He died on Wednesday night following a brief illness, aged 63.

Mr Rocks presented RTÉ Radio One's nightly arts and culture show Arena since it began in 2009, and recently presented a Sunday afternoon programme on RTÉ Lyric FM, where his radio career began in 2000.
Arena aired Monday to Friday from 7pm to 8pm, and Mr Rocks was on air as recently as last Friday.
RTÉ Director General Kevin Backhurst said that Mr Rocks' death came with "enormous shock and sadness".
"Loyal listeners, especially to Seán's beloved and long-running Arena on RTÉ Radio One, will recognise the man in that quote: modest yet learned; subtle yet probing; curious yet polite. The listener at home was always his focus.

"Not only is radio the poorer for his passing, but so too has Ireland lost one of its most passionate advocates for the arts, and one of its most informed and versatile voices," Mr Backhurst said.
Mr Rocks, who grew up in Monaghan Town, was well regarded for his public interviews with authors such as Salman Rushdie, Edna O'Brien, and Roddy Doyle, and actors such as Rupert Everett, Martin Sheen and Brendan Gleeson.
He was also beloved by listeners for his wide-ranging studio interviews with composers and playwrights, authors and filmmakers and songwriters.
Mr Rocks also guest-presented, produced and wrote several series for the national broadcaster and won a Silver Medal at the New York Festival of Radio for the documentary Soul of Ireland for BBC Radio 4.

He previously worked extensively as an actor both at home and abroad, appearing at the Abbey, Peacock, and Gate Theatres and with many important independent companies including Rough Magic, Druid and Field Day, and at the Royal Court, National, Donmar Warehouse and Tricycle theatres in London.
His television and film roles included The Bill, Glenroe, Fair City, Dear Sarah and Go Now.
Mr Rocks was MC at the State Banquet for the visit of Queen Elizabeth II to Ireland and at several state events at Áras an Uachtaráin.
RTÉ's director of audio, Patricia Monahan, said that Mr Rocks' passion for radio and the arts was "infectious".
"The curiosity with which he approached topics ranging from cinema to theatre and books to classical music was compelling to listen to. He was interested in everyone's point of view and had a great ability to command an audience's attention. He was never more at home than when he was on stage.
"He was full of energy and ambition for the future and is a huge untimely loss to radio and RTÉ," she said.

