The festival sponsored by LottoStar, taking place on September 20 and 21, is expected to be a culinary experience with captivating performances.

Saturday will also see songstress Lira continue her triumphant return to stage.
Lauryn Hill will perform with longtime collaborator Wyclef Jean as musical guest. Ziggy Marley and YG Marley will make special appearances in celebration of the Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 25th Anniversary Tour with hits including Zion, the 1970s-inspired Doo Wop (That Thing) and Everything Is Everything.
DAY 2:
Sunday promises to be a spirit-filled festival as South Africa's prized gospel group Joyous Celebration Rewind will spread upliftment with selected alumni, including the Idols South Africa and SABC Crown Gospel Award-winning Khaya Mthethwa. Sama winner NAACP Award nominated Mandisi Dyantyis will grace the stage with his fusion of indigenous African music and jazz idioms. Zoë Modiga, recipient of Glamour's Woman of the Year: Musician Game Changer Award, and Standard Bank's Young Artist Award in 2023, will complement this with her Afro-realist take on jazz.

Lauryn Hill and sons to headline 12th edition of Delicious Festival
Lauryn Hill's first time in SA was in 2012, performing at the Cape Town Jazz Festival. Her last time in SA was in 2019. Fresh off her run of celebrating the 25th anniversary of her renowned album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, the US Grammy award-winning singer has been announced as the headline act for this year's Delicious Festival. Her set at the 12th edition of the festival will include her son, YG Marley and Zion Marley, her former lover and bandmate Wyclef Jean. On Thursday afternoon, the festival announced that it would feature the multiple Grammy Award-winning artists alongside South African singer-songwriters Zoë Modiga and Mandisi Dyantyis, and gospel ensemble Joyous Celebration, in its lineup for the music festival. Oskido and Lira were previously added to the lineup. This will not be Hill's first time performing in Mzansi. In 2019, as part of her Miseducation of Lauryn Hill 20th Anniversary Tour, she performed at the Dome in Johannesburg. In 2012, she performed at the Cape Town International Jazz Festival. Two hours late and a sparse crowd: Lauryn Hill's performance leaves fans wondering
US singer Lauryn Hill is under fire after a two-hour concert delay. Image: X Multi-award-winning singer, Lauryn Hill performed at an almost empty stadium after being more than two hours behind schedule at the Essence Festival in New Orleans. The highly anticipated performance by the 50-year-old artist, which was initially for 12.30am Friday, July 4, finally started in the early hours of Saturday morning. The 'Tell Him' singer took to the stage around 2.30am US time and she captivated the audience for a full hour, closing her set at approximately 3.30am. Hill is known for being late for almost every performance or show she is booked at. To many fans, this was not a surprise as they claim that they know she does this all the time. Despite other artists being late as well, Hill took the heat because many concertgoers shared videos of them waiting in anticipation for Hill with some of them sharing their frustrations about her always being late. '2.5 hours late to the stage singing to a nearly empty stadium,' @farrahferosh commented. 'She gave us disrespect and lateness. It's cute how it was filmed to look like it was a full house,' @ shared.
