A big box-office clash has been officially confirmed for October 2, 2025, as Dharma Productions' 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari' and Rishab Shetty's 'Kantara: Chapter 1' are both set to release on the same day.
The announcement from Dharma came recently via Instagram, revealing that their romantic comedy starring
Varun Dhawan
and Janhvi Kapoor will now hit theatres on
Gandhi Jayanti
, the same date already locked in by the makers of Kantara's much-awaited prequel.

This sets the stage for one of the biggest and most unexpected face-offs of the year. 'Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari', directed by Shashank Khaitan, promises to be a colourful, emotional, and entertaining Bollywood rom-com.
