West Indies cricket chief calls emergency meeting after Australia debacle
West Indies just avoided New Zealand's record low of 26, set in 1955, and Shallow said there would be an inquest to review a dismal 3-0 series loss.
"The result hurts deeply, not only because of how we lost, but because of what West Indies cricket has always represented to our people: pride, identity, and possibility," Kishore said in a statement.
"There will be some sleepless nights ahead for many of us, including the players, who I know feel this loss just as heavily."
West Indies' previous lowest total was the 47 they scored against England in 2004.
"We are in a rebuilding phase, steadily investing in the next generation, and reigniting the spirit that has long made West Indies cricket a force in the world," said Kishore.
"Progress is rarely straightforward. It takes time, perseverance, and belief, especially in our most difficult moments. The road ahead will test us," he added.
"Now is not the time to turn away."
Kishore said he had invited West Indies greats Clive Lloyd, Viv Richards and Brian Lara to take part in discussions concerning the team's decline which also saw them fail to qualify for the 50-over World Cup in 2023.

Wallabies get Valetini fitness boost ahead of Lions Test
The ACT Brumbies stalwart -- arguably Australia's best player -- has been battling a hamstring issue and missed their warm-up clash against Fiji this month. But Englishman Parling -- who played for the Lions on their last tour of Australia in 2013 -- said the backrower was making progress and could feature if he passes a fitness final test. "Rob trained (on Tuesday). He's a quality player like everyone knows and we're very hopeful he'll be available for selection," said Parling, who will depart the Wallabies to become Leicester Tigers head coach once the Lions tour is over. There have been suggestions that the Wallabies might not risk Valetini for the first Test in Brisbane on Saturday, with two more Tests to come. But Parling said they would select their strongest team. "In terms of saving people for a series, I don't think you'd ever really do that. It's more just if someone's fit and ready to perform, can they improve a team?" he said. "If yeah, we'll get them out there." France-based lock Will Skelton has also been dealing with a niggle, but he too is back training, leaving Parling and Wallabies coach Joe Schmidt with a selection dilemma. Springbok Wiese banned for four matches over head butt
The 29-year-old back-rower will miss a one-off Test against Georgia in Mbombela this Saturday and three Rugby Championship matches -- two at home to Australia and one against New Zealand in Auckland. Wiese will be available for selection when the Springboks face the All Blacks in Wellington on September 13, seven days after the first meeting between the sides. South Africa then face Argentina twice to complete their Rugby Championship schedule. They meet France, Italy, Ireland and Wales during a November tour to Europe. Wiese was red-carded after 22 minutes of the first half in the second Test against Italy when South Africa were leading by 10 points.
