In addition to a main home featuring a little more than 8,700 square feet on three levels, a carriage house sports a guest apartment up top and a climate-controlled four-car garage with a workshop down below. The median home in Allegan County was listed for $499,000 in May, slightly up from the previous month's $498,725, an analysis of data from shows.
