The letter claims Baldoni and the Wayfarer parties flagged Swift's name in their internal PR crisis documents as far back as August 2024—clearly planning to leverage the Swiftie army as a distraction tool.
A spokesperson for Lively did not mince words, calling the latest move a desperate ploy: Baldoni and his team 'are still demanding access to Taylor Swift's private communications, despite having already said they got all they needed.'
