a Section-8 non-profit company under the government of Telangana, will conduct awareness drive through seminars, camps, knowledge sessions, road shows, workshops to spread financial literacy and investor awareness.

Upcoming IPO: Medical devices company Sahajanand Medical Technologies has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi), on Friday, July 25, 2025. The offer is conducted through a book-building process, with up to 50% allocated to qualified institutional buyers and at least 15% and 35% assigned to non-institutional and retail individual bidders, respectively, according to the draft papers. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the NSE and BSE. The book-running lead managers for the public issue are Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors, Avendus Capital Private, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India), and Nuvama Wealth Management. Brigade Hotel Ventures' IPO subscribed 1.19 times on day 2 of offer
NEW DELHI: The initial share sale of Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd received 1.19 times subscription on the second day of bidding on Friday. The company's initial public offering (IPO) got bids for 6,09,28,972 shares against 5,11,93,987 shares on offer, according to data available with the NSE. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) part got subscribed 4.65 times while the portion for non-institutional investors received 98 per cent subscription. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category fetched 8 per cent subscription. Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd on Wednesday raised Rs 325 crore from anchor investors. The IPO will conclude on July 28. The price band has been fixed at Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company is valued at over Rs 3,400 crore. Brigade Hotel Ventures' IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 759.6 crore with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. Proceeds from the issue to the tune of Rs 468.14 crore will be used for the payment of debt, Rs 107.52 crore will be utilised for the purchase of an undivided share of land from the promoter, BEL, and the remaining funds will support acquisitions, other strategic initiatives, and general corporate purposes. Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd is a subsidiary of Bengaluru-based real estate company Brigade Enterprises Ltd (BEL). BEL entered into the hospitality business in 2004 with the development of its first hotel, Grand Mercure Bangalore, which commenced operations in 2009. The company has a portfolio of nine operating hotels across Bengaluru (Karnataka), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Kochi (Kerala), Mysuru (Karnataka) and the GIFT City (Gujarat) with 1,604 keys. The hotels are operated by global marquee hospitality companies such as Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group. JM Financial and ICICI Securities are the book-running lead managers to the issue.

IndiQube Spaces IPO subscribed 12.33 times on closing day of bidding
NEW DELHI: The initial public offer of IndiQube Spaces Ltd got subscribed 12.33 times on the closing day of bidding on Friday. The company's IPO received bids for 21,14,96,292 shares against 1,71,48,335 shares on offer, according to NSE data. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) part fetched 14.35 times subscription while the portion for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) got subscribed 12.55 times. Non Institutional Investors category attracted 8.24 times subscription. IndiQube Spaces on Tuesday said it has raised over Rs 314 crore from anchor investors. The Rs 700-crore initial public offer (IPO) of the Bengaluru-based firm has a price band of Rs 225-237 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company's valuation is nearly Rs 5,000 crore. The IPO has a fresh issue of Rs 650 crore and an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) of Rs 50 crore. IndiQube Spaces proposes to utilise the fresh capital to the tune of Rs 462.6 crore towards funding capex for setting up new centres, Rs 93 crore for repayment and the rest for general corporate purposes. The company, which was incorporated in 2015, manages a portfolio of 8.40 million square feet across 115 properties in 15 cities with a total seating capacity of 1,86,719 as of March 2025. This was a growth from 74 centres and 4.94 million sq ft in March 2023. IndiQube serves 769 clients, out of which 44 per cent are Global Capability Centres. The company follows an enterprise-first strategy, owing to which 63 per cent of its occupied area comes from clients who have leased over 300 seats. Further, 44 per cent of its revenue is generated from multi-centre clients. Its diverse client mix includes Enphase, Myntra, Zerodha, NoBroker, upGrad, Siemens, Juspay, Perfios, Moglix, Ninjacart, Narayana Health and Allegis, to name a few. ICICI Securities and JM Financial are the book-running lead managers to the offer. The equity shares are expected to be listed on July 30 on the BSE and NSE.