Where all the forgotten Love Island finalists are now after they failed to cling onto fame and fortune after ITV2 show
WHILST reaching the Love Island final might seem like a golden ticket to fame and fortune and an endless career in the spotlight, things don't always go quite to plan for the Islanders. Despite most of the show's finalists going on to enjoy successful careers, including some as A-listers and multi-millionaires, for an unlucky few, they plunged back into obscurity just months after their time in the spotlight. 8 8 Whilst many dream of the seven-figure deals that roll in for icons including Molly-Mae Hague, Ekin-Su and Maura Higgins - a handful of Islanders haven't been so fortunate. As another four couples head into this Monday's Love Island final, will they be set for life or will one or two of them fall victim to the curse of disappearing from relevancy like these stars. The Sun has compiled a list of the famous finalists who failed to strike it big and make an impact after their summer of love in the spotlight. Paul Knops 8 Hunky model Paul was already well on the way to making a name for himself after becoming one of the world's most in-demand male models. He was even chosen to be Britney Spears ' love interest for her racy 2016 music video, Make Me..., which saw him getting hot and heavy with the star. So when Paul strutted into the Love Island villa as a late entrant in 2018, it seemed like a no-brainer that he was on track to become a top star. Paul coupled up with fan favourite Laura Anderson after her split from Wes Nelson. Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham. But the pair quickly split up after Majorca and whilst Laura remained in the headlines and on TV screens, Paul's star faded just as quick as his time in the villa. Whilst his looks haven't faded, it seems the handsome fella prefers living a quieter life away from the hustle and bustle of influencer life. Love Island exes Laura Anderson and Paul Knops agree to move on in Christmas Reunion heart-to-heart Paul still models and his Instagram shows him picture perfect at all times with his new long-haired locks. Lana Jenkins 8 When blonde stunner Lana was revealed to be an Islander on series nine of the show in 2023, she seemed like a ready made celebrity. She quickly found herself besotted with partner Ron Hall and they managed to make it all the way to second place in the villa. But despite Lana aligning herself with the same team behind Olivia Attwood, she failed to make a dent in the entertainment industry after her time on the show. Despite the expectation of big brand deals, Lana's commercial work was limited and it wasn't long until her romance with co-star Ron also crumbled at the same time her career stalled. Although she failed to hit the big time, Lana still boasts 500,000 fans on Instagram and shows off glam snaps from her plush travels around the world. She also runs her own home Instagram account to show off her passion for interior design. Josh Oyinsan 8 Despite only winning the show last summer alongside then-partner, Mimii Ngulube, Josh struggled to translate his win into a long-lasting media career. When Josh and Mimii quickly split following their win, interest in the couple wavered and Josh failed to land any major gigs despite being crowned a champion. Whilst Josh has managed to land a number of paid partnerships on Instagram after the show, it pales in comparison to some of the brand deals landed by his counterparts. His passion for wellness and advocating for the mental health of young athletes has been commendable however and earned him a legion of support. Ched Uzor 8 Series six Islander Ched was another star whose place in the final did not guarantee a lengthy career afterwards. He found himself in a relationship with Jess Gale and the loveable pair managed to make it to fourth place on the programme. But their love did not prevail and they called it quits shortly after the show. Ched then found his own career disrupted by the Covid pandemic and he failed to land any big-money gigs. However, despite turning his back on fame, Ched has managed to carve out an online fitness business. Known for his impressive figure and muscly body, Ched has put this to use by helping his followers get in shape and achieve a dream body like his. Titled Shred with Ched, he has launched the app to become an instant personal trainer to people up and down the country. Some of the services that Ched offers includes one-to-one coaching as well as personally curated nutrition and workout plans for each client. Tanya Manhenga 8 Like her co-star Lana, Tanya hoped that her time on series nine of Love Island would turn her into a money-spinning star. However, the reality was very different. After finishing in fourth place with then-boyfriend, Shaq Muhammad, Tanya struggled to replicate the success of the ladies who came before her after failing to couple up with a big-money fashion brand. These days, Tanya is living a single life after splitting with Shaq and enjoys a jet-setting lifestyle. Helping her travelling habit is her latest venture titled Grooves with TT. It is Tanya's own touring club night featuring exclusively Amapiano music. The star held her first club night in Manchester earlier this year with plans for an event in London next month before taking it across Europe. She also kept her post-villa income topped up with her own wig business, called Tay Slay Wigs. Lauren Richardson 8 Lauren managed to make it all the way to the final of Love Island back in 2015. Despite being coupled up with Josh Ritchie, that didn't help her when it came to securing a top career. Whilst Josh has been a TV regular and shot to even greater fame thanks to his romance with Charlotte Crosby, Lauren quickly faded into obscurity. Heavily tattooed Lauren is worlds away from the typical Islander, with her Instagram feed showing a much more demure and laid-back life in comparison to the glitz and glam of the usual crop of ITV2 stars. Lauren hasn't updated her feed since 2021 and chooses to keep her life out of the spotlight.

