He appeared at Perth District Court, where his case was moved from the Magistrates' Court. A trial is scheduled for July 20, 2026, and he remains on bail under strict conditions, including an A$100,000 undertaking and a ban on leaving Western Australia, and must report regularly to Perth Police.
