Other charges against the 24-year-old Hastings man include exceeding the prescribed concentration of drug, unlicensed driving, using an unregistered motor vehicle and using an unsafe or unroadworthy motor vehicle. Charleston was due to face Melbourne Magistrates' Court on Monday afternoon, before his case was adjourned to Tuesday.
