..When some people reach the stage of spiritual awakening, they must know that they are at the beginning of the journey of spiritual awareness. It is the strong belief in God that will accompany them step by step, support them and help them complete their spiritual journey, no matter what obstacles and obstacles it may have. The spiritual spirit is targeted by Lucifer.
In the world of the spiritual universe, the times will unite, the material time will enter into the spiritual time, their merging will be one principle of cosmic energy. And the cosmic energy will be affected by the strong currents of the sun, and it will, in turn, cause a strange movement within the human conscience. mystical. She will reveal and put everything in its rightful place.Every good person with a clean heart will live in goodness and abundance, etc. He will try to discover the path he has lost towards his soul. Everything is affected by the movement of the physical currents of the sun. This energy will purify some consciences and bring to some the answers to the questions within them (nothing wastes all stored within you) At that time the spiritual hierarchy will be very focused on inner awakening which in turn will test the buried human conscience.
To gain that great opportunity for self-purification you will have to let go of indifference to receive inexplicable miracles.
Your strong belief in God and his miracles will purify the soul. That awakening will make you have the passion to get rid of past mistakes. Therefore, more than asking for forgiveness, praise and thanks to God, they are your way to purification and repentance. When you reach that stage, you will not be able to escape from your inner self (and I think that some have begun to sense that energy in light of the current cosmic changes).Which will recreate and restore everything in the cosmic paths on this planet. The universe wants to get rid of the deviations that multiplied over time stemming from the human soul charged with complex negatives. As for those who cling to their faith, their faith will be a powerful love tool that will not only help them but also help those around them from the intensity of the luminous spiritual energy. The opportunity is available to everyone to purify the inner self to be able to make the great developmental leap of spiritual

Israel Killed 4% of Gaza's Population, Report Says

Taarek Refaat In a searing report that has triggered international shockwaves, Israel's Haaretz newspaper reported Friday that nearly 100,000 Palestinians—equivalent to around 4% of Gaza's population—have died as a result of Israel's military operations and their indirect consequences since October 7, 2023, making the Gaza conflict 'the deadliest war of the 21st century.' The report, based on a study by internationally recognized researchers, including British economist Professor Michael Spagat and prominent Palestinian pollster Dr. Khalil Shikaki, claims that the Palestinian death toll—far surpassing official figures—has been underreported by at least 40%. The team surveyed over 2,000 Gazan families encompassing approximately 10,000 individuals. Their findings estimate that by January 2025, roughly 75,200 people had already been killed in the enclave, most as a direct result of Israeli munitions. In contrast, Gaza's Ministry of Health had at that time reported 45,660 fatalities. While the researchers' data remains in preprint and has not yet undergone formal peer review, Haaretz noted that the findings align closely with a separate January 2025 study by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, which used different methodologies but reached similar conclusions about the scale of underreporting. Professor Spagat, whose work has covered conflict mortality in Syria, Iraq, and Kosovo, told Haaretz, 'Gaza now ranks among the most lethal conflicts per capita in the modern era—particularly in the ratio of civilian to combatant casualties.' Women and Children: Over Half of the Dead According to the research, 56% of the deceased were women or children under the age of 18—a proportion that dramatically surpasses civilian casualty rates seen in other recent wars, including in Kosovo (20%), Iraq (17%), and Syria (20%). The findings challenge Israeli government claims that over 20,000 Hamas operatives have been killed, a figure critics say is unsupported by verifiable evidence or detailed casualty records. The report highlights how indirect factors—including hunger, disease, and the shelling of aid distribution centers—have significantly contributed to the death toll. Palestinian witnesses and aid workers allege that Israeli forces fired on crowds near food distribution sites, incidents that have killed over 500 people and injured hundreds more in recent weeks, according to Gaza's Health Ministry. Aid Under Fire, Trust Under Strain The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a newly formed relief body supported by a U.S. private contractor, began distributing food aid at four locations across southern Gaza in May. Witnesses allege multiple shootings occurred along roads to these distribution sites, causing panic among starving residents. With ceasefire talks stalled and aid deliveries restricted, humanitarian organizations warn of catastrophic levels of starvation and disease spreading through the war-ravaged strip. As the war nears its 22nd month, researchers and rights groups are calling for independent investigations and unfettered access to Gaza, where data collection remains severely limited by ongoing hostilities. read more Gold prices rise, 21 Karat at EGP 3685 NATO's Role in Israeli-Palestinian Conflict US Expresses 'Strong Opposition' to New Turkish Military Operation in Syria Shoukry Meets Director-General of FAO Lavrov: confrontation bet. nuclear powers must be avoided News Iran Summons French Ambassador over Foreign Minister Remarks News Aboul Gheit Condemns Israeli Escalation in West Bank News Greek PM: Athens Plays Key Role in Improving Energy Security in Region News One Person Injured in Explosion at Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid News China Launches Largest Ever Aircraft Carrier Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Videos & Features Tragedy Overshadows MC Alger Championship Celebration: One Fan Dead, 11 Injured After Stadium Fall Lifestyle Get to Know 2025 Eid Al Adha Prayer Times in Egypt Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies News Flights suspended at Port Sudan Airport after Drone Attacks Videos & Features Video: Trending Lifestyle TikToker Valeria Márquez Shot Dead during Live Stream News Shell Unveils Cost-Cutting, LNG Growth Plan Technology 50-Year Soviet Spacecraft 'Kosmos 482' Crashes into Indian Ocean