Lila Moss, 22, channels her supermodel mum Kate's iconic boho looks in a bikini top and sequinned waistcoat as she heads out in Ibiza
Lila Moss channeled her famous mum Kate as she headed out in Ibiza on Wednesday. The model, 22, who previously admitted to constantly copying her outfits, wore a brown triangle bikini top with a sheer sequin waistcoat. Adding to her bohemian inspired look, she wrapped a fine knit gold sarong around her waist and wore black ballet flats. Lila topped off her outfit with a pair of sunglasses, carried a large woven beach bag and styled her hair straight. Earlier this month, she enjoyed a fun girls' trip in the town with her mum, with the duo speaking about their close relationship in the past. Lila's father is Dazed Media chief executive Jefferson Hack, with whom Kate was in a relationship in the early Noughties. Lila Moss channeled her famous mum Kate's famous boho-inspired looks as she headed out for a stroll in the Ibiza sunshine on Wednesday The model has never been shy of stealing from her mum's wardrobe. From ballet pumps and waistcoats to biker jackets and transparent slip dresses, she has recreated almost every iconic Kate Moss look there is. 'I copy her outfits consistently,' Lila admitted in a magazine interview in 2023. '[Although] I steal mostly her bags. I can't steal her shoes, which is devastating. She's a size six. I'm a size five.' Kate and Lila have spoken candidly in the past about their unconventional relationship, with Kate telling Vogue in 2023: 'There were still rules in our house – always say please and thank you; never go out with wet hair or you'll catch a cold – even if I wasn't that strict. Now that she's 21, Lila's the one setting rules for me. 'Wear SPF50; quit smoking… Although she did give me this cigarette case as a gift recently that I just love... She's flown the nest now, and got her own place in downtown New York, but she's still so young in my mind... 'I feel like I'd already lived quite a few lives by Lila's age. I'd gone abroad. I'd had one serious boyfriend – and moved on to the next. In a lot of ways, though, Lila is so much more grown-up than I was in my 20s... 'Watching her establishing her career as a model takes me right back to the '90s when I was just starting out, but I know that things will be different for her.' 'She understands she can say no, for one thing, which I never did, and she has the right people around her – I've made sure of that. And let's face it, she's a lot more sensible than I was back then. I mean… thank God. Ha!' For last year's British Fashion Awards, she commissioned designer Nensi Dojaka to create a dress that was eerily reminiscent of her mother's infamous bias-cut Liza Bruce slip dress from 1993. While at New York Fashion Week, she stepped out in a near-identical Saint Laurent blazer and low-cut silk top Kate had worn two years before. Lila has been making moves in the fashion world and walked the runway at Paris Fashion Week for for Vivienne Westwood last year. It was a successful year for Lila after she fronted campaigns for the likes of Pepe Jeans - an international denim brand based on Portobello Road in Notting Hill - which happens to be the model's favourite hangout spot. She also starred in a campaign for the French brand Maje last year and is currently gracing the front rows of exclusive shows such as Yves Saint Laurent for Paris Fashion Week alongside her mother. After being signed to her mother's Kate Moss Agency when she was just 15, Lila became the face of Marc Jacobs Beauty in 2018. She went on to make her runway debut for the Italian fashion house Miu Miu in 2020, became an ambassador for YSL and made headlines when she walked the pink carpet for Victoria's Secret World Tour . The stunner has been hit with her fair share of nepotism accusations - the most recent being when she appeared in Edward Enninful's edition of Vogue called Legendary alongside the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Victoria Beckham. In 2021, when Lila was 19, she became the director of Grace Grove Ltd - the name of the company is a nod to The Grove, her family home in North London, which Kate sold in 2021.

Pride and Prejudiced! Scots star Freya Mavor's dramatic reveal
Film and TV adaptations of Jane Austen's classic novel Pride and Prejudice are some of the most famous period dramas ever to grace the silver screen. However, despite being cast in the latest incarnation of the renowned love story, Scots actress Freya Mavor has admitted she isn't the biggest fan of the genre. Due to be broadcast by streaming giant Netflix, the new show also features The Crown stars Olivia Colman and Emma Corrin, as well as fellow Scot Jack Lowden, who takesa on the role of the brooding Mr Darcy. And it isn't the first time Mavor has taken part in a period drama. She is currently starring as a duplicitous thief in BBC series Marie Antoinette. However, discussing what similar TV shows and films she has watched in preparation for her role on the Beeb, Ms Mavor admitted it isn't a TV genre she consumes much of. Discussing her preparation for her role on Marie Antoinette, Ms Mavor told the Mail on Sunday: 'I definitely didn't do any period drama watching for research. 'I definitely did much more like reading and I also sort of watched other things that would inspire me for her character and for her role in the world.' She added: 'To be fair, I'm not a huge watcher of period dramas.' However, Ms Mavor was quick to point out that despite not watching many of them, she finds those she has seen 'gripping'. She said: 'Amazingly done period dramas [are] so gripping. The other worldliness of them is always very like enticing.' Ms Mavor will play Jane Bennet in the Regency drama, following in the footsteps of Maureen O'Sullivan, Rosamund Pike and Susannah Harker, who have all played the role on screen. Her cast-member Emma Corrin meanwhile will play the lead role of Elizabeth Bennet - a role made famous by the likes of Keira Knightley and Jennifer Ehle, who played the love interest to Colin Firth. Ms Mavor, 31, lived in La Rochelle in France after moving from Edinburgh when she was nine. She came back to Scotland's capital at 14 before leaving for Bristol to star in her breakout role, Mini in Channel 4 drama Skins. And it isn't just Ms Mavor who has starred in period dramas before. Lowden, from Oxton in the Borders, starred in Mary Queen of Scots - the film where he met his future wife Saoirse Ronan. His part as Mr Darcy will see him take on a role famously portrayed by Colin Firth.
