Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty, best known for his tough on-screen presence and calm off-screen personality. Away from the spotlight, he has created a world of luxury that reflects both grandeur and peace. His taste for classy living can be seen in the multiple crores worth of properties he owns, especially a breathtaking farmhouse nestled in the hills of Khandala. Surrounded by nature and designed with elegance, the place is nothing short of a private paradise, revealing a stylish life that's both grounded and glamorous, which also carries a fond memory of his daughter's lavish wedding. How Suniel Shetty's Khandala Farmhouse Became His Fondest Memory?
Suniel Shetty spends his vacation in a great bungalow in Khandala, which also became the site of wedding of her darling daughter Athiya Shetty with KL Rahul on January 23, 2023. The couple got married in Khandala at Suniel Shetty's fashionable mansion, 'Jahaan.' On a lawn where the wedding vows were solemnized, an immaculate mandap was erected.
As per reports by Magic Bricks, the property now costs about Rs 20 crore, which is surrounded by rich greenery. Suniel Shetty's Khandala property, a resort-like home, showcases body of water and is evidence of exquisite architecture. But did you know that once it was a barren piece of land, which actually became Suniel Shetty's dream? Why Suniel Shetty Decided To Invest?
Speaking to actor-comedian Bharti Singh in her podcast on YouTube, Suniel explained why he had decided to put his money into a barren plot of land originally. He said, 'People today say, 'You must see Suniel Shetty's farmhouse.' I built it 16 years ago! Its financial worth then was possibly (nothing), but my goal was to spend weekends with Athiya and Ahan, my children, to do farming, all the trees we planted. Before, stones were there, today there are more than 400 trees. This home was built for this. That it is valuable now is a different story, What Does Suniel Shetty's Farmhouse Consist Of?
Suniel's lovely farmhouse has a natural water body running across it. Suniel said the house was erected surrounding this natural stream, and a bridge linked several sections of the farm. Each room in the house leads to a distinct outdoor area, therefore allowing for continuous indoor-outdoor living.
The home is furnished with all current amenities even if it is surrounded by natural, country-like surroundings. Adjoining the lush garden, there is a big swimming pool set in the front lawn. Suniel also made a theater room specially for family movie nights. The Joint Ventures Of Suniel Shetty
With his son, Ahan and son-in-law, KL Rahul, he has also invested in expensive Khar and Thane real estate, worth Rs 15–20 crore flat on Mumbai's Altamount Road. One of the first in celebrity entrepreneurship, Suniel has also invested in companies like SQUATS, runs a real estate company (S2 Realty), a production house (Popcorn Entertainment), and experimented with hospitality. His net worth is projected to be Rs 125 crore.

Sonu Sood Sends ₹1.5 Lakh To South Actor's Family After His Death

Sonu Sood extended financial help to late actor Fish Venkat's family after his death due to kidney failure. Tollywood actor and comedian Venkat Raj, aka Fish Venkat, passed away on July 18 in Hyderabad due to kidney-related issues. He was 53 and undergoing dialysis while admitted to the ICU. His family had been seeking financial help for his kidney transplant, needing around Rs 50 lakh. Sadly, Venkat died before they could secure the funds. Venkat had worked in several Telugu films like Adhurs, Gabbar Singh, Shivam, and Khaidi No 150. His last appearance was in the 2024 film Coffee with a Killer. Sonu Sood Steps In to Support the Family After hearing about the tragic news, actor Sonu Sood came forward to help Venkat's grieving family. He immediately transferred Rs 1.50 lakh to them as a token of support and also spoke to Venkat's wife and relatives on a phone call. According to Sonu's team, he initially hoped Venkat was still in the hospital and could recover. However, he was 'shocked to know" that the actor had already passed away. Sonu also personally spoke to Venkat's wife and other family members over a phone call, and assured them that he would support them whenever needed, as per Hindustan Times. Venkat's wife, who was deeply moved by the gesture, felt relieved as her husband had always admired Sonu, Hindustan Times also states. Confusion Over Prabhas' Alleged Donation There were earlier reports that actor Prabhas had offered Rs 50 lakh for Venkat's kidney transplant. The family later clarified that they never received the amount. 'Some unknown person called us pretending to be Prabhas Anna's assistant. We found out after that it was a fake call. He doesn't even know something like this is happening. We have not received any financial help yet," a family member shared as quoted by The Free Press Journal. Before Venkat's passing, actors like Vishwak Sen and Pawan Kalyan had also reportedly stepped up to help. Pawan had reportedly donated a sum upon hearing about Venkat's condition. Despite the delay in aid, the support shown by the film community, especially Sonu Sood, brought some comfort to the family during this difficult time. List of 25 apps and websites banned for sexually explicit content: ULLU, ALTT, Gulab App, Desiflix

OTT App Banned in India: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, on Friday, ordered a ban on 25 apps and websites promoting sexually explicit and objectionable content on their platforms. The list of apps and websites that have been banned under this order include AltBalaji, also known as ALTT, ULLU among others. After this ban, all internet service providers in the country have been ordered to block access to the 14 apps and 26 websites that were reportedly streaming adult content. As per MIB, the 25 websites and apps continued to 'publish obscene, in some cases pornographic content' even after they were told to cease such content in September 2024. ULLU and ALTBalaji ULLU's content was repeatedly being flagged as it was seen as obscene and objectionable. Earlier this year, a show called House Arrest, hosted by Ajaz Khan, was pulled down from the streaming platform because of its sexually explicit content. ULLU was launched in 2018 and founded by Vibhu Agarwal. As soon as it launched, ULLU started differentiating itself from other websites by promoting its bold content. The company had filed papers for Rs 135-150 crore IPO back in 2024 but it appears that this never materialised. As per MIB, action was taken against ULLU by Digital Publisher Content Grievances Council (DPCGC), a self-regulatory body headed by former judge of the Supreme Court of India. Reportedly, 100 web series from the app were removed but it was found that the platform would re-upload the objectionable videos and episodes after some time. Ekta Kapoor's ALTBalaji was notorious for producing shows with adult themes and presenting sexually explicit content. In 2024, Ekta and her was her mother Shobha Kapoor were booked under POCSO Act for allegedly showing inappropriate scenes involving minor girls in an episode Gandi Baat. DPCGC found that the platform carried 'distasteful and bizarre, where sex and nudity was shown without any contextual justification just to augment viewership.' Most of the content created by these websites was available for free on their social media handles, and their websites. In April, Supreme Court responded to a petition calling for a ban on sexually explicit content that was available on OTT platforms. They said, 'It's not our domain, you do something.' As per PTI, the plea said, 'Such sexually deviant material pollute the minds of youth, children and even grown up persons which gives rise to perverted and unnatural sexual tendencies thereby leading to an increase in the crime rate.' It added, 'It is the need of the hour that the state must uphold its constitutional duty to safeguard public morality, protect vulnerable populations, and ensure that the digital space does not become a breeding ground for deviant behaviour.'