Gaza under fire, famine: Escalation deepens amid unclear hopes for ceasefire

The Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced on Saturday that its fighters had targeted four Israeli engineering vehicles east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza using 'Yassin-105' shells, claiming to have inflicted multiple casualties on Israeli forces. Meanwhile, the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of Islamic Jihad, reported a series of attacks across the besieged enclave, including the downing of an Israeli reconnaissance drone over the Shuja'iyya neighbourhood of Gaza City. The strikes came on the 103rd day of renewed fighting, as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to spiral. The Government Media Office in Gaza said the number of children who have died from malnutrition has risen to 66, amid warnings from health officials that thousands more are at imminent risk of starvation due to the ongoing Israeli blockade and severe restrictions on aid. Gaza's Health Ministry reported that hospitals had received 81 fatalities and 422 wounded individuals in the past 24 hours, raising the overall death toll since 7 October 2023, to more than 56,000, with over 133,000 injured. Israeli airstrikes continued to pound multiple areas of Gaza throughout the day. Medical sources confirmed that at least 60 Palestinians had been killed since Saturday morning. Simultaneously, in the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces launched a new wave of raids and arrests, while settler violence against Palestinian residents has also escalated. On the humanitarian front, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned that Gaza's healthcare system is facing 'critical challenges,' citing the widespread destruction of medical facilities and ongoing restrictions on fuel and medical supplies. UNRWA spokesperson Adnan Abu Hasna condemned the current US-Israeli aid delivery mechanism, describing it as 'harsh and abhorrent,' and urged a return to UN-supervised distribution. He accused the mechanism of transforming aid routes into 'a killing zone,' pointing to over 400 deaths from starvation-related causes since the system was introduced a month ago. UNRWA reiterated its call for an immediate ceasefire and the urgent lifting of the siege to enable the regular delivery of life-saving aid into Gaza. In a separate statement, Hamas accused Israel of committing war crimes through systematic starvation and indiscriminate bombardment, specifically targeting children. The group urged the international community to intervene and claimed the United States was offering political cover to Israel, enabling what it described as 'ongoing atrocities.' Hamas said the deaths of over 66 children from starvation alone amounted to a violation of international humanitarian law, stressing that the continued siege was an intentional act of collective punishment. Meanwhile, the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth quoted government officials expressing surprise and skepticism over US President Donald Trump's claim that a ceasefire deal could be finalised as early as next week. Israeli sources stated there had been no notable progress in indirect negotiations between Hamas and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's government, casting doubt on Trump's optimism. They suggested the US president's comments may reflect 'wishful thinking' or a political manoeuvre aimed at capitalising on the recent de-escalation with Iran. In Europe, tens of thousands rallied across major cities—including Rome, Berlin, Eindhoven, and Manchester—demanding an immediate end to the war in Gaza and stronger international intervention to halt the unfolding humanitarian catastrophe. Despite mounting civilian casualties, the spread of famine, and growing international outcry, hopes for a comprehensive ceasefire remain dim, as both military operations and political stalemates persist.

Opella Egypt leads with purpose at Africa Health ExCon

Opella Egypt participated as a Gold Sponsor at Africa Health ExCon 2025, co-hosted by Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC), Africa's leading healthcare event. The conference welcomed over 60,000 attendees from 150+ countries, held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi. 'Towards Sustainable Healthcare' session, held by Opella on June 25, focused on Opella's sustainability, B Corp certification and self-care vision. At the heart of the session was a panel on e-Labelling, a joint ambition by Opella and the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) to cut waste and expand access to reliable health information. The takeaway was simple: Digital, eco-friendly tools aren't optional. They're essential for a smarter, more sustainable future. Opella leaders, experts from the World Health Organization (WHO), the EDA, South Africa's regulatory bodies, and the Global Self-Care Federation (GSCF) contributed valuable insights. The message was clear: Long-term impact starts with informed choices, stronger health literacy, and is bolstered by collaboration. Opella achieved a new milestone on its journey to deliver responsible self-care for people and planet. Certified by B Lab, B Corp recognizes companies that meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Marissa Saretsky, Chief Sustainability Officer: 'We are proud to be the first global consumer healthcare company to achieve B Corp Certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and accountability. Our strategy towards a healthier planet and society focuses on decarbonizing our operations and value chain, embedding circularity, driving health literacy and supporting surrounding communities through NGO partnerships. We look forward to working with all partners across the sector to make sustainable self-care second nature.' Josephine Fubara, Chief Science Officer: 'e-Labeling puts more power in the hands of consumers. It empowers consumers by making self-care easier, more accessible, and sustainable—while simplifying healthcare for everyone. To realize its full potential, we need early, open collaboration across regulators, industry, healthcare professionals, and patients.' Feirouz Ellouze, General Manager (AMET): 'Opella's presence at the conference highlights our commitment to sustainable healthcare systems. We are a dedicated global self-care leader, ready to meet the health needs of consumers. Our independence allows us to innovate faster and stay focused on our mission: making self-care as simple as it should be – for everyone.' The EDA has been leading a multi-phase e-Labelling shift to modernize medicine information and boost sustainability. Launched in 2022, The initiative, launched in 2022, replaces paper leaflets with QR-linked digital formats, starting with hospital-use products. Now in its second phase, it supports health literacy, cuts paper waste, and sets the stage for full digital integration using global standards. By digitizing the 60 million leaflets provided annually by Opella Egypt alone, we could save 300 tonnes of carbon emissions and protect 5,400 trees. Recognizing the significance of collaboration and active participation among various stakeholders, Opella is committed to supporting initiatives that facilitate this transition and drive sustainable change.
