Mani Ratnam
directorial, which hit the big screens on June 5 amid massive expectations, is now streaming on OTT.
The film is now streaming on Netflix in five languages—Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam—from July 2.

Despite the film's initial hype, 'Thug Life' came out as a disaster after failing to pull box office numbers. Initially, the makers had announced that the movie wouldn't arrive on digital platforms before completing an eight-week theatrical window. However, in a change of plans, 'Thug Life' arrived on OTT just under a month after its release.
Netflix India officially confirmed the streaming release with a post on X (formerly Twitter): "Ithu Rangaraya Sakthivel-kum yamanukum nadakura poti. Watch Thug Life, now on Netflix in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam."

, a notorious gangster played by Kamal Haasan. During a violent shootout with a rival gang, Sakthivel saves and subsequently adopts a young orphan named Amaran, mistaking him for the boy who protected him during the crossfire.
Years later, as Sakthivel returns from prison, he is faced with a dramatically changed world, one where Amaran has risen in influence and begun to be seen as his successor.
The plot takes a dark turn as Amaran, now an adult, falls prey to manipulations and plots Sakthivel's assassination.

Hyderabad: Cyber crime sleuths in Hyderabad arrested an AC technician from Vanasthalipuram, on Thursday, for his alleged involvement in piracy of 40 Tollywood films. The 29-year-old accused, Jana Kiran Kumar, was arrested based on a complaint lodged by Manindra Babu, the representative of the anti-video piracy cell of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC). The TFCC has estimated that the Telugu film industry has suffered a staggering loss of Rs 3,700 crore due to piracy. The police said Jana Kiran had contacted 1TamilMV piracy group on social media and offered to be their partner to source them the needed pirated Telugu content.. "The accused used to book movie tickets online and visit theatres. Using his mobile phone hidden in shirt pocket, he recorded the movie. Later, he shared the pirated video with his handlers via Telegram," the police said. In return for sharing videos, Kiran's handlers would pay him $300-$400 per film in cryptocurrency. He converted cryptocurrency into Indian rupees using ZebPay and Coin DCX platforms. Netflix teams up with NASA to stream live footage from space
Netflix will soon stream astronaut spacewalks and rocket launches live from the International Space Station (ISS), the streamer announced recently. 'Netflix is teaming up with NASA to bring space a little closer to home.
